Claims (8)
- バッテリーラックであって、
少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを含む複数個のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールを収容するためのラックケースと、
前記ラックケースの上下方向に沿って所定の距離で離隔して装着され、各々のバッテリーモジュールを支持し、前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールの少なくとも一つの発火時、隣接するバッテリーモジュールへの火炎及び熱の伝播を防止するための防火ユニットと、を含み、
前記防火ユニットは、
各々のバッテリーモジュールを支持し、前記ラックケースの上下方向に沿って装着される複数個の防火プレートであって、防火プレートはそれぞれ、全体として平面形状を有する、複数個の防火プレートと、
前記複数個の防火プレートと連通し、外部冷却システムと連結される一対の防火マニホールドと、を含み、
前記複数個の防火プレートは、各々、
冷却水の循環のために前記平面形状の内部に冷却流路が形成されるプレート本体と、
前記プレート本体の一側に備えられ、前記冷却流路と連通する吸入ポートと、
前記吸入ポートと所定の距離で離隔して前記プレート本体に備えられ、前記冷却流路と連通する排出ポートと、を含み、
前記複数個の防火プレートは、互いに接触せずに離間しており、前記複数個の防火プレートの各々の前記吸入ポート及び前記排出ポートは、前記一対の防火マニホールドと連結されることを特徴とする、バッテリーラック。 - 前記一対の防火マニホールドは、
前記外部冷却システムと連結され、前記複数個の防火プレートの吸入ポートと連通する吸入マニホールドと、
前記吸入マニホールドと所定の距離で離隔し、前記外部冷却システムと連結され、前記複数個の防火プレートの排出ポートと連通する排出マニホールドと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記吸入マニホールドは、
前記複数個の防火プレートの吸入ポートと連結される複数個の吸入ポート連結部と、
前記複数個の吸入ポート連結部の反対側に配置され、前記外部冷却システムと連結されるシステム連結部と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記排出マニホールドは、
前記複数個の防火プレートの排出ポートと連結される複数個の排出ポート連結部と、
前記複数個の排出ポート連結部の反対側に配置され、前記外部冷却システムと連結されるシステム連結部と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記プレート本体は、
一対のアルミニウムプレートで備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記冷却流路は、
前記一対のアルミニウムプレートの相互結合によって設けられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールには、各々、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの冷却のための冷却ファンが備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーラックと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーラックを収容するラックコンテナと、を含む、電力貯蔵装置。
