Description
実験室プロトコルを使用して、スケール抑制および鉄の分散を試験した。硫化物および鉄を含有するブラインを調製した。ポリマーを約10ppmの量でブラインに添加した。対照は、スケール抑制剤を含有しなかった。様々なポリマーまたはポリマーの混合物について、鉄の分散を視覚的に決定した(表1を参照されたい)。
アクリル酸とAMPSとのコポリマー(AA/AMPS、60/40重量)を、約20ppmの量でブラインに約16時間添加した。約16時間後でさえ、約80%超の鉄が、コポリマーを含有するブラインに分散したままであった。対照では、約10ppmの鉄(硫化鉄の形態)が沈殿した。約20ppmでは、コポリマーは、硫化鉄沈殿物の約52%の抑制を呈した。
ブライン中の硫化物の量をより多くして、実験を実行した。興味深いことに、ブライン中により高い濃度の硫化物が存在する場合、スケール形成を抑制するのに、より高い濃度のAA/AMPS(60/40)が必要とされた(図1を参照されたい)。硫化鉄沈殿物の50%の抑制には、40ppmの投与量のコポリマーが必要とされた。
温度が分散効率に与える影響を評価するために、実験を実行した(表2)。分散効率は、約25℃および約80℃で試験した。分散した鉄のパーセントを、約30分および約16時間で評価した。異なる温度での対照では、沈殿物の差異は存在しなかった。
シリカ/ケイ酸鉄と硫化鉄との混合堆積物を形成する溶液を調製した。表3は、コポリマーを一緒に混合した場合、それらが、個々のポリマーの合計よりも大きな程度まで混合堆積物の沈殿を抑制したことを示す。
Claims (19)
- 水性系内での硫化物およびシリカスケールの抑制または低減のための方法であって、
硫化物スケール抑制剤およびシリカスケール抑制剤を含む組成物を185℃~370℃の温度を有する前記水性系に注入することを含み、
前記硫化物スケール抑制剤が、アクリル酸またはメタクリル酸とアニオン性モノマーとのコポリマーを含む、方法。 - 前記アニオン性モノマーが、2-アクリルアミド-2-メチルプロパンスルホン酸(AMPS)、スチレンスルホン酸、2-メチルアクリルアミド-2-メチルプロピルスルホン酸、ビニルスルホン酸、スルホアルキルアクリル酸、スルホアルキルメタクリル酸、アリルスルホン酸、3-メタクリルアミド-2-ヒドロキシプロピルスルホン酸、それらの任意の塩、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アニオン性モノマーが、AMPSである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記シリカスケール抑制剤が、アクリル酸またはメタクリル酸とアルコキシル化モノマーとのコポリマーを含む、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記アルコキシル化モノマーが、ヒドロキシポリエトキシアリルエーテル(AAE)、3-アリルオキシ-1,2-プロパンジオール、ジエチレングリコールモノアリルエーテル、テトラエチレングリコールメチルビニルエーテル、エチレングリコールビニルエーテル、ポリエトキシメタクリレート、1-アリルオキシ-2-ヒドロキシプロパンスルホン酸、それらの任意の塩、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記アルコキシル化モノマーが、ヒドロキシポリエトキシ(10)アリルエーテル(AAE-10)である、請求項4または5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記硫化物スケール抑制剤が、1ppm~500ppmの範囲の量で添加され、前記シリカスケール抑制剤が、1ppm~100ppmの範囲の量で添加される、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記硫化物スケール抑制剤が、コポリマーを含み、前記コポリマーが、40重量%~80重量%のアクリル酸および20重量%~60重量%のAMPSを含む、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記シリカスケール抑制剤が、コポリマーを含み、前記コポリマーが、30重量%~70重量%のアクリル酸および30重量%~70重量%のAAE-10を含む、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、水性系内の凝縮器に注入され、前記凝縮器が、水を含有する、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、水性系内の分離器に注入され、前記分離器が、水を含有する、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記水性系が、地熱系であり、前記地熱系が、乾燥蒸気ステーション、フラッシュ蒸気ステーション、および二流体サイクルステーションからなる群から選択される地熱発電所である、請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記水性系が、ブラインを含む、請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 坑井内での硫化物およびシリカスケールの抑制または低減のための方法であって、
硫化物スケール抑制剤およびシリカスケール抑制剤を含む組成物を185℃~370℃の温度を有する前記坑井に注入することを含み、
前記硫化物スケール抑制剤が、コポリマーを含み、前記コポリマーが、40重量%~80重量%のアクリル酸および20重量%~60重量%のAMPSを含む、方法。 - 前記シリカスケール抑制剤が、コポリマーを含み、前記コポリマーが、30重量%~70重量%のアクリル酸および30重量%~70重量%のAAE-10を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記硫化物スケール抑制剤が、1,000Da~100,000Daの範囲の重量平均分子量を有するコポリマーを含み、前記シリカスケール抑制剤が、1,000Da~100,000Daの範囲の重量平均分子量を有するコポリマーを含み、前記重量平均分子量が、サイズ排除クロマトグラフィーを使用して決定される、請求項1~15のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記硫化物スケールが、硫化鉄、硫化アンチモン、硫化鉛、硫化亜鉛、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1~16のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、硫化水素消去剤、腐食抑制剤、分散剤、ガス水和物抑制剤、殺生物剤、界面活性剤、溶媒、不活性トレーサー、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1~17のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 硫化物およびシリカスケール抑制または低減のための組成物の使用であって、前記組成物が、硫化物スケール抑制剤およびシリカスケール抑制剤を含み、
前記硫化物スケール抑制剤が、アクリル酸またはメタクリル酸とアニオン性モノマーとのコポリマーを含み、
