Description
本願は、2018年2月9日に出願された同時係属中の米国特許出願第15/892,833号の一部継続出願であり、本願において、上記米国特許出願の全体を引用して援用する。上記米国特許出願は、2017年10月18日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/574,136号に基づく優先権を主張するものであり、本願において、上記米国仮特許出願の全体を引用して援用する。
ポジショナのいくつかの実施形態は光源を備え、その光源は、複合マイクロカニューレの光ガイド内へ光を発し、且つ、第2の光ガイドが設けられている場合にトロカールに連結された第2の光ガイド内へもオプションで光を発するように配置される。ポジショナは、マイクロカニューレの眼内への進入点を乱すことなく、複合マイクロカニューレの正確な前進および/または後退を実現させることができ、それによって、治療処置の完了までに必要な時間が短縮され、眼の組織の損傷のリスクが低減する。

Claims (11)
- ハンドピースと、トロカールと、複合マイクロカニューレとを備える装置であって、
前記ハンドピースは、
前記ハンドピースにスライド可能に連結されたアクチュエータと、
前記ハンドピースにスライド可能に連結された挿入体と、
前記アクチュエータに取り付けられた中空チューブと、
前記中空チューブ内に通されたワイヤであって、前記ワイヤの第1の端部が前記ハンドピースに取り付けられ、前記ワイヤの第2の端部が前記挿入体に取り付けられている、ワイヤとを備え、
前記トロカールは、
前記ハンドピースに取り付けられ、
近位端および遠位端を有する剛直シャフトを含み、前記剛直シャフトには、前記近位端から前記遠位端を通って延びる管腔が形成されており、前記遠位端は、眼の強膜を穿刺するように成形され、
前記複合マイクロカニューレは、
前記管腔内に配置され、
前記管腔の内径より小さい外径を有する柔軟中空チューブと、
前記柔軟中空チューブ内にある材料層であって、前記材料層は、前記柔軟中空チューブの管腔を囲み、前記材料層は、前記複合マイクロカニューレが前記剛直シャフトの前記遠位端を超えて延びる間に、前記複合マイクロカニューレの近位端に結合された光を、前記複合マイクロカニューレの遠位端に伝達するために、前記柔軟中空チューブの屈折率とは異なる屈折率を有する光ガイドとして成形されている、材料層と
を備え、前記強膜の穿刺が達成された後、前記複合マイクロカニューレは、前記トロカールの前記遠位端を超えて前記眼へ調節可能にさらに延びることが可能である、
装置。 - 前記複合マイクロカニューレの前記近位端から前記複合マイクロカニューレの前記遠位端に延びる空洞が形成された前記柔軟中空チューブと、前記柔軟中空チューブ内の前記空洞の周囲に同心円状に配置された前記材料層とをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記挿入体に連結された前記複合マイクロカニューレをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記剛直シャフトにスライド可能に係合する可動スリーブであって、前記可動スリーブが前記挿入体に取り付けられており、前記複合マイクロカニューレが前記可動スリーブ内に通されている、可動スリーブをさらに備える、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記柔軟中空チューブの遠位端が全体的にU字形である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複合マイクロカニューレは、前記複合マイクロカニューレが眼内のシュレム管に係合して沿うように構成された外径と曲げ剛性とを有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 装置であって、
近位端および遠位端を有する剛直シャフトを含むトロカールであって、前記剛直シャフトには、前記近位端から前記遠位端を通って延びる管腔が形成されており、前記遠位端は、眼の強膜を穿刺するように成形されている、トロカールと、
前記管腔内に配置された複合マイクロカニューレであって、前記複合マイクロカニューレが、
前記管腔の内径より小さい外径を有する柔軟中空チューブと、
前記柔軟中空チューブ内にある材料層であって、前記材料層は、前記柔軟中空チューブの屈折率とは異なる屈折率を有する、材料層と
を備え、前記強膜の穿刺が達成された後、前記複合マイクロカニューレは、前記トロカールの前記遠位端を超えて前記眼へ調節可能にさらに延びることが可能である、複合マイクロカニューレと、
ハンドピースと、
前記ハンドピースにスライド可能に連結されたアクチュエータと、
前記ハンドピースにスライド可能に連結された挿入体と、
前記アクチュエータに取り付けられた中空チューブと、
前記中空チューブ内に通されたワイヤであって、前記ワイヤの第1の端部が前記ハンドピースに取り付けられ、前記ワイヤの第2の端部が前記挿入体に取り付けられている、ワイヤと
を備える、装置。 - 前記ハンドピースに取り付けられた前記トロカールをさらに備える、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記挿入体に連結された前記複合マイクロカニューレをさらに備える、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記剛直シャフトにスライド可能に係合する可動スリーブであって、前記可動スリーブが前記挿入体に取り付けられており、前記複合マイクロカニューレが前記可動スリーブ内に通されている、可動スリーブをさらに備える、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記中空チューブの遠位端が全体的にU字形である、請求項7に記載の装置。
