Claims (4)
- 内部が高さ方向に3段に仕切られた筐体と、
中段部に配置され、互いに対向配置された上電極板と加熱対象物を載置する下電極板とを備える加熱部と、
下段部に配置され、前記下電極板を昇降させる昇降部と、
上段部に配置され、前記上下電極板の間に高周波電力を供給する電源部とを備えると共に、
前記上電極板を挟んで水平面上で対向配置され、前記下電極板の上昇中に前記下電極板に載置された前記加熱対象物の外形における最大高さの存在を遠隔的に検出する高さ検出部と、
前記昇降部に連結され、前記下電極板の昇降量を計測する電極間隔計測部とを備え、
前記電極間隔計測部は、前記高さ検出部が前記最大高さを検出したタイミングに基づいて前記上電極板と前記下電極板との間隔を計測する高周波加熱装置。 - 前記上電極板と前記下電極板とは板面サイズが同一である請求項1に記載の高周波加熱装置。
- 重量検出部を備え、
前記昇降部は、前記下電極板の下部に設けられ、
前記重量検出部は、前記昇降部と前記下電極板との間に介設された請求項1又は2に記載の高周波加熱装置。 - 前記下電極板と前記筐体との間にインダクタンス素子を介設した請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の高周波加熱装置。
