Claims (15)
- エアロゾル送出デバイスを含むエアロゾル送出システムであって、該デバイスは、エアロゾル形成基材を収容するように構成され、該システムは外方ハウジングと、マウスピースと、電源と、エアロゾル発生部品と、コントローラとを含み、マウスピースの少なくとも一部は、デバイスの1つ以上の作動パラメータの変化を検出するコントローラに応答して第1および第2の位置間で移動するように構成されており、第1および第2の位置間での移動は、全体としてのマウスピースに対するマウスピースのその部分またはデバイスに対するマウスピース全体の回転および/または並進を含むシステム。
- デバイスの前記1つ以上の作動パラメータは、デバイスの作動準備状態、デバイス内の1つ以上の部品の温度、電源の電力状態、エアロゾル形成基材の状態およびエアロゾル発生部品の状態から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエアロゾル送出システム。
- 作動準備状態は、コントローラがデバイスがオンまたはオフか、高電力モードまたは低電力モードにあるかおよび/またはロックされているまたはロックされていないかを検出することを含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載のエアロゾル送出システム。
- 1つ以上の部品の温度はエアロゾル発生部品、電源、マウスピース、外方ハウジング、エアロゾル発生基材および/またはデバイスを通る空気流の温度を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載のエアロゾル送出システム。
- 電源の電力状態は、電源の電圧状態、電源の古さおよび/または電源が受けた充電サイクルの回数を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載のエアロゾル送出システム。
- エアロゾル形成基材の状態は、デバイス内のエアロゾル形成基材があるか、デバイス内のエアロゾル形成基材の量、デバイス内のエアロゾル形成基材の古さおよび/またはデバイス内のエアロゾル形成基材の識別特徴を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載のエアロゾル送出システム。
- エアロゾル発生部品の状態は、電源との接続の完全性、エアロゾル発生部品の古さ、エアロゾル発生部品の起動の累積時間および/またはエアロゾル発生部品の起動の累積回数を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載のエアロゾル送出システム。
- マウスピースの少なくとも一部は、コントローラのデバイスの作動パラメータの内の2、3、4、5またはそれ以上の変化の検出に応答して第1および第2の位置間で移動するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7いずれか1項記載のエアロゾル送出システム。
- マウスピースはデバイスから取り外し可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8いずれか1項記載のエアロゾル送出システム。
- エアロゾル形成基材は、マウスピースにおよび/または外方ハウジング内に収容できることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9いずれか1項記載のエアロゾル送出システム。
- マウスピースの移動は、コントローラおよび電源に接続された1つ以上のアクチュエーターによって行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10いずれか1項記載のエアロゾル送出システム。
- マウスピースが形状記憶材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11いずれか1項記載のエアロゾル送出システム。
- 形状記憶材は、形状記憶合金、形状記憶ポリマーまたはその組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項12記載のエアロゾル送出システム。
- コントローラは、作動パラメータの特定の変化に応答した特定の動きを導くように構成することができることを特徴とする請求項1乃至13いずれか1項記載のエアロゾル送出システム。
- 第1および第2の位置の一方は、マウスピースが外方ハウジングに対して相対的に延びた位置にある位置であり、第1および第2の位置の他方は、マウスピースが外方ハウジングに対して相対的に格納された位置にある位置であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至14いずれか1項記載のエアロゾル送出システム。
