Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a packaging container that is composed of a container body for storing food and a lid, and in which the container body can be stacked on the lid.

BACKGROUND ART A packaging container for storing foods such as sushi is constructed by thermoforming a rigid resin sheet into a lid and a container body into which the lid is fitted. Then, the packaging containers can be transported or displayed by stacking the container bodies into which the lids are fitted. Here, so that the packaging containers can be stacked stably, the structure is such that the top plate of the lid and the bottom of the container body do not shift laterally. In Patent Document 1, legs projecting downward are provided at each corner of the rectangular bottom of the container body, and when the container body is placed on top of the lid, the inner surfaces of the legs touch the corners of the lid. It is said to have a shape that follows. In Patent Document 2, legs are provided that protrude downward from the sides of the bottom of the container body, and when the container body is stacked on the lid, the legs abut against the side wall of the lid. As mentioned above, by providing the legs at the bottom of the container body, a recess is created in the bottom.

Incidentally, in recent years, there has been a demand for raising the bottom part to make food easier to see. If the bottom is raised, the legs formed at the bottom must be deeply recessed from the bottom, and the recess becomes larger. Therefore, the area of the flat bottom part must be reduced to form the legs. In that case, the amount of food that can be accommodated will be smaller than when legs are not formed, and the ability to accommodate food will be impaired. If the recesses for forming the legs are large, for example, a portion of the food such as rice grains will fall down, resulting in an unsightly appearance and a decrease in commercial value.

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging container that can ensure stability when stacked without impairing food storage capacity.

The packaging container of the present invention is composed of a lid having a top plate and a side wall, and a container body into which the lid is fitted, and the container body can be stacked on the lid. The container body includes a bottom, a peripheral wall formed around the periphery of the bottom, and a hakama portion extending downward from the outside of the peripheral wall, with the outermost hakama portion functioning as legs. The bottom is raised and the height of the surrounding wall is kept low to make it easier to see the food stored. For comparison, the height of the peripheral wall is kept lower than the height of the hakama part. A plurality of reinforcing portions are formed at intervals on the peripheral wall by recessing a portion of the inner wall thereof. As a result of recessing the inner wall downward, this reinforcing portion protrudes from the bottom toward the back side and becomes a protrusion. When the packaging containers are stacked in multiple tiers, the protrusions come into contact with the side walls of the lids of the lower tier containers and function to prevent the stacked containers from shifting laterally.

That is, in the present invention, in order to make the hakama part located on the outer periphery of the container body function as legs and to make it easier to see the food stored, the slope of the inner wall of the inner wall and outer wall that constitute the peripheral wall is set to the outer side. The inner wall is made gentler than the wall, and the height of the inner wall is made higher than the height of the outer wall, thereby forming a steeply sloped hakama part from the lower end of the outer wall. As a result, the bottom part is raised and the height of the peripheral wall is lowered compared to the height of the hakama part.In other words, while maintaining the function of retaining the stored food to prevent it from falling out of the container body, The height of the peripheral wall can be made as low as possible so that the inside of the container can be easily seen.

In addition, by using the peripheral wall, a reinforcing part is provided by recessing a part of the inner wall downward, and the reinforcing part is made to protrude below the bottom part to form a protrusion, and this protrusion prevents the stacked containers from shifting sideways. Demonstrate. As a result, in the present invention, it is possible to suppress the amount of downward protrusion of the protrusions for preventing lateral slippage, and to ensure the stability of the stacked containers. A packaging container with good appearance can be provided.

The container main body and the lid are formed into a polygonal shape in plan view having a plurality of sides and corner parts, and the reinforcing part is arranged at the side part of the inner wall. This makes it possible to reinforce weak linear sides. A plurality of anti-slip protrusions are formed on the top surface of the bottom of the container body. This prevents food such as sushi from shifting when carrying the container. Reinforcing vertical grooves are formed at each corner of the side wall of the lid, and a plurality of ribs are formed at the sides of the side wall of the lid, which abut against the inner and outer walls of the container body. This makes it possible to reinforce the corner portions and side portions of the side wall, and also allows the lid to be securely fitted into the container body.

According to the present invention, by providing the reinforcing portion on the peripheral wall of the container body, it is possible to prevent the containers from shifting laterally when they are stacked, and to ensure food storage capacity, without reducing the area of the bottom of the container body. .

Packaging containers according to embodiments of the present invention are shown in FIGS. 1 to 5. The packaging container is composed of a lid 1 and a container body 2 into which the lid 1 is fitted, and the container body 2 can be stacked on the lid 1 as shown in FIG. The container has a polygonal shape in plan view, here a rectangular or square shape, and is suitable for storing food such as sushi.

The lid 1 includes a top plate 3 and a side wall 4, and is made of a thermoformed transparent or translucent synthetic resin sheet so that the inside can be seen. The top plate 3 is formed in a flat rectangular shape, and a side wall 4 is continuously formed diagonally downward and outwardly from the periphery of the top plate 3. The side wall 4 has four corner portions 4a and four straight side portions 4b. A stepped flange portion 5 is provided at the bottom of the side wall 4. The upper edge 6 of the side wall 4 is formed so as to swell slightly outward, and is reinforced so that the periphery of the top plate 3 is less likely to dent.

The container body 2 includes a bottom portion 10, a peripheral wall 11 provided at the periphery of the bottom portion 10, and a skirt portion 12 extending downward from the outside of the peripheral wall 11, and is a thermoformed product of a colored synthetic resin sheet. The bottom portion 10 is formed into a flat rectangular shape, and a rectangular frame-shaped peripheral wall 11 is continuously formed around the periphery of the bottom portion 10 . Since the hakama part 12 extends below the bottom part 10, the bottom part 10 is raised higher than usual, and the height of the peripheral wall 11 is kept lower than the height of the hakama part 12. A plurality of anti-slip protrusions 13 are formed on the upper surface of the bottom portion 10 so as to protrude upward. Furthermore, one or more linear ribs 14 are formed on the upper surface of the bottom portion 10 so as to protrude upward, and the upper surface is divided into a plurality of sections. Anti-slip projections 13 are regularly arranged in these sections. Note that the anti-slip protrusion 13 is not formed on the periphery of the bottom portion 10. These anti-slip protrusions 13 make it difficult for the sushi to slip when carrying the container containing the sushi, thereby preventing the sushi from being lopsided. Additionally, the bottom portion 10 is reinforced and becomes less likely to bend.

The peripheral wall 11 is composed of an inner wall 15 rising from the peripheral edge of the bottom part 10, a horizontal upper edge wall 16 at the top thereof, and an outer wall 17 located on the outside, and is formed in an inverted U shape. The outer wall 17 has a steep slope close to vertical, the inner wall 15 has a gentler slope than the outer wall 17, and the height of the inner wall 15 is higher than the height of the outer wall 17. A flat portion 18 is formed at the lower end of the outer wall 17 and extends outward substantially horizontally. Furthermore, a convex portion 17a that slightly protrudes outward is formed at the upper part of the outer wall 17 over the entire circumference. The convex portion 17a not only ensures the rigidity of the peripheral wall 11, but also functions to prevent the flange portion 5 of the lid 1 from coming off when it is fitted into the peripheral wall 11.

To prevent this from coming off, a step 20 is provided on the side wall 4 of the lid 1. The stepped portion 20 is located at the center of each side portion 4b of the side wall 4, with a portion of the side wall 4 recessed inward, and the lower portion of the stepped portion 20 forms a step with respect to the side wall 4. A lower rib 21 is formed at the lower end of the stepped portion 20 and abuts against the inner wall 15 of the peripheral wall 11 of the container body 2, and the lower rib 21 protrudes below the upper horizontal portion of the flange portion 5. A horizontal rib 22 that engages with the convex portion 17a of the outer wall 17 of the peripheral wall 11 is formed on the outer vertical wall of the flange portion 5. A plurality of horizontal ribs 22 are provided on the flange portion 5 at intervals and protrude inward.

When the lid 1 is fitted into the container body 2, the lower part of the stepped portion 20 enters inside the inner wall 15 of the container body 2, and the lower rib 21 comes into contact with the inner wall 15. Further, the horizontal rib 22 rides over the convex portion 17a of the outer wall 17 and comes into contact with the outer wall 17. The peripheral wall 11 of the container main body 2 is sandwiched between the horizontal ribs 22 and the lower ribs 21, the flange portion 5 of the lid 1 comes into close contact with the peripheral wall 11 of the container main body 2, and the lid 1 is fitted into the container main body 2. Thereby, the lid 1 can be reliably fixed so that it does not rattle, and the sealing performance of the container can be improved.

A plurality of vertical grooves 23 for reinforcement are formed in each corner portion 4b of the side wall 4. Three vertical grooves 23 are arranged side by side, the center vertical groove 23 is located in the middle of the corner part 4b, and the side vertical grooves 23 are located on both sides of the vertical groove 23, respectively. The center vertical groove 23 is formed to reach the flange part 5 from the top plate 3, and the side vertical groove 23 is formed to reach the flange part 5 from the upper part of the side wall 4. These vertical grooves 23 provide a structure in which two vertical ribs 24 are provided at the corner portion 4a of the side wall 4, increasing the rigidity of the lid 1 and making it difficult to deform.

The hakama portion 12 is formed to extend obliquely downward from the outer end of the flat portion 18 of the peripheral wall 11 in a hakama shape, and functions as a leg of the container body 2. The hakama part 12 has four corner parts 12a and four straight side parts 12b, and is formed into a trapezoidal box shape with a steep slope when viewed from the side. Since the hakama part 12 is located at the outermost side of the container body 2 and has a box shape extending diagonally downward, it ensures sufficient rigidity as a leg of the container body 2. In this embodiment, the side portion 12b is formed into a flat plate shape, but as a modification, the side portion 12b may be formed into an uneven shape in the inner and outer directions to further increase the rigidity.

The bottom part 10 is set at a lower position than the upper end of the hakama part 12, that is, the flat part 18, and the upper end of the peripheral wall 11, that is, the upper edge wall 16 is set at a position higher than the upper end of the hakama part 12. In addition, the height from the bottom part 10 to the upper edge wall 16 of the peripheral wall 11 is made lower than the height of the hakama part 12, and the height of the peripheral wall 11 is kept lower than the height of the hakama part 12. This allows the bottom portion 10 to be raised and the peripheral wall 11 to be formed low, making it easier to see the stored food. In addition, since the inner wall 15 of the peripheral wall 11 has a gently sloped surface, when looking into the container from diagonally above, there are fewer blind spots and it is possible to see through to near the periphery of the bottom 10.

The inner wall 15 of the peripheral wall 11 is formed in a step-like shape extending obliquely upward from the peripheral edge of the bottom portion 10 to ensure the rigidity of the peripheral wall 11. Further, the peripheral wall 11 is provided with a reinforcing portion 25 in which a portion of the inner wall 15 is recessed. The reinforcing parts 25 are provided at one or two intervals on each side 11b of the inner wall 15, and are reinforced to prevent the peripheral wall 11 from being deformed. The reinforcing part 25 has a concave shape extending from the inner wall 15 to a part of the periphery of the bottom part 10, and the lower part of the reinforcing part 25 protrudes below the bottom part 10 to form a protrusion 26. The reinforcing portion 25 and the protrusion 26 of each side portion 11b are arranged to face each other. The top plate 3 of the lid 1 is formed to be slightly smaller than the interval between the opposing protrusions 26, and the protrusions 26 face the sides 4b of the side walls 4 of the lids 1 of the lower stacked containers. The protrusion 26 is formed into a shallow and narrow recess at the periphery of the bottom portion 10.

Due to the structure of the reinforcing portion 25 having such a protrusion 26, the space for accommodating food at the bottom portion 10 is not impaired, and moreover, a part of the food such as rice grains does not fall easily. Furthermore, since the anti-slip projections 13 and the linear ribs 14 protrude upward on the bottom 10, there is no downwardly protruding portion other than the protrusion of the reinforcing portion 25, and the back surface of the bottom 10 is flat. Therefore, when containers are stacked in multiple stages, the top plate 3 of the lid 1 tends to come into surface contact with the back surface of the bottom 10.

As shown in FIG. 7, when the containers are stacked, the lid 1 fits between each protrusion 26, the upper edge 6 of the side wall 4 of the lid 1 abuts the inner surface 26a of the lower part of the protrusion 26, The top plate 3 of the lower lid 1 is in close contact with the lower surface of the bottom 10 of the upper container body 2. This ensures that the containers on the upper tier are held securely and that the stacked containers do not shift laterally. Further, the height of the hakama portion 12 is lower than the height of the lid body 1. Therefore, when the container is placed on the lower container with a slight deviation, the hakama part 12 contacts the side wall 4 of the lid 1 even if the lid 1 does not fit between the reinforcing parts 25. Therefore, the upper container will not fall down.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and it goes without saying that many modifications and changes can be made to the above embodiments within the scope of the present invention. The packaging container is not limited to a rectangular shape, but may be a polygonal shape such as a triangle, pentagon, or hexagon, or may be a circle, an ellipse, or an ellipse. Alternatively, only the inner wall 15 may be recessed so that the reinforcing portion 25 does not overlap the bottom portion 10. In this case, the top plate 3 of the lid 1 is made to have the same size as the bottom portion 10 so that the lid 1 fits between each reinforcing portion 25. When the lid 1 is placed upside down on the container body 2, the top plate 3 of the lid 1 fits perfectly into the bottom 10 of the container body 2, making it easier to clean up the container.
