Claims (11)
- 容器を製造する方法であって、
前記方法は、
- 予備成形品を製造するステップであって、
- 製造されるべき前記予備成形品のデジタルモデルを付加製造機に転送するステップ(34)と、
- 前記付加製造機を使用して、転送された前記デジタルモデルから前記予備成形品を生産するステップ(36)と、
- 製造された前記予備成形品を周囲温度で冷却するステップ(38)と
を含む、ステップと、
- 前記製造された予備成形品を、前記予備成形品の材料のガラス転移温度と結晶化温度との間まで加熱するステップ(40)と、
- ブロー成形金型の内部で前記予備成形品を径方向及び軸方向に二軸延伸して、容器を形成するステップ(46)と、
- 前記ブロー成形金型から形成された前記容器を取り出すステップ(48)と
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記予備成形品を製造する前記ステップは、製造されるべき前記予備成形品の前記デジタルモデルを転送する前記ステップ(34)の前に、前記デジタルモデルを作成するステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 付加製造によって前記予備成形品を生産する前記ステップ(36)は、溶融材料を堆積させることによって得られる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 付加製造によって前記予備成形品を生産する前記ステップ(36)は、材料の噴射を用いて得られる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 付加製造によって前記予備成形品を生産する前記ステップ(36)は、少なくとも1つのエネルギービームを用いて材料を焼結することによって得られる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記製造された予備成形品は、細長い全体形状の本体(12)を含み、且つ、首部(14)を形成する第1の開放端部と、底部(16)を形成する第2の閉鎖端部とを備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記製造された予備成形品は、前記予備成形品の内部において、前記本体(12)の一体部分として形成された少なくとも1つの突出部(24、26)及び/又は溝が設けられており、前記突出部(24、26)及び/又は前記溝の横断面は、アンダーカットを含む輪郭によって画定されている、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記製造された予備成形品の前記本体の前記首部(14)の内径は、8mm以下である、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 前記製造された予備成形品の前記本体(12)の外面は、パターン及び/又はマークを含む、請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記製造された予備成形品の前記本体(12)は、いくつかの材料で形成される、請求項6~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記製造された予備成形品の前記本体(12)は、異なる色の領域を有する、請求項6~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
