Claims (5)
- 熱源体の表面に設けられた突出部品と、
前記熱源体の表面を覆うように設けられ、前記突出部品が突出するように前記突出部品を挿通させる第1挿通部を有する遮熱板と、
前記遮熱板に沿って配置され、前記突出部品を挿通させる第2挿通部が形成された遮熱布部と、を備え、
前記第2挿通部の挿通寸法は、前記第1挿通部の挿通寸法よりも小さく、
前記遮熱布部は、前記熱源体の前記表面に設けられた状態の前記突出部品が前記第2挿通部に挿通されることで前記突出部品に沿って弾性変形して曲がって前記突出部品の外周面に接触し、前記突出部品の前記熱源体とは反対側を前記遮熱板の表側に露出させている、遮熱構造。 - 前記第2挿通部は、前記遮熱布部に沿う所定断面での前記突出部品の外形寸法よりも小さい開口寸法の中央貫通孔と、前記中央貫通孔を囲み可撓性を有する追従部と、を含む、請求項1に記載の遮熱構造。
- 前記追従部は、前記中央貫通孔を中心として放射状に延びる複数の遮熱布片である、請求項2に記載の遮熱構造。
- 前記追従部の基端は、前記第1挿通部の縁よりも径方向外側に位置している、請求項2又は3に記載の遮熱構造。
- 前記熱源体は、内燃機関の排気通路を構成する排気系部材である、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の遮熱構造。
