Description

The present invention relates to an assembly structure in which members are assembled using a claw-fitting structure.

For example, an air intake duct used in an automobile is formed into a cylindrical shape by forming a pair of divided bodies by injection molding or the like, and connecting these to each other with a claw-fitting structure (for example, Patent Document 1 reference). Furthermore, in vehicles, various members including ducts are assembled using a claw-fitting structure. In the pawl fitting structure, an engaging pawl formed on a first member is press-fitted into an engaging hole formed on a second member, and the return portion of the engaging pawl that has passed through the engaging hole is inserted into the opening edge of the engaging hole. The first member and the second member are assembled by being caught by the member.

Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2011-202508

In the pawl fitting structure described above, by forming the engaging hole to be wider than the engaging pawl, it is possible to allow molding errors in the first member and the second member and to make it easier to fit the engaging pawl. is being carried out. Therefore, when the engagement claw is fitted into the engagement hole, a gap is inevitably created between the engagement claw and the opening edge of the engagement hole. Due to such a gap, rattling occurs between the first member and the second member, which may cause abnormal noise due to vibrations when the vehicle is running, or cause damage to the connection between the first and second members. There is a risk that the load may increase on the fastening part.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-mentioned problems related to the prior art, and has been proposed to suitably solve these problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an assembly structure that can prevent rattling of members.

In order to overcome the above problems and achieve the intended purpose, the member assembly structure according to the present invention is as follows:
An assembly structure in which the first member and the second member are assembled by fitting an engaging claw provided in the first member into an engaging hole provided in the second member,
The engaging claw is
an insertion portion arranged to pass through the engagement hole surrounded by a first opening edge and a second opening edge intersecting the first opening edge when the engagement claw is fitted into the engagement hole; and,
a barbed portion protruding from the tip of the insertion portion and hooking onto the first opening edge to prevent the engagement claw from coming off;
When the engaging claw is fitted into the engaging hole, a spaced surface of the insertion portion that faces the second opening edge with a gap therebetween, from the spaced surface toward the second opening edge. A positioning part provided so as to protrude,
The positioning portion is formed in a plate shape having a bent portion that bends back toward one of the first opening edges and toward the other first opening edge that faces the one of the first opening edges;
The positioning portion has a portion whose width in a protruding direction from the separation surface is larger than the gap, and due to interference with the second opening edge, the tip opposite to the root connected to the separation surface The gist is that the edge is configured to be elastically deformable in a direction in which the leading edge approaches the separation surface.

According to the member assembly structure according to the present invention, rattling of the members can be prevented.

Next, a structure for assembling members according to the present invention will be described below with reference to preferred embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, the first member 10 and the second member 12 are connected to each other by a claw fitting method in which an engaging claw 14 provided on the first member 10 is fitted into an engaging hole 16 provided in the second member 12. They are attached to each other by a mating structure. The assembly structure according to the present disclosure is applicable, for example, when assembling an oil cooler duct (first member 10) to an installation member (second member 12) on the vehicle body side, or when assembling a plurality of divided bodies (first member 10, second member 12). ) can be combined to form a cylindrical shape to form a duct such as an intake duct, and can be suitably used for assembling vehicle components installed in a vehicle. In the following description, directions will be referred to based on the state seen from the distal end side of the engagement claw 14 in the penetrating direction of the engagement hole 16. As shown in FIG. 1, the side where the positioning part 26 is arranged is the right side, the opposite side is the left side, the direction in which the return part 24 projects from the insertion part 22 is the upper side, and the opposite side is the lower side. In the direction in which the engaging claw 14 (insertion portion 22) extends from the first member 10, the tip of the engaging claw 14 is referred to as the tip side, and the opposite side is referred to as the root side.

As the first member 10 and the second member 12, a synthetic resin molded product in which each part such as the engaging claw 14 is integrally formed can be used. As the synthetic resin, for example, polypropylene (PP), ABS, polycarbonate (PC), polycarbonate ABS polymer alloy, or polyacetal (POM) can be used. Note that the second member 12 may be made of metal such as stainless steel.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the engagement claws 14 are formed to protrude from the first member 10, and in the embodiment, two engagement claws 14, which are fitted into a common engagement hole 16, 14 are arranged side by side in the left-right direction. The two left and right engaging claws 14, 14 are spaced apart in the left-right direction, and have a symmetrical shape except for a positioning portion 26, which will be described later. The engagement hole 16 is provided in the second member 12 so as to pass through an engagement part 12b that is bent and stands up from an installation part 12a that is installed along the vehicle body side, and is formed in a rectangular shape that is wide in the left and right direction. . The engagement hole 16 is surrounded by first opening edges 18, 18 that face each other in the vertical direction and second opening edges 20, 20 that face each other in the left and right direction, and can receive two left and right engagement claws 14, 14. be. In addition, when distinguishing between the upper and lower first opening edges 18, 18, the upper side is referred to as an upper first opening edge 18A, and the lower side is referred to as a lower first opening edge 18B. When distinguishing the second opening edges 20, 20 in the left-right direction, the right side is referred to as the right second opening edge 20A, and the left side is referred to as the left second opening edge 20B.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the engagement claw 14 has an insertion portion 22 arranged to pass through the engagement hole 16 when the engagement claw 14 is fitted into the engagement hole 16. It includes a turned part 24 provided at the tip of the part 22. The insertion portion 22 has a flat plate shape extending from the first member 10, and the vertical direction is the thickness direction of the insertion portion 22. As shown in FIG. 4, the left and right two engaging claws 14, 14 have a width between the outer surfaces of the insertion portions 22, 22 arranged in the left and right direction, and a width of the left and right opening in the engagement hole 16 (a width of the left and right opening in the engagement hole 16). (width between the second opening edges 20, 20). Therefore, when the engaging claw 14 is fitted into the engaging hole 16, the engaging claw 14 has an outer surface opposite to the second opening edge 20 of the engaging hole 16 in the insertion portion 22, and the second opening edge. 20 (see FIG. 5(a)). Further, the thickness (vertical dimension) of the insertion portion 22 is set smaller than the vertical opening width (width between the first opening edges 18, 18 in the vertical direction) of the engagement hole 16 (FIG. 4). reference). Therefore, when the engaging pawl 14 is fitted into the engaging hole 16, the engaging pawl 14 has a surface facing the first opening edge 18 of the engaging hole 16 in the insertion portion 22, and a surface facing the first opening edge 18 of the engaging hole 16 in the insertion portion 22. There is now a gap between the two. In the embodiment, when the engagement claw 14 is fitted into the engagement hole 16, the upper surface of the insertion portion 22 hits the upper first opening edge 18A, and the lower surface of the insertion portion 22 and the lower first opening edge 18B are connected. There is a gap between them. Furthermore, when the engaging claw 14 is fitted into the engaging hole 16, the positioning portion 26 provided on the right outer surface of the right insertion portion 22 allows the left outer surface of the left insertion portion 22 to be inserted into the second left opening. It hits the edge 20B, and a gap is created between the right outer surface of the right insertion portion 22 and the right second opening edge 20A. Thus, in the embodiment, the right outer surface of the insertion portion 22 of the right engaging claw 14 is a separating surface that separates from the right second opening edge 20A.

As shown in FIG. 1, the return portion 24 protrudes from the distal end portion of the insertion portion 22 in a direction intersecting the direction in which the insertion portion 22 extends from the first member 10. As shown in FIG. The return portion 24 is configured to engage with the first opening edge 18 to prevent the engagement claw 14 from coming off when the engagement claw 14 is fitted into the engagement hole 16. The return portion 24 is arranged so as to face the first opening edge 18 of the engagement hole 16 in the projecting direction when the engagement claw 14 is fitted into the engagement hole 16. The return portion 24 of the embodiment protrudes upward from the insertion portion 22, and is arranged to face the upper first opening edge 18A of the engagement hole 16 in the projecting direction when the engagement claw 14 is fitted into the engagement hole 16. be done. The engaging claw 14 is configured such that the insertion portion 22 contacts the upper first opening edge 18A on the upper side where the return portion 24 protrudes from the insertion portion 22 (see FIG. 5). It can also be said that the engaging claw 14 causes the return portion 24 to protrude from the insertion portion 22 in an upward direction toward the upper first opening edge 18A side against which the insertion portion 22 is applied. The engagement claw 14 has a vertical dimension at the tip of the barbed portion 24 (dimension in the protruding direction of the barbed portion 24) that is equal to the vertical opening width of the engagement hole 16 (the width between the first opening edges 18, 18 in the vertical direction). ) is formed larger than the Therefore, when fitting the engagement claw 14 into the engagement hole 16, the barbed portion 24 is pushed into the engagement hole 16 while deforming the first opening edge 18 and the like. Further, the engagement claw 14 is provided with a support piece 28 that protrudes downward from the lower surface of the base of the insertion portion 22 that is connected to the first member 10 . When the engagement claw 14 is fitted into the engagement hole 16, the engagement claw 14 is supported by the support piece 28 placed on the installation portion 12a. With such a configuration, the support piece 28 exerts a force that pushes the engaging claw 14 upward, and the upper surface of the insertion portion 22 can be strongly pressed against the upper first opening edge 18A.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, when the engagement claw 14 is fitted into the engagement hole 16, the engagement claw 14 is positioned relative to the second opening edge 20 of the engagement hole 16 with a gap. The positioning portion 26 is provided on the spaced apart surface of the insertion portion 22. In the embodiment, the left outer surface of the insertion portion 22 of the left engagement claw 14 is placed against the left second opening edge 20B, and the right outer surface of the insertion portion 22 of the right engagement claw 14 is pressed against the right second opening edge 20A. 5, the right outer surface of the right insertion portion 22 becomes a separation surface on which the positioning portion 26 is provided (see FIG. 5). The positioning part 26 is a plate-shaped part formed so as to protrude from the right outer surface of the insertion part 22 toward the right second opening edge 20A, and is formed integrally with the insertion part 22. The positioning part 26 has at least one bent part 30 that bends from toward one first opening edge 18 to the other first opening edge 18 facing the one first opening edge 18. It is formed into a shape.

As shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 5(a), the width of the positioning part 26 in the left-right direction (the direction in which the positioning part 26 protrudes) from the right outer surface (separation surface) of the insertion part 22 is wider than the gap. It has a large portion that fits into the engagement hole 16. In the positioning portion 26 of the embodiment, the distance between the right outer surface of the insertion portion 22 and the tip edge opposite to the root connected to the right outer surface is equal to the gap between the right outer surface and the right second opening edge 20A. It is formed larger than the (design allowance dimension). In this way, the positioning portion 26 is set so as to interfere with the right second opening edge 20A when the engagement claw 14 is fitted into the engagement hole 16. The positioning part 26 is configured to be elastically deformable in the direction in which the distal end edge approaches the right outer surface of the insertion part 22 due to interference with the right second opening edge 20A (solid line in FIG. 5(a)). reference).

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5(a), the positioning portion 26 of the embodiment is a root piece extending from the right outer surface of the insertion portion 22 toward the lower first opening edge 18B on the opposite side to the protruding direction of the return portion 24. 26a, and an extending piece 26b that is folded back from the base piece 26a and extends toward the upper first opening edge 18A. It is formed approximately in the shape of a "U". In the positioning portion 26, a bent portion 30 connecting the base piece 26a and the extending piece 26b is curved to be convex toward the lower first opening edge 18B, and an open end oriented upward in the extending piece 26b is curved so as to be convex toward the lower first opening edge 18B. , becomes the aforementioned leading edge of the positioning portion 26. The positioning portion 26 can be elastically deformed in a direction in which the extending piece 26b and/or the base piece 26a approaches the right outer surface of the insertion portion 22.

As shown in FIG. 5(a), when the engaging claw 14 is fitted into the engaging hole 16, the positioning portion 26 has a distal end edge formed by the upper first opening edge 18A and the right second opening edge 20A. The bent portion 30 is configured to contact the upper first opening edge 18A and another lower first opening edge 18B forming the corner. More specifically, when the engagement claw 14 is fitted into the engagement hole 16, the positioning portion 26 has a distal edge that hits the corner formed by the upper first opening edge 18A and the right second opening edge 20A, The distal end edge is elastically deformed in a direction toward the right outer surface of the insertion portion 22 . Accordingly, the bent portion 30 is pressed against the upper first opening edge 18A and the lower first opening edge 18B, which form the corner. At this time, the bent portion 30 is deformed so that the degree of curvature of the bent portion 30 becomes gentler than before fitting into the engagement hole 16, and the contact area between the lower first opening edge 18B and the bent portion 30 becomes larger. The positioning part 26 sets the distal end edge to interfere with the upper first opening edge 18A and biases the bent part 30 toward the lower first opening edge 18B. The distal end edge may be set to interfere with the upper first opening edge 18A, or both may be set. In this way, the positioning part 26 not only serves as a support in the left-right direction between the right outer surface of the insertion part 22 and the right second opening edge 20A of the engagement hole 16, but also serves as a support in the vertical direction of the engagement hole 16. A vertical tension is created between the first opening edges 18A and 18B.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the positioning portion 26 is provided from a position closer to the distal end of the insertion portion 22 than the return portion 30 in the extending direction toward the root side of the insertion portion 22 that is connected to the first member 10. It is being In other words, when the positioning part 26 and the turned part 24 are viewed from the right side, the positioning part 26 and the turned part 24 are provided so as to overlap in the vertical direction. In the embodiment, the positioning part 26 is not provided at the tip of the engaging claw 14, but the positioning part 26 is provided in the engaging claw 14 from a midway position in the projecting direction toward the first member 10.

As shown in FIG. 3, the positioning part 26 has a position where the distal end side of the insertion part 22 is located at a position where the positioning part 26 interferes with the second opening edge 20 when the engagement claw 14 is fitted into the engagement hole 16. The vertical dimension (the dimension in the protruding direction of the return portion 24) is formed small. In the positioning portion 26, in the direction in which the insertion portion 22 extends from the first member 10, the position where the positioning portion 26 and the return portion 24 overlap when viewed from the right side is larger than the vertical opening dimension of the engagement hole 16. It is also good to make it small. The positioning portion 26 of the embodiment has a vertical dimension that increases from the tip side of the engagement claw 14 toward the position where the engagement claw 14 is fitted into the engagement hole 16. is formed. The positioning portion 26 is set so that its vertical dimensions are the same as or slightly larger than the vertical opening width of the engagement hole 16 at the fitted position, and the vertical dimensions on the base side of the fitted position are the same. . The positioning part 26 is formed so that when changing the vertical dimension, the vertical position of the bent part 30 changes without changing the vertical position of the tip edge, and the vertical position of the positioning part 26 changes on the base side from the fitted position. The dimensions are the same.

As shown in FIG. 2, the width of the positioning part 26 in the direction of protrusion from the right outer surface (separation surface) of the insertion part 22 increases as it goes from the distal end side of the insertion part 22 to the root side connected to the first member 10. It is formed to be. In the positioning section 26 of the embodiment, the distance between the right outer surface (separation surface) and the distal edge of the insertion section 22 increases from the distal end side of the insertion section 22 toward the root side connected to the first member 10. The positioning part 26 extends in the left-right direction from the right outer surface of the insertion part 22 such that as it goes from the tip side to the base side of the engaging claw 14, the positioning part 26 extends from the right outer surface of the insertion part 22 to the engaging hole 16. The more it is passed through, the greater the degree of interference between the positioning portion 26 and the right second opening edge 20A of the engagement hole 16 becomes. Note that the left and right dimensions of the positioning part 26 are set to be slightly larger than the gap (design allowance dimension) between the right outer surface of the insertion part 22 and the right second opening edge 20A at the fitted position. The gap is slightly smaller than the gap on the distal end side of the insertion portion 22.

The fitting of the aforementioned engaging claw 14 into the engaging hole 16 will be explained with reference to FIG. 6. Tilt the engaging claw 14 diagonally so that the tip is downward, align the tapered surface provided at the tip of the barbed portion 24 with the upper first opening edge 18A of the engaging hole 16, and then rotate the engaging claw 14. Push it into the engagement hole 16 (see FIG. 6(b)). The engagement hole 16 is pushed wide by the barbed part 24, thereby allowing the barbed part 24 to pass through, the barbed part 24 and the positioning part 26 pass through the engagement hole 16, and the insertion part 22 is arranged in the engagement hole 16. (See Figure 6(c)). By placing the supporting piece 28 on the installation part 12a of the second member 12 with the engaging claw 14 that was slanted horizontally, the upper surface of the insertion part 22 comes into contact with the upper first opening edge 18A of the engaging hole 16. (see Figure 6(d)). Then, the first member 10 is fixed to the vehicle body side by fixing to the vehicle body side with a fastener such as a bolt at a fastening portion (not shown) of the first member 10. The first member 10 assembled in this manner is prevented from coming off even if the fastener is removed because the return portion 24 of the engagement claw 14 is caught on the upper first opening edge 18A of the engagement hole 16.

When the engaging claw 14 is fitted into the engaging hole 16, the positioning portion 26 provided on the right outer surface of the right insertion portion 22 aligns with the engaging hole 16 facing the right outer surface with a gap. It elastically hits the right second opening edge 20A. As a result, the two left and right engaging claws 14, 14 are pushed toward the left second opening edge 20B in the engagement hole 16, and the left outer surface of the left insertion portion 22 hits the left second opening edge 20B. Positioning in the left and right direction is performed in this state. In addition, the positioning portion 26 acts as a tension between the right outer surface of the right insertion portion 22 and the right second opening edge 20A of the engagement hole 16, so that it engages with the two left and right engagement claws 14, 14. The horizontal positional relationship with the hole 16 can be maintained. Therefore, it is possible to prevent rattling in the left-right direction between the first member 10 and the second member 12, and it is possible to avoid generating abnormal noise due to rattling caused by vibrations when the vehicle is running. Moreover, since rattling of the first member 10 can be prevented, it is possible to suppress the burden on the fastening portion that fixes the first member 10 to the vehicle body due to vibrations when the vehicle is running. Moreover, even if the dimensions are set so that there is a gap between the engagement claw 14 and the second opening edges 20, 20 in the left and right direction of the engagement hole 16, the positioning portion 26 can prevent rattling. It is possible to appropriately deal with dimensional errors due to molding of the member 10 and the second member 12. In addition, by setting the dimensions so that there is a gap between the engagement claw 14 and the engagement hole 16, it becomes easier to fit the engagement claw 14 into the engagement hole 16, improving assembly workability. be able to.

The positioning portion 26 is configured such that its distal end abuts against the corner formed by the upper first opening edge 18A and the right second opening edge 20A, and the bent portion 30 abuts against the lower first opening edge 18B. As a result, the positioning portion 26 acts as a tension between the first opening edges 18A and 18B in the vertical direction, so that the vertical positional relationship between the engagement claw 14 and the engagement hole 16 can be determined. Moreover, this state can be maintained. Therefore, the positioning portion 26 can prevent rattling in the vertical direction between the first member 10 and the second member 12, and can avoid generating abnormal noise due to rattling due to vibrations when the vehicle is running. . Moreover, in the embodiment, since the engagement claw 14 is supported by the support piece 28 and the upper surface of the insertion portion 22 is pressed against the upper first opening edge 18A, the first member 10 and the second member 12 are moved in the vertical direction. It can be stabilized so that it does not wobble. Since rattling of the first member 10 can be prevented, it is possible to suppress the burden on the fastening portion that fixes the first member 10 to the vehicle body, which is caused by vibrations when the vehicle is running. Moreover, even if the dimensions are set so that there is a gap between the engaging claw 14 and the first opening edges 18, 18 in the vertical direction of the engaging hole 16, rattling can be prevented by the positioning part 26. It is possible to appropriately deal with dimensional errors due to molding of the member 10 and the second member 12. Furthermore, by setting the dimensions so that there is enough space between the engagement claw 14 and the engagement hole 16, it becomes easier to fit the engagement claw 14 into the engagement hole 16, and the assembly work efficiency is improved. I can do it.

The positioning portion 26 is provided from a position closer to the distal end of the insertion portion 22 than the return portion 24 to the root side of the insertion portion 22 connected to the first member 10 in the projecting direction. When the engagement hole 16 is pushed open, the positioning portion 26 can be inserted into the engagement hole 16. Therefore, even if the positioning portion 26 is provided, the engagement claw 14 can be easily fitted into the engagement hole 16, and the assembly work efficiency can be improved.

The positioning part 26 has a vertical dimension (the return part 24 (dimension in the protruding direction) is formed small. That is, when the return part 24 passes through the engagement hole 16, the positioning part 26 is unlikely to interfere with the engagement hole 16, and even if the positioning part 26 is provided, the engagement claw 14 can be easily fitted into the engagement hole 16, and the assembly work can be simplified. can improve sexual performance. Then, after the return portion 24 passes through the engagement hole 16, the positioning portion 26 can interfere with the opening edges 18, 20 of the engagement hole 16, so that shaking of the first member 10 can be appropriately prevented. .

The positioning part 26 is formed so that the width in the left-right direction (the direction in which the insertion part 22 protrudes from the right outer surface) increases as it goes from the distal end side of the insertion part 22 to the root side connected to the first member 10. . As a result, when the positioning part 26 is passed through the engagement hole 16, the positioning part 26 hardly interferes with the engagement hole 16, and even if the positioning part 26 is provided, the engagement claw 14 can be easily fitted into the engagement hole 16, and the assembly is easy. Work efficiency can be improved. Then, after the return portion 24 passes through the engagement hole 16, the positioning portion 26 can interfere with the opening edges 18, 20 of the engagement hole 16, so that shaking of the first member 10 can be appropriately prevented. .

(Example of change)
The configuration is not limited to the one described above, and may be modified as follows, for example.
(1) In the embodiment, the positioning portion 26 was provided corresponding to only the second opening edge 20 on one side of the engagement hole 16, but as shown in FIG. A positioning portion 26 may be provided on each of the outer sides of the two engaging claws 14, 14 so as to correspond to the edges 20, 20.
(2) The positioning portion 26 is not limited to the embodiment having a “U” shape in front view having one bent portion 30, but may include two or more bent portions 30 as shown in FIG. Good too. In this case, at least one bent part 30 is placed against the first opening edge 18 opposite to the side from which the barbed part 24 protrudes, and the tip edge of the positioning part 26 is placed at the first opening edge on the side from which the barbed part 24 protrudes. It is better to have a configuration that corresponds to 18.
(3) In the embodiment, the corner formed by the first opening edge 18 and the second opening edge 20 is formed at a right angle, but the present invention is not limited to this, and as shown in FIG. The corner formed by the second opening edge 20 and the second opening edge 20 may be formed into an acute angle. At that time, the tip edge (extending piece 26b) of the positioning part 26 may be made to touch a part or all of the second opening edge 20.
(4) In the embodiment, the positioning portion 26 is formed with a substantially uniform thickness, but the thickness is not limited to this, and the thickness may be changed depending on the portion. For example, as shown in FIG. 9(b), the tip edge side of the positioning portion 26 may be formed thicker than the root side. This increases the elasticity of the positioning portion 26, and the wobbling that occurs between the first member 10 and the second member 12 can be further reduced.
(5) As shown in FIG. 9(c), the positioning portion 26 is located at a distal edge corresponding to a corner formed by the first opening edge 18 and the second opening edge 20, and extends from the distal edge toward the separating surface of the insertion portion 22. A return 26c may be formed in the direction. The return 26c increases the elasticity of the positioning portion 26, making it possible to further reduce wobbling between the first member 10 and the second member 12. Note that the barb 26c may be provided only on a part of the positioning portion 26 or may be provided on the entire positioning portion 26.
(6) In the embodiment, two engaging pawls are fitted into one engaging hole, but it may be configured such that one or three or more engaging pawls are fitted into one engaging hole. .
