条項21. 前記エラストマ材料がシート形態であり、前記前記エラストマ材料を前記担体/カーボンナノ材料の組み合わせに適用することが、前記シート形態の前記エラストマ材料を前記担体/カーボンナノ材料の組み合わせの上に置き、レイアップを形成することを含む、条項20の方法。
条項22. 前記エラストマ材料を前記担体/カーボンナノ材料の組み合わせに適用することが、前記レイアップを加熱すること、及び前記レイアップを圧縮することのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、条項21の方法。
条項23. 前記エラストマ材料を前記担体/カーボンナノ材料の組み合わせに適用することが、前記エラストマ材料の第1の層と前記エラストマ材料の第2の層との間に前記担体/カーボンナノ材料の組み合わせを挟むことを含む、条項20の方法。
Claims (14)
- 多孔質材料(508)と前記多孔質材料(508)に適用された金属コーティング(510)とを含む担体層(502);
前記担体層(502)に適用された、カーボンナノ材料(226)を含むカーボンナノ材料構造(504)の層;及び
エラストマ材料(506)
を含むエラストマ性カーボンナノ材料複合シート(450)
を備える複合材構造(406)であって、前記複合材構造(406)がガスケットとして構成され、前記担体層(502)及び前記カーボンナノ材料構造(504)に前記エラストマ材料(506)が含浸されている、複合材構造(406)。 - 複数の前記エラストマ性カーボンナノ材料複合シート(450)を含む、請求項1に記載の複合材構造(406)。
- 前記ガスケットが本体部分(416)と前記本体部分(416)に接続するフランジ部分(418)とを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の複合材構造(406)。
- 前記多孔質材料(508)が不織布である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の複合材構造(406)。
- 前記多孔質材料(508)が炭素繊維を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の複合材構造(406)。
- 金属コーティング(510)がニッケルを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の複合材構造(406)。
- 前記カーボンナノ材料構造(504)の前記カーボンナノ材料(226)の少なくとも一部が、前記担体層(502)の厚みを通して散在し、前記カーボンナノ材料構造(504)が前記担体層(502)に恒久的に接合されるように前記担体層(502)と絡まっている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の複合材構造(406)。
- 前記カーボンナノ材料構造(504)が、ランダムに配向され、均一に分配された前記カーボンナノ材料(226)の構造を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の複合材構造(406)。
- 前記カーボンナノ材料(226)が、カーボンナノチューブ(228)、カーボンナノ粒子(232)、カーボンナノスフェア(230)及びグラフェン(234)のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の複合材構造(406)。
- 前記エラストマ材料が、合成ゴム、ニトリルゴム、又はフルオロエラストマである、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の複合材構造(406)。
- エラストマ性カーボンナノ材料複合シート(450)を備える複合材構造(406)を製造するための方法(550)であって:
カーボンナノ材料構造(504)の層を、多孔質材料(508)と前記多孔質材料(508)に適用された金属コーティングとを含む担体層(502)に適用し、担体/カーボンナノ材料の組み合わせを生成すること(555);及び
エラストマ材料(506)を前記担体/カーボンナノ材料の組み合わせに適用すること(560)
を含み、前記複合材構造(406)がガスケットとして構成された、方法。 - 前記エラストマ材料(506)がシート形態であり、前記エラストマ材料(506)を前記担体/カーボンナノ材料の組み合わせに適用することが、前記シート形態の前記エラストマ材料(506)を前記担体/カーボンナノ材料の組み合わせの上に置き、レイアップを形成することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記エラストマ材料(506)を前記担体/カーボンナノ材料の組み合わせに適用することが、前記レイアップを加熱すること、及び前記レイアップを圧縮することのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 前記エラストマ材料(506)を前記担体/カーボンナノ材料の組み合わせに適用することが、前記エラストマ材料(506)の第1の層と前記エラストマ材料(506)の第2の層との間に前記担体/カーボンナノ材料の組み合わせを挟むことを含む、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
