Claims (1)
- 風力発電施設のコンポーネントのデジタルモデルを用いて風力発電設備をモデリングするが、風力発電施設のコンポーネントに対するデジタルモデルを格納するデータベースを含み、前記データベースは、デジタルモデルが模写した実際のコンポーネントの価格情報を一緒に格納するようにするデジタル化部と、
風力発電施設における各部品の動作による特性を検出する検出部と、
前記検出部の検出結果を前記デジタル化部のモデリング結果に適用してシミュレーションを行い、現在の風向及び風速におけるローターの回転速度の基準値に対して、現在の風向及び風力によるローターの回転速度の百分率を求め、ブレードを含むローターの効率を求めるとともに、ローターの回転による低速シャフトと高速シャフトのそれぞれの回転速度を基準速度に対する百分率であるそれぞれの効率として求め、低速シャフトと高速シャフトの効率を用いてトランスミッションの効率を算出する性能検出部と、
前記性能検出部の検出結果を、設置後2~3年を経過した風力発電施設の実際の性能の平均である標準の風力発電施設の性能に対比して評価を行い、部品の交換又は施設の解体を判断する性能評価部と、
前記性能評価部で部品の解体と判断された場合、当該施設の規模を評価して解体作業の種類と以前の国内及び海外の事例を確認して解体作業にかかる期間及び費用を算定するが、解体作業に要する費用は、総費用から、前記データベースに格納された価格情報を用いて、リサイクル可能なコンポーネントの減価償却された価格に鑑みて推定する解体作業評価部と、
前記性能評価部の部品交換時にかかる費用及び性能改善の程度が前記性能検出部を介して入力され、前記解体作業評価部の解体作業費用と比較して経済性に応じて部品の交換又は解体を決定する解体決定部と、
前記解体決定部で風力発電施設を解体すると決定された場合、リサイクル可能なコンポーネントの目録を作成し、風力発電施設の解体過程で、実際のコンポーネントのリサイクル状況の入力を受け、リサイクルが的確に行われたかどうかを確認するリサイクル管理部と、
前記解体決定部で風力発電施設を解体すると決定された場合、廃棄されるコンポーネントの目録を作成し、風力発電施設の解体過程で、実際のコンポーネントの廃棄過程の入力を受けて適切性を評価する廃棄管理部と、を含む、風力発電施設の解体及びリサイクル管理システム。
