スペクトルボリュメトリックデータから抽出された生理学的特徴は、冠血流に潜在的に関係した患者の心臓ボリュメトリック画像データから導出された量である。これらの特徴に対する特徴抽出コンポーネント202の出力は、FFR値をより正確に、及び精度良く予測する。これらの特徴として、(1)例えば、ヨウ素マップといったスペクトル結果を使用して心筋欠損が検出される、セグメント分けされる、及び評価される、スペクトル心筋欠損、(2)例えば、ヨウ素マップといったスペクトル結果により側副流推定が強調される、スペクトル側副流、及び/又は、(3)他の特徴が挙げられ得るが、これらに限定されない。
Claims (21)
- 冠血流予備量比値を決定する生物物理学シミュレーターを含む、コンピュータ実行可能命令を含む、コンピュータ可読記憶媒体と、
スペクトルボリュメトリック画像データを使用して前記冠血流予備量比値を決定するために機械学習を使用する前記生物物理学シミュレーターを実行するプロセッサと、
決定された前記冠血流予備量比値を表示するディスプレイと、
を備え、
前記生物物理学シミュレーターが、前記スペクトルボリュメトリック画像データからスペクトル的に特徴を抽出する特徴抽出コンポーネントを含み、
スペクトル的に抽出された前記特徴が、スペクトル強調された解剖学的特徴と、スペクトル強調されたプラークの形態的及び機能的特徴と、スペクトル強調された生理学的特徴とのうちの少なくとも1つを含み、
前記生物物理学シミュレーターは、冠血流予備量比値に、前記特徴抽出コンポーネントによりスペクトル的に抽出された特徴をマッピングする、機械学習エンジンをさらに含み、前記機械学習エンジンは、前記特徴抽出コンポーネントによりスペクトル的に抽出された特徴を入力とし、前記冠血流予備量比値を出力とする、システム。 - スペクトル強調された前記解剖学的特徴が、幾何学的及びトポロジー的特徴を含む、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記特徴抽出コンポーネントが、異なるスペクトル画像を使用して抽出された前記解剖学的特徴を強調して、冠動脈ツリー解剖学的構造の異なる解剖学的組織の存在を決定する、

前記機械学習エンジンが、冠血流予備量比値に、前記スペクトル的に抽出された特徴をマッピングする、コンピュータ実行可能命令を含み、
前記機械学習エンジンは、前記スペクトル的に抽出された特徴を入力とし、前記冠血流予備量比値を出力とする、コンピュータ可読媒体。 - 前記機械学習エンジンが、所定の位置を説明する特徴に関数を適用することにより、冠動脈ツリーの前記所定の位置における冠血流予備量比値を推定する、
