-Opening prevention structure-
Hereinafter, a structure for preventing opening of the joining portion of a resin sash according to an embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
Generally, a sash has a crescent 6 restraining the opening stile 23 of the inner shoji 2 and the opening stile 34 of the outer shoji 3, but resin sashes etc. with a height dimension exceeding 2000 mm are used as shown in FIG. , a large moment force F2 is applied to the crescent 6 due to external pressure such as wind, etc., which causes the force F1 to separate the opening stile 23 of the inner shoji 2 and the opening stile 34 of the outer shoji 3 in the expected direction. There was a risk that the stile would be deformed or damaged.

In addition, as shown in Fig. 12(a), in the event of a fire, when moment force F3 is applied to the crescent 6 due to deformation such as elongation or warping of each stile material, the crescent 6 deforms or breaks and becomes internally damaged. , the restraint of the outer shoji 2 and 3 may not be maintained. Therefore, even if the heat-expandable material f placed in the frames 23 and 34 of the inner and outer shoji 2 and 3 expands, a gap will be created between the frames 23 and 34, and the interior and exterior will not be sufficiently closed. could not.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 12(b), near the upper and lower ends of the stile 23, 34 of the inner and outer shoji 2, 3, in the event of a fire, the inner and outer stile materials may be deformed by elongation, warping, etc. When a force F4 is applied to separate the frames 23 and 34 of the outer shoji 2 and 3 in the expected direction, a gap may be created between the frames 23 and 34, and the heating expansion material No blockage was possible.

Therefore, in the resin sash of the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, an opening prevention fitting 7 is arranged adjacent to the crescent 6 at the joining part of the inner and outer shoji 2 and 3.

The outer member 72 of the opening prevention fitting 7 of this embodiment is made of a metal material such as steel, and as shown in FIG. It has a hook part 72a arranged on the indoor side of the fixing part 72f and extending in the inner circumferential direction, and a spacer 72g stacked on the fixing part 72f.
As shown in FIG. 7(a), the outer member 72 is disposed adjacent to the crescent receiver 62 on the outdoor side surface of the partially cut out frame 34, and as shown in FIG. 8(c), A reinforcing member 342 disposed in the hollow part of the stile is fixed to the indoor facing wall 342b with screws b.
Note that the outer member 72 may be fixed to the frame 34 and the reinforcing member 342 by forming screw holes in the frame 34.
Further, the spacers 71c and 72g of the inner member 71 and the outer member 72 are not necessarily required, and the number of stacked spacers 71c and 72g may be appropriately set depending on the dimensions of the stile.

As shown in FIG. 8(d), the opening stile 34 has a cutout 341d in the abutment piece 341c in the area where the outer member 72 is fixed, so that when the shoji is closed, the opening of the inner shoji 2 is removed. This prevents the inner member 71 fixed to the frame 23 from interfering.

When the inner and outer shoji 2 and 3 are closed, as shown in FIGS. 7(a) and 7(d), the hook portion 71a of the inner member 71 is connected to the outdoor side of the hook portion 72a of the outer member 72. Therefore, even if the stile material is warped or otherwise deformed due to external pressure such as wind or heat during a fire, the stile 23 of the inner shoji 2 and the stile 34 of the outer shoji 3 will be separated from each other in the indoor-outdoor direction. It is possible to prevent damage to the crescent, frame, etc. due to excessive force being applied to the crescent, etc.

- Opening prevention fitting of third embodiment -
The inner member 71 of the opening prevention fitting 7 of this embodiment is made of a metal material such as steel, and as shown in FIG. It has a hook part 71a that is arranged on the outdoor side of the fixed part 71b and extends upward and in the inner circumferential direction, and a spacer 71c that is stacked on the fixed part 71b.

The inner member 71 is arranged adjacent to the crescent lock 61 on the outdoor side surface of the door frame 23, as shown in FIG. 9(a), and inside the hollow part of the door frame 23 as shown in FIG. 10(a). It is fixed to the facing surface portion 232b of the reinforcing member 232 with screws b.

As shown in FIG. 10(b), the inner member 71 has a cutout 231d in the abutting piece 231c near the area where the inner member 71 of the stile 23 is fixed, and when the shoji is closed. This prevents the outer member 72 fixed to the frame 34 of the outer shoji 3 from interfering.

The outer member 72 of the opening prevention fitting 7 of this embodiment is made of a metal material such as steel, and as shown in FIG. It has a hook part 72a arranged on the indoor side of the fixing part 72f and extending downward and in the inner peripheral direction, and a spacer 72g stacked on the fixing part 72f.

As shown in FIG. 9(a), the outer member 72 is disposed on the outdoor side of the stile 34 adjacent to the crescent receiver 62, and as shown in FIG. 10(c), inside the hollow part of the stile. The reinforcing member 342 to be placed is fixed to the indoor facing wall 342b with screws b.
Note that the spacers 71c and 72g of the inner member 71 and the outer member 72 are not necessarily required, and the number of stacked spacers 71c and 72g may be appropriately set depending on the dimensions of the stile.

As shown in FIG. 10(d), the closing frame 34 has a cutout portion 341d in the abutment piece 341c near the area where the outer member 72 is fixed, so that the inner sash 2 is closed when the shoji is closed. This prevents the inner member 71 fixed to the frame 23 from interfering.

When the inner and outer shoji 2 and 3 are closed, as shown in FIGS. 9(a) and 9(d), the hook portion 71a of the inner member 71 is connected to the outdoor side of the hook portion 72a of the outer member 72.

As described above, in the resin sash according to the present embodiment, the opening prevention member is provided adjacent to the crescent at the joining part of the inner and outer shoji 2 and 3, so that external pressure from wind or other external pressure is applied to the crescent. Even if the crescent is hit, the sliding stile 23 of the inner shoji 2 and the sliding stile 34 of the outer shoji 3 are prevented from being separated in the indoor-outdoor direction, thereby suppressing the crescent from breaking.

In addition, even if the frames 23 and 34 of the inner and outer shoji 2 and 3 are warped or otherwise deformed in the event of a fire, the hook portion 71a of the inner member 71 of the opening stopper member and the hook portion 72a of the outer member 72 are engaged in the direction of the projection to prevent the collapsible frames from separating from each other in the direction of the projection.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 13(a), the crescent lock 61 and the inner member 71 of the opening prevention fitting 7 are connected via the reinforcing member 232 arranged in the hollow part of the stile 23 of the inner shoji 2, Since the crescent receiver 62 and the outer member 72 of the opening prevention fitting 7 are connected via the reinforcing member 342 arranged in the hollow part of the opening frame 34 of the outer shoji 3, the reinforcing members of the opening frame at the crescent portion are connected to each other. As shown in FIG. 13(b), communication between the inside and outside due to the heating expansion material can be reliably prevented.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 14(a), the opening prevention metal fittings 7 provided near the upper and lower ends of the sliding frames 23 and 34 prevent the sliding frames 23 and 3 of the inner and outer shoji 2 and 3 from opening during a fire. 34 is warped or otherwise deformed, the hook portion 71a of the inner member 71 of the opening prevention fitting 7 and the hook portion 72a of the outer member 72 are engaged in the forward direction, as shown in FIG. 14(b). It is possible to prevent the collapsible frames from moving away from each other in the expected direction.

Even if the stile made of resin material melts due to a fire, the opening prevention metal fitting 7 similarly prevents the reinforcing member placed inside the hollow part of the stile from separating in the expected direction. Since separation of the reinforcing members within the glass frontage can be suppressed, it is possible to fill the space between each reinforcing member with the heat-expandable material, and it is possible to suppress communication between indoor and outdoor areas at the joining part.

Although the resin sash of the embodiment has been described above, the number of crescents provided on the resin sash is not limited to two, and the number and position of the opening prevention members are not limited either. For example, there may be only one crescent, or an opening prevention member may be provided above and adjacent to the crescent.

In addition, it goes without saying that the above embodiments do not limit the invention described in the claims, but are treated as illustrative examples.
