Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for manufacturing an absorbent pad piece for neurosurgery, which is provided with recovery thread and used in brain surgery or the like.

Absorbent pad pieces 4 for brain surgery, which have been conventionally used in brain surgery, are all manually attached to non-woven fabric chip pieces 4 with a thin and strong thread 10 having a length of about 300 mm to 400 mm, as shown in the illustration below. For example, it is made by sewing a multifilament thread 10 or the like to the absorbent pad piece 4 one by one with a needle, and a knot fist 11, a knot end 12, etc. can be made, and depending on the work environment, hygiene and production cost Due to problems such as the need for skilled workers due to the uneven production of products depending on the worker, automation has been desired.

In addition, a piece of absorbent pad for neurosurgery, which has conventionally been produced manually, has a tip piece 4 made of non-woven fabric and a strong thread 10 made of polyester or the like is sewn with a needle, and the thread is threaded so as not to come off. In order to leave the end 12 of the knot at a length of several millimeters, when removing the absorbent pad piece 4 used after brain surgery, it will be pulled out and recovered with the tied string 10, so it is important that there is no extra resistance for that purpose. It is most important that there is no knot 11, knot 12, etc. in the bound state as shown in the 8 part of the enlarged illustration of FIG.

Therefore, the present invention is a connection method that solves all these problems. (Thread 2 [Fig. 3 and Fig. 4], which has been made into a strong twist state by additional twisting, is passed through the absorbent pad 4 at the center part while maintaining the tension so as not to lose the self-twisting of the ZorS twist, and a weight is added to create an acute angle. By pulling it down and releasing it so that it is in the desired state, it is possible to create a joint shape suitable for the customer's request, as shown in [Enlarged illustration 2]. method.
Unlike the content disclosed in the following documents 1 and 2, the yarn for collecting the absorbent pad piece 4 used in brain surgery 7 in FIG. 4] Z or S twist causes self-twisting and becomes one yarn [Fig. It is a reliable mounting method.

Japanese Patent No. 4819243

Non-woven absorbent pad pieces 4 [Figs. 1 and 2] currently used in neurosurgery are used by setting absorbent pad pieces 4 [Figs. 1 and 2] for each necessary part inside the brain to protect organs. It is something that is used to make surgeries safer.

As described above, the absorbent pad 4 for neurosurgery in [Figs. 1 and 2] is a hand-drawn illustration [Fig. Threads such as strong polyester thread 10 of about 400 mm are threaded one by one with a needle so that they do not come off manually. It is made to be left behind.
For this reason, many skilled workers are required, and there are many problems such as hygiene, production cost, and securing of skilled workers, and improvements are required.

The present invention relates to an absorbent pad for surgery comprising a non-woven fabric absorber and a string tied together. By twisting the threads together, an absorbent pad for surgery characterized by the fact that the nonwoven fabric absorber and the threads are tied together is realized. By fixing the state in which the yarns are twisted together, the nonwoven fabric absorber and the yarns can be firmly bound together.
Therefore, according to the present invention, a fine polyester thread is used as the thread that is tied to the chip piece 4 made of non-woven fabric or the like, and a strong twisted thread 2 (Z or S twist) that is additionally twisted to the Z twist or S twist is used [Fig. ], the non-woven absorbent tip pieces 4 can be bound without knots.

The surgical nonwoven fabric absorbent tip piece 4 can be manufactured by stepping on the procedure of A to D in FIG.
From the state shown in FIG. 4(E), a weight larger than the tension of the additionally twisted hard-twisted yarn is added to the non-woven fabric chip piece 4 with the gripping metal fitting 6-2, and the tension is maintained while pulling down and releasing, resulting in a unique hard-twisted yarn. If the initial twist of the yarn 2 is a Z twist, the opposite rotation (self twist) is raised to create one yarn 7 (S, right twist) [Fig. 4] F It becomes one thread with S right twist like 7.
* Photo 9 in [Fig. 4] is a photograph of a stable state in which a thick thread is used and self-twisted to make it easier to understand.

In general, when using hard-twisted yarn in relation to fibers, various devices (commonly known as dust prevention / anti-ripping) are used to prevent this phenomenon, the definition of hard twist yarn (self-twisting = twisting / twisting). etc.), and in weaving and knitting, we use hard-twisted yarn while preventing self-twisting, and weave so that the product is not woven into the product. We produce good quality products by preventing this from happening, and by performing some kind of treatment after weaving and knitting, the hard-twisted yarn shrinks and the texture of hard-twisted S and Z-twisted yarn appears in the product, so weaving and knitting. In the production process, we take great care to ensure that the product does not contain any dust or debris.
By arranging the products after weaving and knitting, the unique properties of hard-twisted yarn appear and the feeling of texture is created.
*(At production sites, there are several types of self-twisting prevention devices called "Biribo".)

Therefore, using the properties of hard-twisted yarn, the surgical non-woven fabric absorbent pad 4 [Fig. First, in the original process, thin and strong strong twisted yarn 2 (S or Z twisted) is used, and by using the property of self-twisting, each yarn is doubled in thickness, and non-woven fabric chip pieces 4 are formed [Fig. ], it can be tied securely without knots like 7+4.
In order from A to D in [Fig. (Right S twist).

In addition, if untwisting occurs, ultrasonic waves, high frequency, electric heat, surgical adhesive (chemical solvent), etc. are used for the binding part of the chip piece 4 and the strong twisted yarn 2, the upper part of the self-twisted part, the entire self-twisted part, etc. It is also possible to maintain the self-twisting state by setting it, so it is also possible to treat the yarn consisting of one or two yarns so that they do not untwist as shown in 7 in FIG.

In this invention, a strong twisted yarn [Fig. 3 and Fig. 4] 2 obtained by moderately additionally twisting fine polyester in advance is applied to the needle hole of a sewing machine needle 3 [Fig. 3 and 4] in the order of A to D in [Fig. 3]. 4 of the non-woven fabric absorbent pad [Figs. 3 and 4] is passed through with a fine sewing needle 3 through which the hard twist yarn 2 is passed, and the end of the hard twist yarn 2 [Figs. 3 and 4] at the tip of the sewing machine needle. Grasp with the gripping metal fitting of 6-1 to the state of [Fig. 3] After the needle 3 is pulled up to the state of D, the nonwoven fabric absorbent pad 4 is pulled down to the state of E in FIG. By releasing it together with the metal fittings, it naturally rotates in the direction opposite to the original twist direction (self-twisting). , and the non-woven fabric absorbent pad pieces 4 can be connected securely without knots.
Also, in the state of the non-woven fabric chip pieces 4 of A to D in FIG. 3 and E and F in FIG. Rotating it can also ensure a knotless connection.
By continuously repeating such a state, the nonwoven fabric absorbent pad can be automatically and continuously manufactured, and there is a concern that the self-twisting will return when it is cut to the required length. method can be solved.

The conditions for self-twisting will be explained in FIG. By pulling and releasing, a twist (S right twist) is applied in the direction opposite to the twist direction of the thin polyester yarn 2 (Z left twist). If necessary, ultrasonic waves are applied to the yarn 7, which is bent into one yarn by two, and the end part of the nonwoven fabric part [Fig. 2], the uppermost part of 7, or the entire 7 The natural state can be stabilized by high frequency, hot air, hot air, surgical adhesive (chemical solvent), etc., and the two polyester threads will not fray.

Conventionally, the non-woven fabric absorbing tip pieces 4 used in brain surgery have been sewn one by one by hand with sewing needles. While there were many problems such as the need for a large number of skilled workers due to the fact that non-uniform products were produced depending on the operator, the present invention is able to produce several types of hygienic and uniform non-woven absorbent tip pieces 4 without the use of manual labor. can be produced continuously and fully automatically.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 4 in FIG. This is an illustration of a knotted end (longened by several millimeters so as not to unravel).
[Fig. 2] is a diagram showing one embodiment of the present invention, 2 (Z) is a hard twisted yarn (Z left twisted hard twisted yarn), 4 is a nonwoven fabric absorbent chip piece, and 7 is one by two by self-twisting. In addition, 8 indicates a state in which the connecting part is a connecting fist and there is no connecting end.
[Fig. 3] is a diagram showing the manufacturing process of the present invention. 1 is a bobbin that is prevented by bag knitting or the like so that the hard-twisted yarn wound around the bobbin does not get dusty or wrinkled (for example, a net for oranges); 2 is a hard twisted yarn (Z left twisted yarn in the illustration) taken out from a bobbin, 3 is a needle for a sewing machine, 4 is a nonwoven fabric absorbing tip piece, 5 is a fixing base for receiving a nonwoven fabric, etc., and 6-1 holds the end of the hard twisted yarn 2. 6-2 is a gripping metal fitting that uses the tip piece 4 such as non-woven fabric as a pinching weight.
The illustration of [Fig. 5] is a comparison of the conventional example and the embodiment according to the present invention. , The illustration on the left side of [Fig. 5], and the illustration on [Fig. 2] is the illustration on the right side of [Fig. 5].
[Fig. 6] is a detailed explanatory diagram of an embodiment according to the present invention, and is an illustration diagram with a photograph for explaining the self-twisting. In the middle part, while maintaining the tension between A and B, the tension is maintained with the nonwoven fabric 4 and the gripping metal fitting 6-2 inserted in the center part, and the V is pulled downward. By making the letter at an acute angle and releasing it, a self-twisting phenomenon occurs, and the state shown in Photo 9 is achieved and stabilizes.
To explain the state of FIG. 6 again, A and B left-twisted high-twisted yarns 2 (Z-twisted) shown in the illustration are inserted into the upper central portion of the nonwoven fabric absorbent tip piece 4 and a weight is applied to the nonwoven fabric tip piece 4 while maintaining the tension. At the same time, both ends A and B are brought closer to each other, and at the same time, the angle of the insertion part of the non-woven fabric absorbent tip piece 4 is made an acute angle. A and B (strongly twisted yarns), which have become hard twisted yarns, generate excess energy, and in order to release that energy, a phenomenon called self-twisting occurs, and two Z-twisted yarns are twisted at the V-shaped acute angle. An S-shaped downward-sloping yarn [Fig. 6] (2A+2B), which becomes a single S-twisted yarn.
Photo 9 shows how 2A + 2B = (S) is a knot-free method that utilizes the properties of hard-twisted yarn (self-twisting). This is a photo showing how to connect without knots by strong twisted thread with thick thread.

As shown in [Fig. 7], the unit of the number of twists is T/m, which is expressed as how many times the yarn is rotated per meter.
Hard-twisted yarn will self-twist if tension is not applied, and the self-twisting phenomenon will result in a state called “chiri” or “twisting” (Fig. 8). This is one of the reasons, and this phenomenon occurs when the threads are not pulled together.

Instead of tying a thin strong polyester thread to an absorbent chip 4 made of nonwoven fabric or the like, the thin and strong polyester thread is additionally twisted, and the strong twisted thread 2 is inserted into the nonwoven fabric absorbent chip piece 4 to insert the chip piece. 4 is performed in the order of [Fig. 3A, B, C, D], and when the tip piece 4 is separated by making the V shape with the weight attached to the thin polyester thread at an acute angle, the twist direction opposite to the twist direction in which the thin polyester thread is twisted The thin polyester thread, which is naturally twisted in the twisting direction and formed into a V shape, becomes one reverse-twisted thread with the chip of the nonwoven fabric absorbent chip 4 sandwiched between the two threads, so that the nonwoven fabric absorber is formed. The non-woven fabric absorbent tip 4 can be made without the thread 11 of the tip [Fig. 5], the end thread 12 of the knot, and the knot 8 of [Fig. When you pull it out from the inside, there is no chance that the knot will come loose, and you can pull it out smoothly without a knot, so you can use it safely and securely.
It can be automated in the order of A to D in [Fig. The end of the hard twisted yarn 2 can be held in the state of E and F in [Fig. It can also be manufactured by rotating in the direction opposite to the twist direction in the state of .
It is very difficult to automate the process of sewing threads on a small piece of cloth, which is mainly made of non-woven fabric. The hard-twisted yarn 2 is inserted into the upper center of the target non-woven fabric tip piece 4, and the non-woven fabric tip piece 4 is pulled down by about 500 mm and bent into a V shape, and the V shape is made at an acute angle. In order to release the energy that is pre-twisted 1500 to 2000 times or more, twisting in the opposite direction of rotation (self-twisting) is used to twist the tip piece 4 into two parts. A single thread (1/2 hard-twisted thread) is twisted to form a single thread, so that the small tip piece 4 does not separate from the hard-twisted thread 2 that is connected to the tip piece 4, and the small tip piece 4 does not leave the body after the operation. The chip piece 4 can be reliably taken out without resistance from a knotted fist.
The thin and strong thread 2 passing through the needle is a hard-twisted thread 2 that is twisted 1500 to 2000 times or more per 1 m. After the end protruding from the tip of the needle is grasped and the needle is pulled up, the non-woven fabric absorbent tip piece 4 is pulled down by about 300 mm, and the V-shaped acute angle is added with a weight, so that the rotation direction of the original twist rotation is naturally reversed. By rotating one strong twisted yarn 2 and bending it to 1/2, the two yarns become one yarn with twice the thickness of one, so that a small cloth is tied with one yarn. A small piece of cloth and a single thread (thread 7 made by self-twisting) are surely united, and after brain surgery is completed, it can be wiped out from the brain.
