Description

The present invention relates to a telescoping rod mount that is attached to the end of a telescoping rod, a so-called tension rod, used for various purposes.

Patent Document 1 discloses a device for preventing objects from falling on shelves, in which telescopic rods are arranged between shelf walls and the like. In this device for preventing objects from falling, first mounting members are fixed to the inner surface of the shelf wall, and both ends of a telescopic rod are attached to these mounting members to prevent objects from falling from the shelf.

Further, Patent Document 2 discloses an assembly box having a plurality of dowel holes, and after fixing mounting members to these dowel holes, a shelf board is placed on top of the mounting member, so that it can be set to any height. Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2003-199640

In an assembly box in which shelves can be placed at any height, such as the assembly box of Patent Document 2, when the telescopic rod of Patent Document 1 is attached as a device to prevent objects from falling, the height of the shelf can be adjusted.
The present invention will be explained in detail based on illustrated embodiments.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of a state in which the fixture 1 of this embodiment is attached to both ends of a tension rod, that is, a telescoping rod A, and is placed between, for example, a shelf wall.

The telescopic rod A inserts the second cylindrical body C into the first cylindrical body B, and rotates the first cylindrical body B and the second cylindrical body C relatively. C can be drawn out from the first cylindrical body B, and its length can be freely adjusted.

A feeding mechanism and a biasing spring are built into the first cylindrical body B, but since they are known mechanisms, their explanation will be omitted. Further, the telescopic rod A may be a telescopic member having any other appropriate structure as long as it can be extended and contracted by relatively sliding the first cylindrical body B and the second cylindrical body C. .

At both ends of this telescopic rod A, that is, at the end D of the first cylindrical body B and the end E of the second cylindrical body C, the telescopic rod mount 1 according to this embodiment is attached. Parts of the fixtures 1 inserted into both ends of the telescopic rod A are fitted into dowel holes provided at predetermined locations on the shelf wall F.

FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the telescopic rod attachment 1 of the first embodiment, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the assembled state, and FIG. 4 is a sectional view. The fixture 1 includes a cap part 2 that is inserted into the respective ends D and E of the first and second cylindrical bodies B and C, and a hook part that can be held in the cap part 2 and has a pin part. It is composed of 3.

The cap part 2 is made of a truncated cone-shaped elastic resin material, for example, a synthetic rubber material, and has an insertion hole part 2a into which the ends D and E are inserted into the small diameter side of the cone on the side to be attached to the ends D and E. A holding hole 2b having a smaller diameter than the insertion hole 2a is provided on the opposite large diameter side.

Further, in the inner part of the insertion hole 2a, there is disposed a contact part 2c, which is formed of a hard material such as metal or hard synthetic resin, and has an annular shape, for example, with which the tips of the ends D and E come into contact. This abutting portion 2c may be integrally molded by insert molding during molding of the cap portion 2, or may be inserted and assembled through the insertion hole portion 2a after molding.

Further, an annular groove 2d for accommodating a flange of a hooking part 3, which will be described later, is provided at the entrance of the holding hole 2b. A pair of cut-shaped long grooves 2e are formed symmetrically. The inner diameter of the holding hole portion 2b is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of a small diameter pin portion of the hooking portion 3, which will be described later.

Further, three or more long grooves 2e may be provided or in a cross shape, and in place of the long grooves 2e, a plurality of ribs may be erected along the holding hole portion 2b as a holding hole expansion structure. . These ribs hold the small diameter pin portion of the hooking portion 3, and the large diameter pin portion of the hooking portion 3 is inserted while pushing the ribs apart.

Further, the large diameter side surface of the cone that is orthogonal to the center line of the cap portion 2 serves as a mounting surface portion 2f to the shelf wall F, and preferably has a non-slip structure consisting of an uneven surface.

The hooking part 3 is a substantially cylindrical pin member made of metal, hard synthetic resin, wood, etc., and as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, a flange part 3a projecting outward in an annular shape is provided in the middle part. , pin portions having different outer diameters are arranged in both directions with the flange portion 3a as a boundary. One side is a small diameter pin portion 3b, and the opposite side of the flange portion 3a is a large diameter pin portion 3c having a slightly larger diameter than the small diameter pin portion 3b.

The small diameter pin part 3b and the large diameter pin part 3c attach the hooking part 3 to the cap part 2 with the side that fits into the diameter of the dowel hole G of the shelf wall F facing outward. The hooking part 3 is held in the holding hole 2b with a portion thereof protruding from the holding hole 2b.

When assembling the hook part 3 to the cap part 2, as shown in FIG. and push it in until it stops. The small diameter pin portion 3b is inserted into the holding hole portion 2b while slightly expanding it.

When the large-diameter pin portion 3c is inserted into the holding hole portion 2b of the cap portion 2, flexibility is promoted by the long groove 2e, and the pin portion 3c is inserted while pushing the holding hole portion 2b apart. Therefore, the small-diameter pin portion 3b and the large-diameter pin portion 3c are securely held in close contact with the holding hole portion 2b.

Since the end D of the first cylindrical body B and the end E of the second cylindrical body C of the telescopic rod A have different outer diameters, it is preferable to use separate cap parts 2 whose holding holes 2b have different inner diameters. . Alternatively, using the same cap part 2, a cylindrical sleeve may be inserted inside the insertion hole 2a of one of the cap parts 2 to adjust the inner diameter of the insertion hole 2a.

Although the insertion hole portion 2a and the holding hole portion 2b are shown communicating within the cap portion 2, a partition wall may be provided between the insertion hole portion 2a and the holding hole portion 2b. However, if the tip of the small-diameter pin portion 3b is inserted into the insertion hole 2a through the center hole of the contact portion 2c as in the embodiment, the hook portion 3 is held only by the holding hole 2b. Since the holding is also done by the abutting portion 2c instead, the holding becomes stronger.

When the two fittings 1 assembled in this way are inserted into the ends D and E at both ends of the telescopic rod A, the ends D and E come into contact with the abutment part 2c in the holding hole part 2b. Stop. Note that by arranging the abutting portion 2c made of a hard material, even if a pressing force is generated on the ends D and E, the ends D and E will not dig into the main body of the cap portion 2.

As shown in FIG. 5, the telescopic rod A with the fixtures 1 attached to both ends is expanded and retracted by fitting the large-diameter pin portions 3c of the hook portions 3 into the dowel holes G provided in the shelf walls F on both sides. When the length of the rod A is adjusted, the telescopic rod A is stretched between the shelf walls F and fixed. At this time, the length can be freely adjusted to tension the telescopic rod, but since the pin part of the hooking part 3 is locked in the dowel hole G, there is no need to tension it strongly.

Further, by removing the hook part 3 from the cap part 2 and using it, it is also possible to attach the telescopic rod A to an appropriate place without a dowel hole, such as in a kitchen, like a conventional tension rod.

FIG. 6 is a sectional view of the telescopic rod fixture 1' of the second embodiment. A gap hole 2g having an inner diameter smaller than the insertion hole 2a and larger than the holding hole 2b' is formed between the insertion hole 2a and the holding hole 2b' of the cap part 2'.

The tip of the small-diameter pin portion 3b of the hooking portion 3 inserted into the gap hole 2g projects into the insertion hole portion 2a from the center hole of the contact portion 2c, and the flange portion 3a is located within the gap hole 2g. It is in contact with the inner side of the wall in which the holding hole 2b' is provided. A spring body 3d is disposed as a spring material around the small diameter pin portion 3b within the air gap 2g. In addition, in FIG. 6, the hooking part 3 has pin parts with different diameters arranged in both directions, but pin parts with the same diameter may be arranged in both directions.

When the hook part 3 is assembled to the cap part 2', its posture is maintained by the holding hole part 2b' and the center hole of the contact part 2c, and the hook part 3 is attached to the large diameter pin part from the holding hole part 2b'. 3c is biased by the spring body 3d in the direction in which the hook 3c protrudes, and even though the catch portion 3 may move within the gap hole 2g, it will not come out due to the presence of the flange portion 3a.

Therefore, the hooking part 3 can be freely pushed into the cap part 2', and the protruding length of the large diameter pin part 3c is adjusted according to the depth of the dowel hole in the shelf wall F, making it easy to use.

Moreover, when the large diameter pin part 3c is completely pushed into the cap part 2', the mounting surface part 2f becomes flat, so the telescopic rod mount of Example 1 in which the hooking part 3 is removed from the cap part 2 Similarly to 1, the telescopic rod A can be attached to an appropriate place without a dowel hole, such as in the kitchen.

In addition, in order to assemble the hooking part 3 to the cap part 2' in the second embodiment, push the hooking part 3 into which the spring body 3d is inserted through the insertion hole 2a, and then attach the abutting part 2c. good.

According to the telescopic rod fixtures 1 and 1' according to the present invention, by using the dowel holes G in the shelf wall F, it becomes easy to attach and remove the telescopic rod A, and the telescopic rod A is attached to the shelf wall F. There is no need to apply strong force.
