Claims (15)

- 前記第1係合部分及び第2係合部分は、それぞれ、前記シャフトの前記外面内へと延びる凹所であり、前記第1係合部分は、前記第2係合部分から離間している、請求項1に記載のドライバ。
- 前記付勢部材は、傾斜コイルスプリングである、請求項1に記載のドライバ。

前記シャフトは、多角形構成を有した駆動部分を規定する近位端と、ヘキサローブ構成を有した駆動ビットを規定する遠位端と、を含み、前記付勢部材が前記第2係合部分に対して係合している時には、前記駆動ビットは、前記通路の内部に全体的に配置されている、外科的システム。 - 前記スリーブは、(i)前記駆動ビットが前記ソケット内に配置され、かつ、前記スリーブの前記遠位端が前記レシーバから離間しているようにして、前記付勢部材が前記外面に対して係合している第1位置と、(ii)前記駆動ビットが前記ソケット内に配置され、かつ、前記スリーブの前記遠位端が前記インプラントキャビティ内に配置されているようにして、前記付勢部材が前記第1係合部分に対して係合している第2位置と、(iii)前記駆動ビットが前記ソケットから離間しており、かつ、前記スリーブの前記遠位端が前記インプラントキャビティ内に配置されているようにして、前記付勢部材が前記第2係合部分に対して係合している第3位置と、の間にわたって、前記シャフトに対して前記長手方向軸線に沿って並進移動可能である、請求項12に記載の外科的システム。
- 前記ネジは、前記スリーブが前記第1位置にある時には及び前記第2位置にある時には、前記長手方向軸線と平行な向きに維持され、前記ネジは、前記スリーブが前記第3位置にある時には、前記長手方向軸線を横断する方向に延びるように構成されている、請求項13に記載の外科的システム。
- 前記スリーブの前記遠位端は、前記スリーブの前記外面から外向きに延びるフランジを含み、前記スリーブが前記第2位置にある時には及び前記第3位置にある時には、前記フランジは、前記レシーバの前記アームのうちの一方の内面に対して係合する、請求項13に記載の外科的システム。
