- 熱伝導モジュールと、
前記熱伝導モジュールの中央部で選択的に組み合わせて作業坑を形成する複数の平面付加製造アセンブリ、及び前記作業坑内に選択的に配置されて前記作業坑に沿って移動し且つ前記作業坑とともに造形エリアを画定する造形プラットフォームと、
前記熱伝導モジュールの中央部で選択的に組み合わせて作業坑を形成する複数の曲面付加製造アセンブリ及び、前記作業坑内で回転するように選択的に配置され且つ前記作業坑とともに前記造形エリアを画定する造形スピンドルと、
少なくとも前記熱伝導モジュール上に配置され、前記熱伝導モジュールと前記造形プラットフォームとの間に含まれる間隙、または前記熱伝導モジュールと前記造形スピンドルとの間に含まれる第1間隙、第2間隙及び第3間隙のうちの一つに機能性液体を放出する機能性液体毛細放出モジュールと、
を含む機能性液体毛細放出モジュールを備えた交換型付加製造装置システムであって、
前記交換型付加製造装置システムは、前記造形プラットフォームと前記複数の平面付加製造アセンブリを選択的に配置して3D付加製造装置を構成する、または前記造形スピンドルと前記複数の曲面付加製造アセンブリを選択的に配置してロータリー付加製造装置を構成することを特徴とする機能性液体毛細放出モジュールを備えた交換型付加製造装置システム。 - 前記機能性液体毛細放出モジュールは、更に、
位置決め部材と、
前記複数の平面付加製造アセンブリは、前記位置決め部材に従って、前記熱伝導モジュール上に組み合わされ、前記熱伝導モジュールの中央に配置され前記作業坑の内壁を形成し、前記交換型付加製造装置システムが3D付加製造装置を構成することと、
のうち一つを更に含み、
前記複数の平面付加製造アセンブリのうちの一から選択された第1平面付加製造アセンブリと前記造形プラットフォームとの間に前記間隙を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の交換型付加製造装置システム。 - 前記機能性液体毛細放出モジュールは、更に、
機能性液体を貯留する機能性液体貯留容器と、
前記機能性液体貯留容器に連通して前記機能性液体の搬送経路とする搬送管路と、
前記機能性液体の搬送経路として選択された前記第1平面付加製造アセンブリ内部に設置される少なくとも一の搬送流路と、
前記第1平面付加製造アセンブリに開設されるとともに、前記少なくとも一の搬送流路と連通する放出孔と、
流入口と流出口を含み、前記第1平面付加製造アセンブリ設置され、且つ傾斜と1mm未満の幅を有し、毛細力と重力により前記機能性液体を駆動する毛細放出溝であって、前記放出孔と連通するとともに前記放出孔を前記流入口とし、前記流出口の位置は前記間隙にガイドするように配置される毛細放出溝と、
機能性液体貯留容器から前記機能性液体を抽出し、前記搬送管路を介して前記放出孔に圧送し、前記機能性液体を前記毛細放出溝に搬送し、前記毛細力と前記重力を介して前記機能性液体を前記流出口に駆動し、最終的に前記機能性液体が前記間隙に流入するとともに前記間隙が毛細管現象の駆動を受けて前記間隙中に無差別に拡散する蠕動ポンプと、
前記蠕動ポンプを定期的にまたは不定期に起動して、前記機能性液体を前記放出孔に流動するように駆動するコントローラと、
のうち一つを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の交換型付加製造装置システム。
