Claims (9)
- 体組織を通る流体チャネルを提供するためのバイパス装置であって、前記バイパス装置は、
基部と、
前記基部に結合された複数の、又に分かれた特徴部とを備え、前記又に分かれた特徴部は第1の位置から第2の位置まで再構成可能であり、
前記第1の位置において前記又に分かれた特徴部は前記基部の平面に沿って長手方向に延び、前記又に分かれた特徴部は、前記基部に対して前記又に分かれた特徴部を屈曲させることによって前記第2の位置に再構成可能であり、前記第2の位置において前記又に分かれた特徴部は、体組織を通して挿入され、線維柱帯網を通る開口テント孔を作るように機能するテント構造として構成され、
前記又に分かれた特徴部は、ウェブを介して互いに結合されている一対の又に分かれた特徴部の個々の又に分かれた特徴部と対になって結合されており、前記又に分かれた特徴部は、前記ウェブの周りで対の対向する前記又に分かれた特徴部を屈曲させることによって、前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置まで再構成可能である、
バイパス装置。 - 前記又に分かれた特徴部は、前記基部内に形成された複数の矢印形タングとして構成される、請求項1に記載のバイパス装置。
- 各矢印形タングは、前記基部に対して可撓性を有するネックと、前記ネックに対して可撓性を有する矢印形ヘッドとを含む、請求項2に記載のバイパス装置。
- 一対の対向するタング内の個々のタングが、前記基部の長手方向軸に沿って互いにオフセットされる、請求項2又は3に記載のバイパス装置。
- 個々のタングの各々が、前記基部から前記タングの矢印形ヘッドまで延びるテーパ状縁部を含む、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載のバイパス装置。
- 前記又に分かれた特徴部の対向する端部は、前記テント構造の形成の際に互いに対してある角度に向けられる、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のバイパス装置。
- 前記又に分かれた特徴部は、各テント構造を形成する力が解放されたときに、又に分かれた構造は、又に分かれた構造のヘッドが前記テント構造と比較して離れているセット位置に戻るようなばね作用を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のバイパス装置。
- 前記基部は、虹彩角膜角構造の湾曲に近い湾曲を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のバイパス装置。
- 複数の前記又に分かれた特徴部のうちの少なくとも1つが前記第2の位置に再構成され、残りが前記第1の位置に維持される、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のバイパス装置。
