本発明は、互いに離間した少なくとも2つの測定センサ、好ましくは超音波センサを備えてその測定信号が耐堆積性リフレクタにより反射される流量計を開示する。

Claims (5)
- 流体が流れるパイプセクションに挿入されるように適合された測定チャネル(18)を備える流量計であって、前記測定チャネル(18)には少なくとも2つの超音波センサ(6、8)が配置され、リフレクタ(28)は、前記超音波センサ(6、8)から離れて前記測定チャネル(18)の横断壁(24)に配置され、前記リフレクタ(28)は、耐堆積性表面構造を有し、前記リフレクタ(28)の耐堆積性は、ライスリーフ効果を有するバイオニック構造によって達成され、
前記バイオニック構造は、前記リフレクタ(28)上のみに設けられ、
前記リフレクタ(28)は、前記測定チャネル(18)と同一平面になるように挿入されることを特徴とする、流量計。 - 前記バイオニック構造は、シャークスキン効果および前記ライスリーフ効果の組み合わせを有する、請求項1に記載の流量計。
- 前記測定チャネル(18)が楕円形状を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の流量計。
- 前記リフレクタ(28)は、前記測定チャネルのポケット(26)に挿入される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 前記リフレクタ(28)が耐堆積性表面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流量計(1)用のリフレクタ。
