Claims (4)
- 溶接部の疲労寿命向上及びき裂補修のための方法であって、
前記溶接部は、既設橋梁の主板に設けられており、
当該方法は、
前記溶接部にき裂が在るか否かを判定することと、
前記溶接部にき裂が無い場合に、前記溶接部にピーニング処理を実施することと、
前記溶接部にき裂が在る場合に、前記き裂が止端内に在り前記主板の母材まで進展しているか否かを判定することと、
前記き裂が止端内に在り前記主板の母材まで進展していない場合に、前記き裂を含む前記溶接部にピーニング処理を実施することと、
ピーニング処理後に、処理によって形成された打痕の深さが0.2mm以上か否かを判定すること、
打痕の深さが0.2mm以上ではないと判定された場合、打痕の深さが0.2mm以上となるまでピーニング処理を繰り返すこと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記ピーニング処理が実施された前記溶接部を、母材よりも柔らかい研磨材を用いて研磨すること、を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶接部が、まわし溶接部である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記ピーニング処理が、超音波衝撃処理であり、前記超音波衝撃処理では、単一のピンを使用する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
