Description
Claims (7)
- 複数の充填材シートにより構成される充填材パックに配置される場合に冷却塔内で熱伝達流体を冷却するための充填材シートであって、
空気入口端と、
横軸に沿って前記空気入口端の反対側に配置される空気出口端と、
前記空気入口端と前記空気出口端とを接続する上縁と、
前記空気入口端と前記出口端とを接続し、垂直軸に沿って前記上縁の反対側に配置される下縁と、
前記空気入口端と、前記空気出口端と、前記上縁と、前記下縁と、の間で前記充填材シートの熱伝達領域から延びる複数のスペーサーと、
を備え、
前記複数のスペーサーは、第1ヘッドエンドと第1テールエンドとを有する第1スペーサーを含み、前記第1ヘッドエンドは、前記第1テールエンドよりも前記上縁の近くに配置され、前記第1スペーサーは第1スペーサー軸を規定し、前記第1スペーサー軸は、前記横軸との第1鋭角スペーサー角を規定し、
前記複数のスペーサーは、第2ヘッドエンドと第2テールエンドとを有する第2スペーサーを含み、前記第2ヘッドエンドは、前記第1テールエンドよりも前記上縁の近くに配置され、前記第2スペーサーは、第2スペーサー軸を規定し、前記第2スペーサー軸は、前記横軸との第2鋭角スペーサー角を規定し、前記第1スペーサー軸は、前記第2スペーサー軸に対して前記垂直軸の反対側に延び、
前記第1スペーサーは第1接着剤ボスを含み、前記第2スペーサーは第2接着剤ボスを含み、
前記第1接着剤ボスは、設置構成において隣接する充填材シートの第3接着剤ボスに接着され、
前記第2接着剤ボスは、設置構成において前記隣接する充填材シートの第4接着剤ボスに接着される、
充填材シート。 - 前記第1スペーサーは、前記充填材シートの谷から延びる、
請求項1に記載の充填材シート。 - 前記第1スペーサーは、丸みを帯びた第1テールエンドおよび概ね半円形状の第1ヘッドエンドを有する概ねティアドロップ形状を有する、
請求項1に記載の充填材シート。 - 冷却塔内で熱伝達流体を冷却するための充填材パックであって、
第1上縁と、第1下縁と、前記第1上縁と前記第1下縁との間の第1熱伝達領域と、を有する第1充填材シートと、
前記第1充填材シートから第1シート面に対して概ね垂直に延びる複数の第1スペーサーであって、第1ヘッドエンドと第1テールエンドとを有する第1スペーサーを含み、前記第1ヘッドエンドは前記第1テールエンドよりも前記第1上縁の近くに配置される、複数の第1スペーサーと、
第2上縁と、第2下縁と、前記第2上縁と前記第2下縁との間の第2熱伝達領域と、を有する第2充填材シートと、
前記第2充填材シートから第2シート面に対して概ね垂直に延びる複数の第2スペーサーであって、第2ヘッドエンドと第2テールエンドとを有する第2スペーサーを含み、前記第2ヘッドエンドは前記第2テールエンドよりも前記第2上縁の近くに配置され、設置構成において、前記第1ヘッドエンドは、前記第2ヘッドエンドに近接して配置され、垂直軸が、前記第1上縁および前記第2上縁と、前記第1下縁および前記第2下縁と、に対して概ね垂直に規定され、前記第1テールエンドは、前記第2テールエンドに対して前記垂直軸の反対側に向かって延び、設置構成において、前記第1テールエンドと前記第2テールエンドとの整列がずれている、複数の第2スペーサーと、
を備え、
前記第1スペーサーおよび前記第2スペーサーは、第1接着剤ボスおよび第2接着剤ボスにより構成され、前記第1接着剤ボスおよび前記第2接着剤ボスは、設置構成において、互いに接着される、
充填材パック。 - 前記第1スペーサーは、第1スペーサー軸を規定し、前記第2スペーサーは、第2スペーサー軸を規定し、横軸は、前記垂直軸に概ね垂直に、および前記第1上縁および前記第2上縁に実質的に平行に規定され、前記第1スペーサー軸および前記横軸は、第1スペーサー角を規定し、前記第2スペーサー軸と前記横軸とは、第2スペーサー角を規定し、前記第1スペーサー角および前記第2スペーサー角は、鋭角である、
請求項4に記載の充填材パック。 - 前記第1スペーサーおよび前記第2スペーサーは、概ねティアドロップ形状を有する、
