Description
The present invention relates to a filling facility (for example, a so-called "hydrogen station") in which a filling device for filling hydrogen in, for example, a fuel cell vehicle (FCV) or the like is installed. The present invention relates to technology for preventing tampering with instrumental errors of flowmeters to be measured and other fraudulent measurement of flowmeters.
In order to accurately measure the flow rate of the fluid (e.g., hydrogen) to be filled and to ensure that the flow meter in the filling device has not been tampered with, the prior art follows predetermined rules to control the flow of the filling device. calibrating.
For such calibration, for example, in the case of a hydrogen filling device, there is a case where calibration is performed while filling hydrogen into a vehicle (for example, a fuel cell vehicle) using a calibration device with a built-in small Coriolis flow meter (master meter). (See

In carrying out the present invention, a flow meter (mass flow meter 46) is incorporated,
A receptacle (47) on the suction side of the flow meter (46) and a nozzle (48) on the discharge side are provided. not equipped with a valve,
As the nozzle (48), it is preferable to use a filling nozzle (45) that is detachably attached to the receptacle (10) of the fuel cell vehicle (FCV1).
The filling nozzle (45) is preferably provided with a support device (50) (on which the
And when calibrating using the filling nozzle (45),
At the end of calibration, only depressurization in the hydrogen filling device (2) is performed, and the filling nozzle (45) containing the flow meter (22) in the hydrogen filling device (2) and the separately provided flow meter (46) Do not depressurize.
The tamper-proof system (100, 100-1) of the filling facility (40) in connection with the present invention described above, e.g. Even if the display of the counter (28) is changed (tampering with the pulse signal from the flow meter 22) by illegally converting the signal, the flow rate displayed on the counter (28) of the filling device (2) and the calibration value Comparison with the measurement result of the flow meter (7), or the rate of change per unit time of the flow rate displayed by the counter (28) of the filling device (2) and the measurement result of the flow meter (7) for calibration Judgment block (42C, 42C-1) for comparing rates of change per unit time and judging that fraud does not exist if the comparison results are the same, and judging that fraud exists if the comparison results are not the same. If such fraud occurs and the display of the counter (28) differs from the actual filling amount, the fraud can be determined immediately.
Therefore, even if fraud cannot be determined without manually inspecting the inside of the filling device (2) (for example, if the pulse signal from the
Further, the presence or absence of such fraud can be determined each time measurement is performed by the calibration flowmeter (7) (each time calibration is performed), thereby increasing the deterrence against such fraud.
According to the fraud prevention system (100-2) of the filling facility (40-2) of the present invention, the instrument error stored in (the instrument
Since such tampering detection can be performed each time filling is performed using the filling device (2), tampering detection can be performed reliably in a short period, and the deterrence against tampering can be enhanced.
In the present invention, a flow meter (mass flow meter 46) is incorporated, a receptacle (47) on the suction side of the flow meter (46) and a nozzle (48) on the discharge side are provided, and the receptacle (47) is the hydrogen filling device ( 2) A filling nozzle (45) that is detachable from the nozzle (5) on the side, has no check valve, and is detachable from the receptacle (10) of the fuel cell vehicle (FCV1). is used, the hydrogen filling nozzle (5) of the hydrogen filling device (2) and the receptacle (47) of the flow meter (46) are connected, and the nozzle (48) of the flow meter (46) is connected to the fuel cell vehicle (FCV1) By connecting to the receptacle (10) of the fuel cell vehicle (FCV1), hydrogen gas can be filled. With such filling, the mass flow rate of hydrogen gas can be measured by the flow meter (46), so calibration can be performed while filling.
In addition, since the nozzle (45) does not require a hose on the discharge side of the flowmeter (46) for calibration, the master meter (7) in the conventional calibration device (3) and the nozzle ( 9) is not required, and the heat capacity and pressure loss in the hydrogen filling system are reduced by that amount, and as a result, filling characteristics can be easily realized in the prescribed filling protocol.
Furthermore, if the hydrogen filling nozzle (45) is calibrated, only a small amount of hydrogen gas remains in the hydrogen filling nozzle (45) after the calibration is completed. ) side pressure release mechanism (

Other configurations and effects of the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 are the same as those of the first embodiment shown in FIGS.

Next, the control of the third embodiment will be described mainly with reference to FIG. 9 while referring to FIGS. 6 to 8. FIG.

In step S23, the request for transmission of the instrumental error is received from the tablet 42-2 in step S21, the electronic sealing of the instrumental error recorded in the

In step S26, the "instrumental error stored in the instrumental error adjustment unit 32 (filling device side)" input in step S24 and the "instrumental error stored in the storage device 36 (office side)" input in step S25. The "instrumental error" is compared (comparison step). The comparison process is performed by
In the next step S27, the result of the comparison in step S26 is received, and the "instrumental error stored in the instrumental error adjustment unit 32 (filling device side)" and the "instrumental error stored in the storage device 36 (office side)."difference" is the same (judgment step).
This determination step is executed by the determination block 42C-2 as described above, and the "instrumental error stored in the instrumental error adjustment unit 32 (filling device side)" and the "instrumental error stored in the storage device 36 (office side)" are determined. If the difference in "instrumental error" is, for example, within ±0.5%, the two are determined to be the same, and if the difference is greater than, for example, ±0.5%, the two are determined not to be the same.
As a result of the determination in step S27, if the "instrumental error stored in the instrumental error adjustment unit 32 (filling device side)" and the "instrumental error stored in the storage device 36 (office side)" are the same (step If S27 is "Yes"), the process proceeds to step S28. On the other hand, if the "instrumental error stored in the instrumental error adjustment unit 32 (filling device side)" and the "instrumental error stored in the storage device 36 (office side)" are not the same ("No" in step S27). ) proceeds to step S29.

In the illustrated embodiment, instead of using the calibration device 3 as shown in FIG. 14, it is preferable to calibrate with a nozzle having a mass flow meter and thus determine the instrumental error.
When such a nozzle is used, the mass flowmeter provided with the nozzle is used as the calibration flowmeter.
Nozzles (nozzles with mass flow meters) suitable for use in the illustrated embodiment are described below with reference to FIGS. 10-13. In FIGS. 10 to 13, members similar to those shown in FIGS. 1, 6 and 14 are indicated by the same reference numerals.
In FIG. 10, a hydrogen filling nozzle suitable for use with the illustrated embodiment is indicated generally at 45 .

In FIG. 11, the

As noted above, there is no fill hose between
Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a depressurization mechanism in the filling

With reference to FIG. 13, a procedure for completing calibration when the illustrated filling
In step S31, it is determined whether or not to end the filling (or calibration). During hydrogen filling, the pressure is checked by the pressure gauge 22 (FIGS. 1 and 6) arranged on the discharge side of the hydrogen filling device 2 (FIG. 11), so that the pressure on the discharge side of the
In step S31, if the filling is finished ("Yes" in step S31), the process proceeds to step S32.
