- 消費電力の測定及び記録が実質的に連続的である、請求項2に記載の消費電力制御ユニット。
- 前記1つ以上の通知には、接続されている前記電気デバイスによって消費された電力への前記要求された変更のステータスを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の消費電力制御ユニット。
- 消費電力の変更に関する前記リクエストが、接続されている1台以上の前記電気デバイスのそれぞれの運転負荷をx%からy%に変更させる信号を含み、x及びyは、0から100までの整数を表す、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の消費電力制御ユニット。
- 前記エネルギー管理者によって発行された消費電力の変更に関する前記リクエストが、接続されている1台以上の前記電気デバイスをアクティブ化する、かつ/または接続されている1台以上の前記電気デバイスを非アクティブ化するためのリクエストを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の消費電力制御ユニット。
- 前記1つ以上の通知が、接続されている1台以上の前記電気デバイスの消費電力の変更に関する現在のリクエストのステータスを含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の消費電力制御ユニット。
- 前記1つ以上の通知が、接続されている1台以上の前記電気デバイスによって消費された電力の量に関するデータを含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の消費電力制御ユニット。
- 前記通信モジュールが、敷地内に設置された複数の消費電力制御ユニットと通信するようにさらに動作可能であり、前記複数の消費電力制御ユニットのそれぞれ内において、前記コンピュータ命令コードにより、各制御ユニットのそれぞれの前記コンピュータプロセッサによって実行されるときに、前記コンピュータプロセッサが、
前記消費電力制御ユニットのコンピュータメモリの内容を、前記消費電力制御ユニットが通信範囲内にある前記複数の消費電力制御ユニットに送信することと、
前記消費電力制御ユニットが通信範囲内にある前記複数の消費電力制御ユニットからメモリ内容を受信することと、を含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の消費電力制御ユニット。 - 制御ユニットの前記メモリ内容が、
ある時点での接続されている前記電気デバイスの動作ステータス;
様々な時点において要求された消費電力の変更;
様々な時点において接続されている前記電気デバイスによって消費される消費電力;または
接続されている前記電気デバイスの今後の消費電力のスケジュールのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項9に記載の消費電力制御ユニット。 - 前記エネルギー管理者からのリクエストが、
ある時点での接続されている前記電気デバイスの動作ステータス;
様々な時点において要求された消費電力の変更;
様々な時点において接続されている前記電気デバイスによって消費される消費電力;または
接続されている前記電気デバイスの今後の消費電力のスケジュールのうちのいずれか1つ以上に関連する制御ユニットから保存されたデータを受信するために制御ユニットからデータを受信するためのリクエストを含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の消費電力制御ユニット。 - 1つ以上の建物内の1台以上の電気デバイスによって消費される電力を制御するためのシステムであって、前記システムが、
接続されている1台以上の前記電気デバイスによって消費される電力の変更を要求する、前記1つ以上の建物の外にいるエネルギー管理者、及び
電力グリッドから電力が供給される1台以上の前記電気デバイスに接続された1つ以上の消費電力制御ユニットと、を含み、1つ以上の前記消費電力制御ユニットのそれぞれ1つが、動作可能に接続され、コンピュータ命令コードが保存されているメモリを有するコンピュータプロセッサを備え、1つ以上の前記消費電力制御ユニットが、さらに、
外部の前記エネルギー管理者から制御信号を受信するように動作可能である通信モジュール、及び
1台以上の前記電気デバイスによって消費される電力を監視するように動作可能である監視モジュールを備え、
前記コンピュータ命令コードにより、前記コンピュータプロセッサによって実行されたときに、前記コンピュータプロセッサに:
接続されている1台以上の前記電気デバイスへの電力の供給を制御させる;及び
接続されている1台以上の前記電気デバイスによって消費される前記電力に関する1つ以上の通知を前記エネルギー管理者に送信させる、システム。 - 1つ以上の建物内で1台以上の電気デバイスによって消費される電力を制御する方法であって、前記方法が、1台以上の前記電気デバイスの電源ラインに、コンピュータ命令コードが保存されるメモリを有するコンピュータプロセッサを備える1台以上の消費電力制御ユニットを設置させることを含み、1台以上の前記消費電力制御ユニットにはさらに:
1台以上の前記電気デバイスによって消費される電力の変更を要求する、前記1つ以上の建物の外にいるエネルギー管理者から制御信号を受信するように動作可能である通信モジュールと、
1台以上の前記電気デバイスによって消費される電力を監視するように動作可能である監視モジュールを備え、
前記コンピュータ命令コードにより、前記コンピュータプロセッサによって実行されたときに、前記コンピュータプロセッサが:
接続されている1台以上の前記電気デバイスへの電力の供給を制御する;及び
接続されている1台以上の前記電気デバイスによって消費される前記電力に関する1つ以上の通知をリクエストに応答して前記エネルギー管理者に送信させ、これによって前記エネルギー管理者が、消費電力を変更する前記リクエストが成功したか否かを確認できるようになる、方法。 - コンピュータ命令コードを含む非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体であって、コンピュータプロセッサ及び前記コンピュータ命令コードを保存するために動作可能に接続されたメモリ、エネルギー管理者から制御信号を受信するように動作可能な通信モジュール、及び消費電力制御ユニットに接続された1つ以上の建物内で1台以上の電気デバイスによって消費される電力を監視するように動作可能な監視モジュールを備える、前記消費電力制御ユニットの前記プロセッサによって実行されたとき、前記コンピュータ命令コードは、実行されると、電気制御ユニットが以下のタスク:
