Claims (13)
- 複合メンブラン(10)を製造するための方法であって、
キャリア層(11)として織物メッシュが設けられ、
前記キャリア層(11)の上に、有孔構造を有するメンブラン(12)が配置され、前記メンブラン(12)は、重層されたファイバの電子紡績によって前記織物メッシュ上に直接的に製造され、
前記メンブラン(12)は、少なくとも2つの異なるファイバによって製造され、第1のファイバは第1のポリマー材料によって作られ、第2のファイバは、前記第1のポリマー材料とは異なる第2のポリマー材料によって作られ、
前記第1のファイバは前記織物メッシュに熱的に接合されるが、前記第2のファイバは前記織物メッシュへの熱的接合を形成せず、
前記電子紡績は定められた条件下で実行され、前記織物メッシュに接触するとき、前記第1のファイバの前記第1のポリマー材料は、完全には硬化されず、前記織物メッシュのフィラメントへのおよび/または前記第2のファイバへの熱的接合を形成する、方法。 - 前記電子紡績されたメンブラン(12)は、少なくとも2つの層によって前記キャリア層上に直接的に製造され、前記織物メッシュに接触する第1の層は実質的に前記第1のファイバによって製造され、第2の層は実質的に前記第2のファイバによって製造される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層および前記第2の層は、時間的にオフセットされた2つの別個のステップにおいて製造される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 複合メンブラン(10)を製造するための方法であって、
キャリア層(11)として織物メッシュが設けられ、
前記キャリア層(11)の上に、有孔構造を有するメンブラン(12)が配置され、前記メンブラン(12)は、重層されたファイバの電子紡績によって前記織物メッシュ上に直接的に製造され、
前記メンブラン(12)は、少なくとも2つの異なるファイバによって製造され、第1のファイバは第1のポリマー材料によって作られ、第2のファイバは、前記第1のポリマー材料とは異なる第2のポリマー材料によって作られ、
前記第1のファイバは前記織物メッシュに熱的に接合されるが、前記第2のファイバは前記織物メッシュへの熱的接合を形成せず、
前記メンブラン(12)は、前記第1のファイバおよび少なくとも前記第2のファイバを含む単一の層によって製造される、方法。 - 前記第1のファイバの前記第1のポリマー材料は、化学的性質および/または物理的特性において、前記第2のファイバの前記第2のポリマー材料と異なる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のポリマー材料は、前記第2のポリマー材料の第2の融点よりも低い第1の融点を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記織物メッシュは、前記メンブラン(12)の前記第1のファイバとの熱的接合を形成する、第1のフィラメント材料からの第1のフィラメントを少なくとも含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記織物メッシュは、前記第1のフィラメント材料からの前記第1のフィラメントと、前記メンブラン(12)への熱的接合を形成しない、第2のフィラメント材料からの少なくとも第2のフィラメントとを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記熱的接合を生むために、熱カレンダリングまたは熱焼鈍ステップが実施される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記複合メンブラン(10)は、プラズマ・コーティング・ステップを使用して処理され、表面コーティングが、モノフィラメントからの前記織物メッシュによる前記キャリア層(11)と前記電子紡績されたメンブラン(12)との両方に適用される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 複合メンブラン(10)を製造するための方法であって、
キャリア層(11)として織物メッシュが設けられ、
前記キャリア層(11)の上に、有孔構造を有するメンブラン(12)が配置され、前記メンブラン(12)は、重層されたファイバの電子紡績によって前記織物メッシュ上に直接的に製造され、
前記メンブラン(12)は、少なくとも2つの異なるファイバによって製造され、第1のファイバは第1のポリマー材料によって作られ、第2のファイバは、前記第1のポリマー材料とは異なる第2のポリマー材料によって作られ、
前記第1のファイバは前記織物メッシュに熱的に接合されるが、前記第2のファイバは前記織物メッシュへの熱的接合を形成せず、
前記電子紡績の前に、前記織物メッシュは、熱可塑性ポリマー材料によって点状にコーティングされ、前記メンブラン(12)と前記織物メッシュとの間の前記熱的接合は、前記点状にコーティングされたポリマー材料によって提供される、方法。 - 前記メンブラン(12)および/または前記織物メッシュは、抗ウイルス、抗菌および/または抗真菌特性を有する、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項4に記載の方法によって製造された複合メンブランであって、
キャリア層(11)としての織物メッシュと、
前記キャリア層(11)上に配置された、有孔構造を有するメンブラン(12)であって、重層されたファイバの形成による電子紡績によって前記織物メッシュ上に直接的に製造されるメンブラン(12)と、
を備え、
前記メンブラン(12)は、少なくとも2つの異なるファイバによって製造される単一層であって、第1のファイバは第1のポリマー材料によって作られ、第2のファイバは、前記第1のポリマー材料とは異なる第2のポリマー材料によって作られ、
前記第1のファイバは前記織物メッシュに熱的に接合されるが、前記第2のファイバは前記織物メッシュのフィラメントへの熱的接合を有しない、複合メンブラン。
