DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a motor abnormality determination device and a motor abnormality determination system according to an embodiment of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In each figure, the same reference numerals indicate the same or corresponding parts.
FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram of a motor abnormality determination system according to the first embodiment. The motor
The
The operation data collected by the
The feature
The abnormality
The
The abnormality determination
Next, the abnormality content investigation will be explained.
FIG. 2 is a flowchart showing an investigation of abnormality details in the motor abnormality determination system according to the present embodiment. This abnormality content investigation is carried out by the user or the motor manufacturer on the motor in which the abnormality has occurred. This investigation is performed on a plurality of motors for which the type of abnormality has been specified in advance and the degree of abnormality differs. Here, motors with different degrees of abnormality mean motors with different amounts of mechanical change and electrical change inside the motor.
In step S01, the impedance of the motor is measured. In step S02, it is determined whether the measured impedance is different from a reference value. Note that the reference value of impedance is the value of impedance when the motor is normal. In step S02, if the measured impedance is different from the reference value (YES), the process proceeds to step S03. In step S03, the type of abnormality and the amount of electrical change are input into the abnormality
In step S04, the user or an investigator from the motor manufacturer disassembles the motor. Then, in step S05, it is determined whether a mechanical change has occurred in the motor. In step S05, if a mechanical change has occurred in the motor (YES), the process advances to step S06. In step S06, the user or an investigator from the motor manufacturer measures the amount of mechanical changes such as scratches and cracks occurring in the bearings and magnets inside the motor. Here, the amount of mechanical change is the size of scratches, cracks, etc. that occur in the bearings and magnets. In step S07, the type of abnormality and the amount of mechanical change are input into the abnormality
Note that if the type of abnormality and the amount of mechanical change inside the motor can be identified without disassembling the motor, it is not necessary to disassemble the motor.
Next, the
A plurality of motors whose abnormalities have been investigated based on the flowchart shown in FIG. 2 are connected to the motor abnormality determination system shown in FIG. 1. The
The
Note that it is preferable that this table includes an association between the amount of mechanical change and the amount of electrical change in a normal motor and the characteristic amount of the operating data. By including data of a normal motor, it becomes possible to determine that the motor is normal in abnormality determination.
The abnormality determination
Next, the operation of the
FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the operation of the abnormality determination device in this embodiment. A
In step S13, the
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of the operation of the abnormality determination device in this embodiment. In FIG. 4, the horizontal axis is frequency and the vertical axis is amplitude. As shown in FIG. 4, the
As an example, a case will be explained in which a scratch occurs on the bearing of a motor. It is assumed that the amplitude of frequency F1 increases when a scratch occurs on the motor bearing. At this time, the
In the motor abnormality determination device configured as described above, the abnormality level can be indicated by the amount of mechanical change and the amount of electrical change inside the motor corresponding to the type of abnormality. Therefore, the motor abnormality determination device of this embodiment can determine the level of the mechanical change amount and electrical change amount inside the motor when an abnormality occurs.
Note that if the motor that has been determined to be abnormal can be recovered, it is preferable to recover the motor and conduct a disassembly investigation. By disassembling and inspecting the recovered motor, it is possible to confirm the correlation between the amount of mechanical change that actually occurred in the motor and the feature amount calculated by the feature
In the motor abnormality determination system of this embodiment, the

The abnormality determination
In the motor abnormality determination system configured in this manner, the abnormality determination
