Description

Article 30, Paragraph 2 of the Patent Act applies MADO Shop CONVENTION 2020 Date January 21, 2020

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to fittings for refurbishment used, for example, for renovation of a bathroom doorway.

A doorway or the like of a bathroom that partitions a bathroom and a dressing room is provided with fittings in which a shoji is supported by a frame so as to be openable and closable. Such fittings may be remodeled when damaged or aged. For example, Patent Literature 1 discloses, as fittings for renovation of a bathroom, a configuration in which the inner side of the frame is covered with a new frame while the existing frame remains, and the new frame supports the new shoji so that it can be opened and closed.

Japanese Patent No. 6421051

For example, fittings that partition a bathroom doorway as described above have a structure in which a step is provided between the part of the existing frame on the bathroom side and the part on the dressing room side in order to prevent water leakage to the dressing room side. Therefore, the new frame of Patent Document 1 uses a substantially crank-shaped member in which a step is formed between the part (hollow part) on the bathroom side and the part (angle part) on the dressing room side that are integrally molded. It corresponds to the step of the existing frame. With this configuration, the step of the existing frame can be covered as it is for the existing frame of fixed specifications.

However, existing frames have different specifications, for example, even among the same manufacturer, and the heights of the steps are different. Therefore, in the configuration of Patent Document 1, for example, when the step is small, there is a concern that the angle portion on the dressing room side may be largely lifted from the floor, forming a large gap with the floor. Therefore, in this configuration, the cover material is connected to the changing room side of the angle portion, but the adjustment of the length of the cover material and the waterproof seal are complicated. Moreover, as a result of the angle portion being raised significantly from the floor on the dressing room side, a large step is created on the dressing room side, which becomes an obstacle to entering and exiting the bathroom. On the other hand, in the configuration of Patent Document 1, when the step of the existing frame is large, the hollow part of the new frame on the bathroom side is largely lifted from the existing frame, which may cause the same problem as described above.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a highly versatile fitting for renovation that can flexibly cope with different types of existing frames.

A fitting for refurbishment according to one aspect of the present invention includes a new frame attached to the inside of the existing frame left after removing the existing shoji, and a fitting for renovation in which the new shoji is supported inside the frame of the new frame. At least the lower frame of the new frame covers at least a part of the projection surface of the existing frame, and a cover member on which the new shoji is disposed, and an arbitrary position in the frame inside and outside the cover member and an angle member connected with.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the fittings for renovation which have high versatility which can respond flexibly to the existing frame of a different type are obtained.

It is a longitudinal section of fittings for renovation concerning one embodiment. It is a cross-sectional view of the fittings for renovation shown in FIG. It is the longitudinal cross-sectional view which expanded the lower frame of a new frame, and its peripheral part. It is an exploded view of the lower frame of a new frame and a frame member connected with this. FIG. 10 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing an example of a mounting structure for a new frame in a configuration in which the existing frame has a low level difference; FIG. 10 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing another example of the mounting structure of the newly installed frame in a configuration in which the step of the existing frame is low.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Preferred embodiments of fittings for renovation according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, fittings 10 for renovation (hereinafter simply referred to as "fittings 10") are newly installed inside existing frames 14 that have been installed in advance in openings 12a of a frame 12 of a building. A new frame 16, which is an opening frame, is attached to support a new shoji 18 so that it can be opened and closed. The existing frame 14 is left when the existing shoji installed before the renovation is removed. In other words, the fitting 10 does not require removal work of the existing frame 14, and can be constructed at low cost in a short period of time.

The fitting 10 is provided at the doorway of a bathroom configured by a unit bath or the like, and partitions the bathroom and the dressing room so that they can be opened and closed. The fitting 10 is not limited to the renovation of the bathroom doorway as long as it is used for renovation of the existing fittings, and can be used for the renovation of the entrance door, for example.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the fitting 10 includes an existing frame 14 , a new frame 16 , a new shoji 18 , and a frame member 20 .

The existing frame 14 forms a rectangular opening by framing an upper frame 14a, a lower frame 14b, and left and right vertical frames 14c and 14d. Each frame 14a-14d is an extruded profile of a metal material such as aluminum. Each of the frames 14a to 14d is fixed to the frame 12 before the new frame 16 is attached.

In the present application, the prospective direction refers to the indoor/outdoor direction of fittings 10, that is, the direction from the bathroom side to the dressing room side or the opposite direction (the direction indicated by arrow Z in the drawing). A prospective plane means a plane extending along the prospective direction. The viewing direction is a direction perpendicular to the viewing direction, and in the case of a vertical frame 14c or the like that is elongated in the vertical direction, the horizontal direction (the direction indicated by the arrow X in the figure) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. In the case of a long upper frame 14a or the like, the vertical direction (the direction indicated by the arrow Y in the drawing) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction thereof. A facing surface is a surface along the facing direction. The inside (inner peripheral side) of the frame-shaped member refers to the frame inner portion of the existing frame 14 or the new frame 16 . The outside (peripheral side) of the frame-shaped member refers to the frame-outside portion of the existing frame 14 or the new frame 16 on the skeleton 12 side. The in-frame direction refers to a direction from the outside (peripheral side) of the existing frame 14 or the new frame 16, which is a frame-shaped member, toward the inside (inner peripheral side) of the frame. The frame-outside direction refers to a direction from the inside of the existing frame 14 or the new frame 16, which is a frame-like member, toward the outside of the frame.

As shown in FIG. 1, the lower frame 14b of the existing frame 14 has a prospective surface 22 on which the removed existing shoji was arranged, and an angle part that is bent inward from the prospective surface 22 and further bent toward the dressing room. 23 and. A rail 22a used to guide the door rollers of the existing shoji is projected from the prospective surface 22. The angle portion 23 has a substantially L shape. The lower frame 14b is formed with an angle portion 23 to form a step 23a in which the dressing room side is higher than the bathroom side in the viewing direction. The step 23a is a portion that functions as a doorstop for the existing shoji screen or as a water cutoff wall that prevents water from leaking from the bathroom to the dressing room side.

The upper frame 14a of the existing frame 14 has substantially the same shape as the lower frame 14b, and has a structure in which the lower frame 14b is vertically inverted. For this reason, with respect to the upper frame 14a, the same or similar elements as those of the lower frame 14b are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted.

As shown in FIG. 2, the vertical frame 14c of the existing frame 14 differs from the lower frame 14b in that it has a mounting piece 24 and a doorstop piece 25 instead of the angle portion 23, and does not have a step 23a. . The mounting piece 24 is a plate piece provided substantially flush with the prospective surface 22 and extending toward the bathroom. The door stop piece 25 is a plate piece protruding from the end of the mounting piece 24 on the bathroom side to the inside of the frame. Since the vertical frame 14d has a bilaterally symmetrical structure with the vertical frame 14c, elements that are the same as or similar to those of the vertical frame 14c are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted.

The new frame 16 forms a rectangular opening by framing an upper frame 16a, a lower frame 16b, and left and right vertical frames 16c and 16d. Each frame 16a-16d is an extruded profile of a metal material such as aluminum. The new frame 16 is installed inside the existing frame 14 and covers the existing frame 14 .

The frame member 20 forms a rectangular opening by framing an upper frame 20a, a lower frame 20b, and left and right vertical frames 20c and 20d. Each frame 20a-20d is an extruded profile of a metal material such as aluminum. The frame member 20 is installed on the dressing room side of the new frame 16 to cover the part of the existing frame 14 on the dressing room side that cannot be completely hidden by the new frame 16. The frame member 20 of this embodiment also functions as a bracket interposed between the new frame 16 and the skeleton 12 .

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the lower frame 16b of the new frame 16 includes a cover member 28 and an angle member 30. As shown in FIGS. Unlike the lower frame 14b of the existing frame 14, the lower frame 16b is a frame member having a split structure in which a separately configured cover member 28 and an angle member 30 are connected.

The cover member 28 is a portion that covers at least a portion of the projected surface 22 of the lower frame 14 b of the existing frame 14 . The cover member 28 has a projected surface portion 28a, a first facing piece 28b, a second facing piece 28c, and a door stop piece 28d.

The prospective surface portion 28a is a plate portion extending along the prospective direction, and the bathroom side portion is slightly inclined to the outside of the frame. The prospective surface portion 28a is installed from above the rail 22a so as to cover the prospective surface 22 of the lower frame 14b from the inside of the frame. The projected surface portion 28a is a member that forms the inner projected surface 32 of the lower frame 16b. The newly installed shoji 18 is arranged inside the frame of the inner projection surface 32. A rail 32a for guiding the door roller of the newly installed shoji 18 protrudes from the inner projection surface 32.

A pair of screw holes 34 and 35 aligned in the direction of projection are formed in the outer projection surface of the projection surface portion 28a. The screw holes 34 and 35 extend in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the lower frame 16b. The screw holes 34 and 35 are fastening holes for screws for fixing the lower frame 16b and the vertical frames 16c and 16d. The side wall of the screw hole 35 on the dressing room side is also used by the second facing piece 28c.

The first facing piece 28b is a plate piece that protrudes from the bathroom-side end of the projection surface portion 28a to the outside of the frame and covers the bathroom-side facing surface 36 of the lower frame 14b of the existing frame 14. As shown in FIG. The first facing piece 28b is provided with a break-off groove similar to that of the angle member 30, which will be described later, so that its length in the frame inward and outward directions can be adjusted. The second facing piece 28c is a plate piece that protrudes outside the frame from the end of the fitting surface portion 28a on the dressing room side, and the tip of which abuts the fitting surface 22 of the lower frame 14b of the existing frame 14. As shown in FIG. The angle member 30 is connected to this second tab 28c.

The doorstop piece 28d is a plate piece that protrudes inward from the end of the projection surface portion 28a on the dressing room side and serves as a doorstop for the newly installed shoji 18 . The door stopping piece 28d is arranged on the same plane as the second facing piece 28c in the frame inward and outward directions, and forms a contact surface of the angle member 30 together with the second facing piece 28c.

The angle member 30 is an attachment member that is interposed between the frame 12 and the cover member 28 and serves as a portion for attaching the lower frame 16b to the frame 12, and has a substantially L shape. The angle member 30 of this embodiment is not directly fixed to the frame 12 but indirectly fixed to the frame 12 via the frame member 20 (lower frame 20b). The angle member 30 may be directly fixed to the frame 12 without the frame member 20 interposed therebetween. Moreover, the angle member 30 may be directly or indirectly fixed to the frame 12 via the existing frame 14 as in the configuration example shown in FIG. The angle member 30 has a connecting plate portion 40 and a projection piece 42 .

The connecting plate portion 40 is a plate piece extending in the frame inward and outward directions. The connecting plate portion 40 is connected to the second cover piece 28c of the cover member 28 using a screw 44. As shown in FIG. The screw 44 is fixed by penetrating the screw hole 35 in the prospective direction through the second tab 28c.

Here, the bathroom side facing surface 40a of the connecting plate portion 40 abuts on the dressing room side facing surfaces 28e of the second facing piece 28c and the door stop piece 28d. Therefore, the connecting plate portion 40 can be connected to the cover member 28 at any position in the frame inside/outside direction (Y direction). In other words, the connecting plate portion 40 can easily adjust the connecting position with respect to the angle member 30 in the frame inside-outside direction by changing the frame inside-outside position with respect to the second tab 28c. In the configuration example shown in FIG. 3, the connecting plate portion 40 is positioned inside the frame to some extent and connected to the second tab 28c. Therefore, the connecting plate portion 40 forms a step between the bathroom side and the dressing room side of the new frame 16 .

A plurality of break-off grooves 40b are formed on the dressing room side facing surface of the connecting plate portion 40 so as to be arranged side by side at regular intervals along the inside and outside directions of the frame. Each breaking groove 40 b extends in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the angle member 30 . The length of the connecting plate portion 40 in the frame inside-outside direction can be easily adjusted by breaking off the leading end side at a desired break-off groove 40b. As a result, the tip of the connecting plate portion 40 can be prevented from interfering with the projection surface 22 of the existing frame 14, and a large adjustment range of the connecting position of the angle member 30 with respect to the cover member 28 in the frame inside-outside direction can be secured. Reference numeral 46 in FIG. 3 denotes a sealing material for waterproofing between the connecting plate portion 40 and the existing frame 14 .

The projection piece 42 extends from the frame inner end portion (upper end portion) of the connecting plate portion 40 toward the dressing room. The projection piece 42 serves as a fixed portion to the skeleton 12 . As described above, the angle member 30 of this embodiment is fixed to the frame 12 via the frame member 20 . Therefore, the projection piece 42 is connected to the lower frame 20b. A pair of projections 42a are formed on the outer projection surface of the projection piece 42 in the projection direction. The protrusion 42a may be omitted.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 , the lower frame 20 b of the frame member 20 has a frame plate portion 48 and a recessed portion 50 .

The frame plate portion 48 is a plate portion extending along the projection direction. The frame plate portion 48 is arranged so that the bathroom-side end portion overlaps the frame outside of the projection piece 42 of the angle member 30 and is connected to the projection piece 42 using the screw 52 . Specifically, in the projection piece 42 of the present embodiment, each projection 42a is in contact with the inner projection surface of the frame plate portion 48, and a screw 52 is inserted between the projections 42a and 42a from the inside of the frame in the projection direction. be. As a result, the projection piece 42 is stably fixed to the frame plate portion 48 .

A plurality of break-off grooves 48a are formed in the outer projected surface of the frame plate portion 48 and arranged in parallel along the projected direction at equal intervals. Each breaking groove 48 a extends in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the frame plate portion 48 . The frame plate portion 48 can be easily adjusted in length in the projection direction by breaking off the leading end side at a desired breaking groove 48a. As a result, the front end of the frame plate portion 48 can be prevented from interfering with the connecting plate portion 40 of the angle member 30, and a large adjustment range of the connecting position of the lower frame 20b with respect to the angle member 30 can be ensured.

The recessed portion 50 is formed integrally with the end portion of the frame plate portion 48 on the dressing room side, and has a recessed shape that is recessed to the outside of the frame and is open to the inside of the frame. The bottom frame 20b is arranged such that the bottom surface 50a of the concave portion 50 contacts the surface 12b of the frame 12 (the floor surface on the dressing room side on the lower frame 16b side). The lower frame 20b is fixed to the frame 12 with screws 54 that penetrate the bottom surface 50a from the inside of the frame toward the inside of the concave portion 50. As shown in FIG. The opening of the concave portion 50 is closed by attaching a cap 56 with the head of the screw 54 accommodated therein. The lower frame 20b may be configured without the recessed portion 50, in which case, for example, screw holes formed in the outer projection surface of the lower frame 20b are placed in contact with the surface 12b.

Since the bottom surface 50a of the recessed portion 50 of the lower frame 20b serves as a contact surface against the surface 12b of the frame 12, the frame plate portion 48 is displaced from the bottom surface 50a toward the inside of the frame (see FIG. 3). Therefore, it is preferable to interpose a spacer 58 between the frame plate portion 48 and the surface 12b.

Reference numeral 60 in FIG. 3 is a parting material interposed between the end of the picture frame member 20 on the dressing room side and the surface 12b of the frame 12 to make the gap between the picture frame member 20 and the surface 12b inconspicuous. . The parting material 60 is fixed to the skeleton 12 using screws 62 . The parting material 60 may be omitted.

As shown in FIG. 1, the upper frame 16a of the new frame 16 has substantially the same shape as the lower frame 16b, and has a structure in which the lower frame 16b is vertically inverted. For this reason, with respect to the upper frame 16a, the same or similar elements as those of the lower frame 16b are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. That is, the upper frame 16a also includes a cover member 28 and an angle member 30 whose positions are adjustable in the frame inward and outward directions, and the angle member 30 is fixed to the frame 12 via the upper frame 20a.

As shown in FIG. 2, the vertical frame 16c of the new frame 16 replaces the cover member 28 and the angle member 30 of the lower frame 16b with a cover member 28 and a cover member 28 and an angle member 30 which are formed such that their connection positions in the frame inward and outward directions cannot be adjusted. An angle member 30 is provided. The cover member 28 of the vertical frame 16c and the vertical frame 14c of the existing frame 14 are fixed with screws 64 with spacers interposed therebetween. The vertical frame 20c has substantially the same structure as the lower frame 20b. The vertical frame 20c is connected by screws 52 to the angle members 30 of the vertical frame 16c. Since the vertical frame 16d has a bilaterally symmetrical structure with the vertical frame 16c, elements identical or similar to those of the vertical frame 16c are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. Similarly, the vertical frame 20d has a symmetrical structure with the vertical frame 20c, so the same or similar elements as those of the vertical frame 20c are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description is omitted. do.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the new shoji 18 is a folding door in which two shojis 18a and 18b are connected by a connecting frame 66 so as to be relatively rotatable. Reference numerals 18c and 18d in FIG. 2 denote handles on the bathroom side and dressing room side, respectively. Since the newly installed shoji 18 may have the same structure as a general known folding door, detailed description thereof will be omitted. The new shoji 18 may be, for example, a hinged door or a sliding door other than the folding door.

As described above, the lower frame 16b (upper frame 16a) of the present embodiment is at the height of the step 23a of the lower frame 14b (upper frame 14a) of the existing frame 14 or the frame member on the dressing room side of the existing frame. Accordingly, the connecting position of the connecting plate portion 40 of the angle member 30 with respect to the second tab 28c of the cover member 28 can be adjusted. In other words, the screw 44 is fastened at a position corresponding to the second cover piece 28c and the screw hole 35, while the fastening position with respect to the cover member 28 remains unchanged. Therefore, the angle member 30 is fastened with the screw 44 after setting the position of the connecting plate portion 40 in the frame inside-outside direction with respect to the second cover piece 28c at a position suitable for the height of the step 23a. At this time, when the front end of the connecting plate portion 40 interferes with the existing frame 14, the connecting plate portion 40 can be broken off to an appropriate length by the breaking groove 40b.

Therefore, the fitting 10 can flexibly cope with a plurality of types of existing frames 14 having different heights of the steps 23a, and high versatility can be obtained. For example, the configuration example shown in FIG. 5 illustrates a configuration in which the step 23a of the existing frame 14 is smaller than that in the configuration example shown in FIG. 3, or the step 23a is substantially absent. In the configuration example shown in FIG. 5, the bottom frame 16b is adjusted to a position where the projection piece 42 of the angle member 30 is closer to the outside of the frame than the tip of the doorstop piece 28d of the cover member 28. As shown in FIG. As a result, the lower frame 16b and the lower frame 20b connected thereto are configured to be substantially flat in the viewing direction. In FIG. 5, illustration of the screws 54 and 62 is omitted.

The configuration example shown in FIG. 6 is a configuration in which the angle member 30 is adjusted further outside the frame with respect to the cover member 28 than in the configuration example shown in FIG. In this configuration, the lower frame 20b is not installed in order to eliminate the step due to the lower frame 20b. The angle member 30 is fixed to the existing frame 14 by screws 52 with the prospective piece 42 sandwiching a thin spacer plate 68 . That is, the lower frame 16b is fixed to the frame 12 via the lower frame 14b of the existing frame 14. As shown in FIG. As a result, the lower frame 16b has a configuration that is substantially completely flat in the prospective direction except for the protrusion of the door stop piece 28d.

Thus, in the fitting 10, the frame member 20 may be omitted. However, if the frame member 20 is used as in the configuration shown in FIG. In addition, in the configuration using the frame member 20 , the new frame 16 is fixed to the frame 12 via the frame member 20 with screws 54 . For this reason, the screws 54 for the frame 12 are fastened at a position far away from the bathroom toward the dressing room, further suppressing the occurrence of water intrusion into the frame 12 .

Here, an example of the construction procedure of the fittings 10 will be described. When constructing the fittings 10, first, the existing shoji supported by the existing frame 14 is removed. Next, the positions of the cover members 28 and the angle members 30 of the upper frame 16 a and the lower frame 16 b in the frame inward and outward directions are appropriately adjusted, and the cover members 28 and the angle members 30 are connected with the screws 44 . Then, the frames 16a to 16d of the new frame 16 are connected to form a four-circumference framework. On the other hand, before and after the framing process of the new frame 16, the frames 20a to 20d of the frame member 20 are connected to each other and framed on all four sides. Then, the framed new frame 16 is inserted into the frame of the existing frame 14 from the bathroom side, and the framed frame member 20 is inserted into the frame of the existing frame 14 from the dressing room side. At this time, a sealing material 46 is provided between the new frame 16 and the existing frame 14 . Finally, the new frame 16 and the picture frame member 20 are connected with screws 52, the picture frame member 20 is fixed to the frame 12 with screws 54, and the parting material 60 is installed as necessary, thereby completing the construction of the fitting 10. .

According to such a configuration, by adjusting the connecting position of the cover member and the angle member, it is possible to flexibly cope with existing frames of different types, and high versatility can be obtained.

The angle member may be interposed between the frame of the building and the cover member , and may be an indirect or direct attachment portion of the new frame to the frame. Then, the new frame can be stably fixed to the frame via the angle members.

Further, a frame member having one end connected to the angle member in the projection direction and the other end fixed to the frame in the projection direction is provided, and the angle member is fixed to the frame via the frame member. may be configured. By doing so, it is possible to further improve the appearance quality of one side of the new frame in the projection direction. Moreover, in the fitting for remodeling, by fixing the new frame to the building frame via the frame member, the screwing position to the building frame can be offset to one side in the projection direction as much as possible. Therefore, for example, when the fitting for renovation is installed at the doorway of a bathroom, the screws for the frame can be fastened at a position far away from the bathroom toward the dressing room, further suppressing the occurrence of water intrusion into the frame.

The cover member includes a prospective surface portion forming an inner prospective surface, a first facing piece projecting from one end of the prospective surface portion to the outside of the frame in the prospective direction and covering the facing face of the existing frame, and the prospective surface portion in the prospective direction. and a second tab protruding outward from the other end of the angle member, the angle member extending along the inside and outside of the frame and connecting to the second tab at any position by screwing. A configuration may be adopted in which a plate portion and a projection piece projecting from the frame inner end portion of the connecting plate portion in the projection direction in a direction away from the cover member. Then, it is possible to easily adjust the connection position of the angle member with respect to the cover member.

The cover member further has a door stop piece that protrudes from the other end of the projection surface portion toward the inside of the frame in the projection direction and serves as a door stop for the newly installed shoji, and the connecting plate portion includes the second facing piece and the It may be configured to be fixed to the second facing piece while being in contact with the door stop piece. Then, since the connecting plate portion is supported by the second facing piece and the door stop piece, the connecting state between the cover member and the angle member becomes more stable.

Further, a frame member having one end connected to the angle member in the projection direction and the other end fixed to the frame in the projection direction is provided, and the angle member is fixed to the frame via the frame member. The frame member includes a frame plate portion extending in the projection direction, one end of which is connected to the projection piece of the angle member in the projection direction, and a frame plate portion connected to the projection piece of the angle member at the other end of the frame plate portion in the projection direction. and a concave portion provided, and the frame member is attached to the frame by a screw penetrating the bottom surface from the inside of the concave portion while the bottom surface of the concave portion is in contact with the surface of the frame. It may be configured to be fixed.

The fitting for renovation is a bathroom fitting that partitions a bathroom and a dressing room, and the new frame has a structure in which the cover member is arranged on the bathroom side and the angle member is arranged on the dressing room side. may be By doing so, it is possible to easily construct a new frame even for a plurality of types of existing frames having different heights between the bathroom and the dressing room depending on the specifications.

It goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be freely modified without departing from the gist of the present invention.
