Description

The present invention relates to a fitting type building material panel suitable for use in constructing roofs and walls of general houses, offices, condominiums, welfare facilities, resort facilities, etc.

Fitting-type building material panels have traditionally been widely used as roofing materials, and the top and bottom halves provided at the widthwise ends of the panel body are connected to the bottom and top halves of other building material panels placed adjacent to each other. Construction work has been carried out in which panels are joined together by fitting them together. However, in recent years, upper and lower joints have been added in the longitudinal direction of the panel body, and the upper and lower joints are fitted to each other between building material panels placed adjacent to each other on the underwater side and above the water side. Building material panels having a structure in which the panels are joined together have also been developed, and as a prior art related to this point, for example, Patent Document 1 can be referred to.

By the way, it cannot be said that the above-mentioned conventional building material panels do not cause deformation at the joints of the panels when strong wind blows or excessive negative pressure acts on them, and there is still room for improvement.

A third folded piece 7d is provided which can be folded downward toward the water side and fitted into and hooked onto the lower joint of another building material panel arranged adjacently.

The third folded piece 7d can be folded back so as to be bent by 180 degrees with respect to the first plate-shaped body 7a.

Further, reference numeral 8 denotes a folded portion provided on the third folded piece 7d and the extension piece 6. This folded portion 8 folds back the tip of the third folded piece 7d inward to narrow the distance between it and the panel body 1. By providing the return portion 8, the rigidity of the portion is increased, and when joining with other building material panels arranged adjacently on the underwater side, it is possible to snap-fit with the lower joint thereof.

Moreover, the code|symbol 9 is a tongue piece provided in the second goby 4c. The tongue piece 9 is vertically connected to the rear edge of the inner wall 4c1 of the second goby 4c, and is folded back toward the outer wall 4c2 to close the gap d formed between the inner wall 4c1 and the outer wall 4c2. This prevents rainwater from flowing into the gap d.

The gap d can be filled with a sealing material, and the backside of the tongue piece 8 can be pasted with a sealing material.

Moreover, the code|symbol 10 is a weir which raised the edge of the second folded piece 4a2 and the extension piece 6 by folding it back by bending, for example. This weir 10 has a function of preventing intruding rainwater from flowing out to the outside of the second folded piece 4a2 and the extension piece 6. Note that the end of the weir 10 provided on the extension piece 6 is wound inside a folded part formed on the screw fastening piece 3d.

In the fitting-type construction material panel having the above structure, the lower joint 4 has a double-fold structure, and this part has high strength, so it is difficult to deform even if excessive negative pressure is applied. Furthermore, even if rainwater infiltrates through the joints of the building material panels, the infiltrated rainwater can be efficiently drained from below the water.

As shown in FIG. 7, on the outer surfaces of the first flap 4b, the second flap 4c, and the second folded piece 4a2, there are sections from the first flap 4b to the second flap 4c. It is also possible to provide a water-stopping packing 11 that extends continuously, and by crushing the packing 11 when building material panels are joined together, it is possible to further improve the water-stopping properties of the roof or wall.

In the case of roofing using the interlocking building material panels according to the present invention, in order to connect the building material panels in the direction between the beams, that is, in the vertical direction, first, as shown in FIGS. The third folded pieces 7d' of the upper joints 7' of other building material panels arranged adjacently on the water side are snap-fitted and hooked, and the first joints 4b of the lower joints 4 are arranged adjacently on the water side. The third joint 7b' of the upper joint 7' of the building material panel and the second joint 4c of the lower joint 4 are attached to the fourth joint 7b' of the upper joint 7' of the other building material panel adjacently arranged on the water side. At the same time, the third joint 7b of the upper joint 7 is fitted to the first joint 4b' of the lower joint 4' of another building material panel arranged adjacently on the underwater side. The fourth joint 7c of No. 7 may be fitted into the second joint 4c' of the lower joint 4' of another building material panel arranged adjacently on the underwater side.

In addition, in order to join the fitting type building material panels according to the present invention in the girder direction, that is, in the horizontal direction, as shown in FIG. It is only necessary to fit the top seam 2 into the bottom seam 3'' of another building material panel placed adjacently, and by performing this work in parallel with the vertical joining work, the building structure You can put a roof over something.

When constructing the walls of an architectural structure, the same steps as when building a roof can be used to connect building material panels.

In particular, in the building material panel according to the present invention, the length L (see FIG. 6) of the third folded piece 7d of the upper joint 7 is set to a short dimension of about 5 to 20 mm, and the length L of the third folded piece 7d of the lower joint 4 Since the length L1 (see Fig. 2) of the piece 4a1 and the first folded piece 4a1 can be set to a short dimension of about 5 to 20 mm, it is possible to reduce the amount of sliding of the building material panels when joining them together. This has the advantage that even if a step is formed where the building material panels are joined, the step will be less noticeable and the aesthetic appearance of the roof and walls can be maintained.

Regarding the extension piece 6, it is possible to use one that is continuously provided at the end of the second folded piece 4a2 in the width direction, that is, one that is integrally connected (the same plate), but as shown in FIG. In addition, it is also possible to attach the plate-like body 12 having a folded portion to the widthwise end of the second folded-back piece 4a2. It is preferable to fix it by wrapping it inside the folded part of 3d.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fitting type building material panel that can improve the strength of the joint portion.
