Description
The present invention relates to a sheet that is attached to a kitchen wall to protect the wall from dirt.
2. Description of the Related Art Kitchen wall protection sheets are known that are attached to kitchen walls that are prone to oil stains and the like to protect the walls from dirt.
Conventional kitchen wall protection sheets are made by laminating an adhesive layer on one side of a sheet body made of aluminum foil or resin film, and are used by attaching the bonded side to the kitchen wall.
Since oil stains and the like adhere to the sheet covering the kitchen wall, the wall itself is prevented from becoming dirty. In addition, dirt attached to the sheet is easier to wipe off than when it is attached to a wall surface, and if the stain is severe, the sheet can be peeled off from the wall surface, discarded, and replaced with a new sheet.
In order to save the trouble of replacing the sheet, as in Patent Document 1, a sheet in which the sheet body is laminated in multiple layers is pasted on the wall surface in advance, and when the front sheet body gets dirty, it is peeled off and the back sheet is replaced. Attempts have also been made to make the main body appear on the front side.
However, as shown in Patent Document 1, conventional kitchen wall protection sheets often have a flat adhesive layer on the bonding surface, so when this surface is bonded to the wall, it tends to become airtight. If air (including gas generated between the wall surface and the wall surface, the same applies hereinafter) gets into the gap, it is not easy to expel the air to the outside even if you use a spatula or the like.
Therefore, air bubbles may form at the interface between the wall surface and the bonded surface of the sheet, causing unevenness and wrinkles to appear on the sheet. If the sheet itself is transparent, the air bubbles may be visible from the front side, resulting in an undesirable appearance. It was bad.
In addition, since the sheet has high adhesion to the wall surface, when the sheet is peeled off from the wall surface, the adhesive tends to adhere to the wall surface and leave a mark, which may result in an unsightly appearance even after the sheet is removed.
Furthermore, in the kitchen wall protection sheet of Patent Document 1, the sheet body is exposed on the surface, but if the sheet body has poor slipperiness, dirt will easily stick to the surface, and if dirt gets on it, it will be difficult to wipe it off. There was also the problem that it was difficult to remove air by squeezing with a spatula.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to create a kitchen wall protection sheet that is difficult to get dirty, easy to remove by wiping etc. even if it gets dirty, hard to leave an adhesive after peeling off, and to be able to be easily attached to the wall surface. This is to make it difficult for air to enter between the two, and to make it easier to expel air if it does.
In order to solve the problem mentioned above, the kitchen wall surface protection sheet according to the invention is laminated on a sheet body made of a resin film and the back side of the sheet body, and has many minute convexities on the surface to be attached to the kitchen wall surface. The sheet has a structure including an adhesive layer dotted with parts and a coating layer laminated on the surface of the sheet main body.
In this way, if a large number of minute protrusions are formed on the adhesive layer on the back of the sheet body, when the sheet is pasted to the wall of the kitchen, the convex parts will stick tightly to the wall surface on the bonded surface, but the convex parts A gap will be created between the ridge and the convex portion, which will appear to be slightly raised from the wall surface.
Therefore, even if air gets into the space between the bonded surface of the sheet and the wall surface, it may naturally escape to the outside through the gaps between the convex parts, or it can be easily released to the outside by using a spatula, etc. It is possible to drive them out.
Therefore, the generation of air bubbles on the interface between the sheet and the wall surface is suppressed, and the appearance of irregularities and wrinkles on the surface of the sheet, and the appearance of air bubbles when the sheet is transparent, are prevented.
Since the sheet and wall surface are adhered mainly only at the convex portions of the entire bonded surface, even when the sheet is peeled off, the adhesive is less likely to transfer and leave no trace.
Furthermore, by forming a coating layer on the surface of the sheet body, the slipperiness of the surface increases, making it easier to handle when pasting the sheet to a wall surface, and the sheet can be pasted in a neatly stretched state. Therefore, air is further prevented from entering between the sheet and the wall surface.
Even if air gets in, the coated surface is smooth, so operations such as squeezing with a spatula can be performed smoothly, and it is even easier to expel the air to the outside.
The coating layer increases the slipperiness of the surface, making it difficult for dirt to adhere to it, and even if it does adhere, it can be easily removed by wiping or the like.
In the kitchen wall surface protection sheet according to the invention, it is preferable that the coating layer is made of a fluorine coating.
When using a fluorine coat, it is highly water- and oil-repellent and moisture-proof, so it has excellent stain resistance, and it has high acid and abrasion resistance, so it is durable, and it has low friction, so it has good sliding properties. It can be a sheet. In addition, the fluorine coat in the present invention refers to a coat containing a fluororesin, which is a polymer compound whose structure has a unit in which fluorine atoms and carbon atoms are bonded, and is not limited to a coat composed only of fluororesin. , other resins and additives may be included as long as they do not impede the effects of the present invention. In this specification, it will be expressed as a fluorine coat for convenience.
In the kitchen wall surface protection sheet according to the invention, it is preferable to adopt a structure in which the coated surface on which the coated layer is laminated has a contact angle with respect to edible oil of 60° or more when measured by the θ/2 method.
When the contact angle with respect to edible oil is 60° or more, the edible oil, which is frequently used in kitchens and is frequently splashed, is prevented from adhering to the coating layer, so that staining of the sheet is further prevented.
In the kitchen wall protection sheet according to the invention, it is preferable that the sheet main body is made of a polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of 30 to 100 μm.
Polyethylene terephthalate is highly transparent, so even if the sheet is attached to a wall, the patterns and designs on the wall will be visible, so the aesthetics will not be compromised.
If the thickness of the polyethylene terephthalate film is less than 30 μm, the thickness is too small and may cause damage. Moreover, when the thickness exceeds 100 μm, the thickness is too large and the rigidity increases, the followability when bonding to a wall surface decreases, and wrinkles etc. are likely to occur.
By setting the thickness to 30 to 100 μm, good strength and followability to the wall surface can be achieved.
In the kitchen wall surface protection sheet according to the invention, it is preferable that the adhesive layer is made of an acrylic adhesive having a thickness of 20 to 40 μm.
Acrylic adhesives are highly transparent, so even when the sheet is pasted on a wall, the patterns and designs on the wall can be seen through, so the aesthetics are not compromised.
If the thickness of the adhesive layer is less than 20 μm, the adhesive force may be insufficient, it may be difficult to form convex portions, and it may be difficult to discharge air that has entered the interface between the sheet and the wall surface to the outside. Moreover, when the thickness exceeds 40 μm, transparency decreases and costs increase.
By setting the thickness to 20 to 40 μm, transparency, adhesive strength, and bubble suppression performance can be improved, and costs can be reduced.
Since the kitchen wall surface protection sheet according to the invention is configured as described above, it is difficult to get dirty, it is easy to wipe off when it gets dirty, it is hard to leave adhesive after it is removed, and there is no space between it and the wall surface. It is difficult for air to enter, and if air does get in, it is easier to expel the air.

Next, Examples and Comparative Examples of the present invention will be given to further clarify the content of the present invention.
As an example, a kitchen wall surface protection sheet was prepared in which a 28 μm thick adhesive layer made of an acrylic adhesive was laminated on the back side of a sheet body made of a 50 μm thick polyethylene terephthalate film whose surface was coated with fluorine. In the examples, minute convex portions are formed on the bonding surface of the adhesive layer.
Further, as Comparative Example 1, a kitchen wall surface protection sheet was prepared in which a 28 μm thick adhesive layer made of an acrylic adhesive was laminated on the back side of a sheet body made of a 50 μm thick polyethylene terephthalate film.
A sample measuring 15 mm in length and 150 mm in width was cut out from the kitchen wall protection sheets of Examples and Comparative Example 1. A friction test was conducted under the conditions of a load of 1.96 N, a friction distance of 100 mm, and a speed of 30 reciprocations/min by contacting with a stainless steel surface (a JISL0803-compliant white cloth for testing (Kanakin No. 3) was installed).
For Example and Comparative Example 1, approximately 2 μl of olive oil (manufactured by Ajinomoto Co., Inc.) was dropped on the surface of the sample before the friction test, at the time of 100 reciprocations, and at the time of 1000 reciprocations of the friction test, and the temperature condition was 23 ° C. Below, the contact angle between the sample surface and the edible oil was measured using a solid-liquid interface analysis device "Drop Master 300" (manufactured by Kyowa Interface Science Co., Ltd.). Measurements were performed on three samples each for Example and Comparative Example 1, and the average value was calculated.
The results are shown in Table 1 below.
From Table 1, it was confirmed that in the Examples, due to the presence of the coating layer made of fluorine coat, the oil repellency was higher than in Comparative Example 1, and it was difficult for edible oil to adhere and stain.
Furthermore, in the examples, it was confirmed that the durability of the coating layer was excellent and the oil repellency ability superior to that of Comparative Example 1 was maintained.
Next, as Comparative Example 2, we used "Removable Transparent Sheet 3-Layer Type" (manufactured by Toyo Aluminum Echo Products Co., Ltd.), and as Comparative Example 3, we used "Adsorption Sheet Transparent that can be applied easily and neatly" (manufactured by Toyo Aluminum Echo Products Co., Ltd.). Got ready.
For Examples and Comparative Examples 2 and 3, after preparing test pieces by cutting them into 25 mm width x 150 mm length, each test piece was pasted on a SUS304 steel plate (surface finish BA), and the top of the pasted test piece was It was crimped by making one reciprocation with a 2 kg rubber roller. Under 50% humidity conditions, JIS A peel test was conducted in accordance with Z0237. Here, the peeling speed is 300 mm/min, and the peeling is performed at 180°. The maximum load required for peeling off was measured. Note that detailed conditions not described here shall comply with JIS Z0237.
The results are shown in Table 2 below.
Table 2 shows that in the example, the adhesive strength was stronger than in comparative example 3 when the pasting time was short (after 1 minute, after 24 hours), and it was prevented from unintentionally peeling off from the wall surface. It was confirmed that the adhesive strength did not become excessively large even if the adhesive was attached for a long time (after 192 hours), and that it was easy to peel off from the wall surface.
In addition, the presence or absence of adhesion of the adhesive was visually confirmed at the locations where the kitchen wall protection sheets of Examples and Comparative Examples 2 and 3 were removed.
The results are shown in Table 3 below.
From Table 3, it can be seen that in Comparative Examples 2 and 3, there is a tendency for the adhesive to transfer when pasted on the object for a long time, whereas in the example, even when pasted on the object for a long time, the adhesive It was confirmed that no transfer was observed.
