Description
Claims (10)
- プラズマ発生装置であって、
ユーザからの入力を受信する少なくとも一つのインタフェース部を含む把持部と、
プラズマを発生するためのプラズマ発生部を含むヘッド部と、
前記ヘッド部の第1端に脱着可能に結合され、所定領域に対してプラズマを発生する第1カートリッジと、
前記ヘッド部の第2端に備えられる光照射部と、
を含み、
前記第1カートリッジには前記プラズマが皮膚に照射されることで発生するオゾン(O3)を吸入するための少なくとも一つの吸入孔が形成され、
前記ヘッド部は、前記オゾンを除去するためのオゾン除去部を含み、
前記オゾン除去部は、前記オゾンを吸入するための吸入ファンと、吸入された前記オゾンを除去するためのオゾンフィルタ部とを含み、
前記光照射部は、前記オゾンフィルタ部を通過してオゾンが除去された気体を排出する排出孔を含む、
プラズマ発生装置。 - 少なくとも一つのインタフェース部は、
前記第1カートリッジを制御するためのユーザからの入力を受信する第1インタフェース部と、
前記光照射部を制御するためのユーザからの入力を受信する第2インタフェース部と、
を含む、
請求項1に記載のプラズマ発生装置。 - 前記第1カートリッジは、
所定の第1作用面を介して前記第1作用面と対向する領域にプラズマを照射する第1作用部と、
前記第1作用部と結合され、前記ヘッド部に脱着可能に結合される第1結合部と、
を含むが、
前記第1結合部は、
前記ヘッド部の第1端の縁に脱着可能に形成される第1縁フレームと、
前記第1縁フレームに形成されて前記第1作用部の側面に結合される複数の第1突出部であって、前記第1作用部の前方に突出しないように前記第1縁フレームに形成される前記複数の第1突出部と、
を含む、
請求項1に記載のプラズマ発生装置。 - 前記ヘッド部の第1端に脱着可能に結合され、所定領域に対してプラズマを発生する第2カートリッジ、
を更に含むが、
前記第2カートリッジは、
所定の第2作用面を介して前記第2作用面と対向する領域にプラズマを照射する第2作用部と、
前記第2作用部と結合され、前記ヘッド部に脱着可能に結合される第2結合部と、
を含むが、
前記第2結合部は、
前記ヘッド部の第1端の縁に脱着可能に形成される第2縁フレームと、
前記第2縁フレームに形成されて前記第2作用部の側面に結合される複数の第2突出部であって、前記第2作用部の前方に突出するように前記第2縁フレームに形成される前記複数の第2突出部と、
を含む、
請求項1に記載のプラズマ発生装置。 - 前記ヘッド部の第1端に脱着可能に結合され、所定領域に対してプラズマを発生する第3カートリッジ、
を更に含むが、
前記第3カートリッジは、
所定の第3作用面を介して前記第3作用面と対向する領域にプラズマを照射する第3作用部と、
前記第3作用部と結合され、前記ヘッド部に脱着可能に結合される第3結合部と、
を含むが、
前記第3作用面は、
第3-1作用面と、
前記第3-1作用面から突出形成される突出柱の表面に対応する第3-2作用面と、
を含む、
請求項1に記載のプラズマ発生装置。 - 前記光照射部は、
第1波長を利用する少なくとも一つの第1LEDと、
前記第1波長とは異なる第2波長を利用する少なくとも一つの第1レーザダイオード(LD)と 、
前記第1波長及び前記第2波長とは異なる第3波長を利用する少なくとも一つの第2LEDと、
を含む、
請求項1に記載のプラズマ発生装置。 - 前記オゾンフィルタ部は、
前記オゾンを除去するオゾンフィルタと、
前記オゾンフィルタを固定するための第1フィルタケースと、
を含む、
請求項1に記載のプラズマ発生装置。 - 前記オゾンフィルタ部は、
前記オゾンを除去する複数個のカーボンビーズ(beads)と、
前記カーボンビーズを固定するための第2フィルタケースと、
を含む、
請求項1に記載のプラズマ発生装置。 - 前記プラズマ発生部は、
前記第1作用部と連結するために前記第1作用部に向かう一面から突出形成される連結部を含み、
前記オゾンフィルタ部は、
前記プラズマ発生部と前記第1作用部との間に備えられ、前記連結部が通過する中空を含む、
請求項3に記載のプラズマ発生装置。 - 前記複数個の第1突出部は、前記吸入ファンの動作によって前記オゾンが吸入されるように、予め設定された間隔で前記第1作用部の側面に結合される、
