Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a solar cell module with a snow melting function and a snow melting mechanism including the same.
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, due to growing awareness of environmental issues, solar cells have attracted attention as a clean energy source. Currently, various types of solar cell modules are being developed. In general, a solar cell module consists of a transparent front substrate, a light-receiving side sealing material, a solar cell element, a non-light-receiving side sealing material, and a back protective sheet, which are laminated in this order from the light-receiving side. It consists of a layered structure.
By the way, when such a solar cell module is installed in an area with a large amount of snowfall, if the surface of the solar cell module on the light-receiving surface side continues to be covered with snow, the power generation efficiency is significantly reduced. Therefore, development of a solar cell module with a snow-melting function capable of removing snow adhering to the surface of the module is also progressing. For example, a solar cell module with a snow melting function in which an electric heating member for melting snow is arranged directly above or below a transparent front substrate on the light receiving surface side of the solar cell module (see
Here, the heat-generating wiring arranged in these solar cell modules with a snow-melting function is usually a sheet-like heat-generating wiring material (hereinafter referred to as such a The member consisting of the structure is collectively referred to as a “heat generating sheet”).
Here, in a solar cell module with a snow-melting function, for example, even if it is a standard size module that is assumed to be installed on the roof of a general house, in order to configure it, the size is 600 mm × 1000 mm ~ A heat generating sheet having a large area of about 1200 mm x 2000 mm may be required. In the manufacture of a large heat-generating sheet as described above, the connecting portion between the two wiring pattern portions having different wiring widths may be bent during handling or thermally contracted during processing involving heating. There is a problem that stress is likely to concentrate on the connecting portion, and disconnection is likely to occur at the connecting portion.
An object of the present invention is to reduce the risk of wire breakage, which is likely to occur in a large-area heat-generating sheet that constitutes a solar cell module with a snow-melting function, at a connecting portion where the line width of a metal wiring pattern that constitutes a heat-generating circuit varies. and
The present inventors found that, in a heat-generating sheet for a solar cell module with a snow-melting function in which a huge heat-generating circuit is formed on a substrate, the line width The present inventors have found that the above-mentioned problems can be solved by forming a connecting wiring that alleviates the rapid fluctuation of the voltage, and have completed the present invention.

[overall structure]
As shown in FIG. 1, a
In this
However, in the solar cell module with a snow-melting function of the present invention, the position of the heat-generating sheet is not limited to that shown in FIG. For example, as in the solar cell modules disclosed in

The
As shown in FIG. 2, the heat generating circuit 12 (12A, 12B) of this
(substrate)
As the
When the
When the substrate (resin substrate) 11 has a volume resistivity of 1.0×10 16 Ω·m or more and a thickness of 150 μm or more, the insulation required in the
Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is preferable as the resin that satisfies the requirements for volume resistivity and forms the substrate (resin substrate) 11 . As an example, the volume resistivity of a PET film (“Lumina (trade name)” manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc.) is 1.0×10 17 Ω·m (product catalog value). On the other hand, as disclosed in

FIG. 2 is a diagram schematically showing a planar configuration of the
The heating circuit 12 (12A, 12B) is configured to include electricity supply wiring 121 (121A, 121B) and heating wiring 123 (123A, 123B) as a whole circuit. The electricity supply wirings 121 (121A, 121B) are relatively wide metal wirings, while the heating wirings 123 (123A, 123B) are relatively narrow metal wirings.
In the heat-generating sheet constituting the solar cell module with a snow-melting function of the present invention, for example, as shown in FIGS. (123A, 123B), connecting wirings 122 (122A, 122B) connecting two wiring portions having different line widths are formed. The connecting wiring 122 is formed in a shape in which the line width gradually decreases from the connecting portion (width W 1 ) with the electricity supply wiring 121 toward the connecting portion (width W 2 ) with the heating wiring 123 .
FIG. 3 is a drawing showing a planar shape of the connecting
Similarly, FIG. 4 is a drawing showing a planar shape of the connecting
FIG. 5 shows another example of the shape of the connecting wiring that satisfies the requirements regarding the shape of the heating circuit in the present invention. Also in this heat generating circuit 12C, the
As described above with various specific examples, the heat generating circuit of the heat generating sheet that constitutes the solar cell module with a snow melting function of the present invention is "from the connecting portion with the electricity supply wiring to the connecting portion with the heat generating wiring. It is characterized in that a connecting wiring having a shape in which the line width gradually decreases is formed between the two wiring portions having different line widths.
In this specification, "a shape in which the line width gradually decreases from the connection portion with the electricity supply wiring toward the connection portion with the heating wiring" means, as in the
The line width of the
The thickness of the
As a method for forming the
As described above, the
In addition, the
Since the
In addition, in the heat-generating sheet constituting the solar cell module with a snow melting function of the present invention, when mesh-like wiring as shown in FIG. 7 is used, the folded portion shown in FIG. As shown, it is preferable to form the folded portion by using the belt-
As a specific example, a mesh wiring (five main fine lines arranged in parallel at a pitch of 0.5 mm) with a width of 2 mm is used, and the thin lines L outside the folded portion of the heating circuit are formed with a folded portion as shown in FIG. 2 is less than the thin wire L1 inside the folded portion, but by connecting the folded portion with a belt-
A method of energizing the

フッ素系樹脂フィルムとしては、PCTFE(ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン)、PFA(テトラフルオロエチレンパーフルオロアルキルビニル・エステル共重合体)、PTFE(ポリテトラフルオロエチレン)、ETFE(四フッ化エチレン・エチレン共重合体)、PVDF(ポリフッ化ビニリデン)等が用いられる。

(Integration process)
Next, in the laminating step, the laminated body laminated in the above order is thermally pressed by thermal lamination processing such as vacuum thermal lamination processing to integrate them. The heating temperature during this thermocompression bonding is preferably in the range of 110° C. or higher and 190° C. or lower, and more preferably 130° C. or higher. Also, the heating time is preferably within the range of 5 minutes to 60 minutes. This vacuum thermal lamination process is carried out in a mode in which the back surface
