Claims (14)

前記医療デバイスが、
患者内の治療部位にアクセスするように構成された細長シャフトと、
前記細長シャフトの遠位端に対して近位の1又は2以上のセンサと、
前記細長シャフトの近位端に結合されたハンドルと、を含み、
前記流体管理システムが、
流体供給源からの流体を前記治療部位までポンピングするように構成された流入ポンプと、
前記細長シャフトの前記遠位端が患者内に配置されている時に流体欠損を計算するように構成されたコントローラと、を含み、
前記コントローラは、前記1又は2以上のセンサが、前記細長シャフトの前記遠位端が前記患者から除去されたことを検出した時に流体欠損計算を自動的に中断するように構成されている、流体管理及び医療デバイスシステム。 - 前記コントローラは、前記細長シャフトの前記遠位端が患者の中に再挿入されたことを前記1又は2以上のセンサからの信号が示す時に流体欠損計算を再開するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の流体管理及び医療デバイスシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記流体管理システムのプライミングの後に流体欠損を自動的にゼロにリセットするように構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の流体管理及び医療デバイスシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記細長シャフトの前記遠位端が前記患者内に挿入されたことを前記1又は2以上のセンサからの信号が示す時に流体欠損計算を自動的に開始するように構成されている、請求項3に記載の流体管理及び医療デバイスシステム。
- 流体欠損計算は、前記流体供給源が補充される時に中断されることなく続行される、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の流体管理及び医療デバイスシステム。
- 流体管理及び医療デバイスシステムであって、
医療デバイスと、流体管理システムと、を備え、
前記医療デバイスが、
患者内の治療部位にアクセスするように構成された細長シャフトと、
前記細長シャフトの遠位端に対して近位の1又は2以上のセンサと、
前記細長シャフトの近位端に結合されたハンドルと、を含み、
前記流体管理システムが、
供給ロードセルと作動的に結合されて前記細長シャフトと流体連通する流体供給源と、
収集ロードセルと作動的に結合されて収集ドレープと流体連通する収集容器と、
流体を前記流体供給源から前記治療部位までポンピングするように構成された流入ポンプと、
1組のシステム作動パラメータに基づいて前記流入ポンプを制御し、前記治療部位での望ましい流体圧力又は望ましい流体流量を維持するように構成されたコントローラと、を含み、
前記コントローラは、前記供給ロードセル及び前記収集ロードセルと電子通信しており、
前記コントローラは、前記流体供給源の重量変化と前記収集容器の重量変化との間の差と共に前記流入ポンプの回転速度を用いて流体欠損を計算するように構成されており、
前記コントローラは、前記1又は2以上のセンサが、前記細長シャフトの前記遠位端が前記患者から除去されたことを検出した時に流体欠損計算を自動的に中断するように構成されている、流体管理及び医療デバイスシステム。 - 前記コントローラは、前記細長シャフトの前記遠位端が前記患者内に配置されている時にのみ前記流体欠損を計算するように構成されている、請求項6に記載の流体管理及び医療デバイスシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記流体の流量を用いた第1の流体欠損値と、前記流体供給源の前記重量変化と前記収集容器の前記重量変化との間の前記差を用いた第2の流体欠損値とを計算するように構成され、
表示される欠損値が、前記第1の流体欠損値と前記第2の流体欠損値との組合せに基づいている、請求項6又は7に記載の流体管理及び医療デバイスシステム。 - 前記流体の流量は、前記流入ポンプの回転速度を用いて決定される、請求項8に記載の流体管理及び医療デバイスシステム。
- 前記流体の流量は、前記流体供給源と前記治療部位の間に配置された流れセンサからのデータを用いて決定される、請求項8に記載の流体管理及び医療デバイスシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記第1の流体欠損値と前記第2の流体欠損値の間の差が予め決められた範囲内である場合に前記表示される欠損値を表示するように構成され、
前記コントローラは、前記第1の流体欠損値と前記第2の流体欠損値の間の差が予め決められた範囲外である場合にある通知を表示するように構成されている、請求項8~10のいずれか1項に記載の流体管理及び医療デバイスシステム。 - 自動流体管理システムであって、
医療デバイスと、流体管理システムと、を備え、
前記医療デバイスが、
患者内の治療部位にアクセスするように構成された細長シャフトと、
前記細長シャフトの遠位端に対して近位の1又は2以上のセンサと、
前記細長シャフトの近位端に結合されたハンドルと、を含み、
前記流体管理システムが、
前記細長シャフトと流体連通する第1の流体供給源と、
第2の流体供給源と、
前記細長シャフトと流体連通する収集容器と、
流体を前記第1の流体供給源から前記治療部位までポンピングするように構成された流入ポンプと、
前記流体管理システムのプライミングの後に全流体欠損をゼロに設定するように構成されたコントローラと、を含み、
前記コントローラは、前記細長シャフトの前記遠位端が前記患者内に配置された時に前記第1の流体供給源に関連付けられた第1の流体欠損を計算することを自動的に開始するように構成され、
前記コントローラは、前記第1の流体供給源が前記細長シャフトと流体連通する前記第2の流体供給源で置換される時に前記第1の流体欠損を保持するように構成され、該コントローラは、該細長シャフトの前記遠位端が前記患者内に配置されている時に該第1の流体欠損と該第2の流体供給源に関連付けられた第2の流体欠損とを加算することによって前記全流体欠損をその後に計算するように構成されており、
前記コントローラは、前記1又は2以上のセンサが、前記細長シャフトの前記遠位端が前記患者から除去されたことを検出した時に流体欠損計算を自動的に中断するように構成されている、自動流体管理システム。 - 前記コントローラは、前記全流体欠損が事前設定流体欠損限界に達した時にユーザに通知するように構成されている、請求項12に記載の自動流体管理システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記細長シャフトの前記遠位端が前記患者の中に再挿入された時に流体欠損計算を自動的に再開するように構成されている、請求項12に記載の自動流体管理システム。
