Claims (19)
- 基材(4)を含む機械的部品(2)を製造する方法であって、
前記基材(4)は、第1の材料によって作られ、この基材の表面張力を低下させるエピラム産生物(6)を含むことができ、
前記方法は、
第2の材料によって構成している前記エピラム産生物(6)を前記基材(4)上に堆積させる堆積ステップ(10)と、及び
前記基材(4)上の成分の凝集を確実にするように前記第2の材料に対して処理をする処理ステップ(11)とを行い、
前記堆積は、前記エピラム産生物(6)を含む材料の少なくとも1つの平行な又は局所化されたビーム(12、12A、12B)の前記基材(4)上への射出の形態で行われ、
前記堆積ステップにおいては、
液体材料の2つの平行な又は局所化されたビーム(12A、12B)を前記基材(4)上に射出し、かつ、少なくとも1つの前記液体材料が、前記エピラム産生物(6)を含み、かつ、前記ビーム(12A、12B)によって射出された2種類の液体材料が、互いに接触したときに凝固を発生するように選択されるか、あるいは
少なくとも1つの固定された射出ノズル(16、16A、16B)を用いて前記エピラム産生物(6)を含む材料の少なくとも1つの平行な又は局在化されたビーム(12、12A、12B)を前記基材(4)上に射出し、かつ、前記射出ノズル(16、16A、16B)の一部又はそれぞれが、材料の平行な又は局所化されたビーム(12、12A、12B)を上から下へと実質的に垂直方向に射出するように構成しており、かつ、前記基材(4)の空間における向き及び/又は位置が、前記堆積ステップ(10)の間に変更され、
前記処理ステップ(11)は、前記第2の材料を硬化させる硬化段階(28)を含み、
前記硬化段階(28)は、レーザー、又は光架橋及び/又は化学的架橋による重合を用いて前記第2の材料に対して照射することによって行う局所化された焼結工程を含む

前記エピラム産生物(6)を含む材料の結晶構造を変える段階、
前記エピラム産生物を含む材料の粗さを変える段階(6)、及び
レーザー処理によって、前記エピラム産生物(6)を含む材料の粗さを変える段階のうちの少なくとも1つの段階を行うことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記エピラム産生物(6)を含む材料の化学構造を変える段階は、イオン注入段階であり、
前記エピラム産生物(6)を含む材料の結晶構造を変える段階は、局在化されたレーザー熱処理段階である、
請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記エピラム産生物(6)の堆積は、前記エピラム産生物(6)を含む材料の局在化ビード(14)の前記基材(4)上への射出の形態で行われ、
