- 底面から上向き突出し、暖房ホースの通路を形成する複数個の第1ガイド(110)と、前記底面と前記第1ガイド(110)の表面に溝で形成される第1空気通路(120)と、前記第1ガイド(110)の一定位置に、柱状で、下面まで延長される第1締結部材(112)と、で構成される下部パネル(100)と、
前記下部パネル(100)に結合され、下面に溝で形成される第2空気通路(220)と、前記第1締結部材(112)と結合される第2締結部材(210)と、で構成される上部パネル(200)と、
前記下部パネル(100)と前記上部パネル(200)は、熱可塑性樹脂50~55重量%、炭素素材15~20重量%、無機質20~25重量%、MAPP(Maleic Anhydride Polypropylene)3~5重量%で構成された炭素複合素材からなる、ことを特徴とする暖房パネル。 - 底面から上向き突出し、表面に前記第1空気通路(120)を備え、複数個の第1ガイド(110)間に備えられ、暖房ホースの通路を形成する第2ガイド(130)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の暖房パネル。
- 前記下部パネル(100)は、四角形からなり、四角形の2つの側面には、突起で形成される第1連結部材(140)を含み、残りの2つの側面には、前記第1連結部材と雌雄結合する第2連結部材(150)を含んで、多数個の暖房パネルを結合可能にすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の暖房パネル。
- 前記第1ガイド(110)は、中央は、円形または楕円形で形成され、四面は、半円または半楕円形で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の暖房パネル。
- 前記第1ガイド(110)は、暖房ホースと接する位置に突出して、暖房ホースを固定するホース固定部材(111)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の暖房パネル。

- 前記熱可塑性樹脂は、ポリプロピレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレン樹脂のうち少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の暖房パネル。
- 前記炭素素材は、黒鉛、膨張黒鉛、炭素繊維、活性炭、カーボンナノチューブ、グラフェン、カーボンブラックのうち少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の暖房パネル。
- 前記無機質は、麦飯石、ゼオライト、イライトのうち少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の暖房パネル。
- 熱可塑性樹脂、炭素素材、無機質、MAPP(Maleic Anhydride Polypropylene)を配合して混合物とするステップと、
前記混合物を130℃~230℃で溶融させるステップと、
前記混合物に炭素素材粉末を投入するステップと、
前記混合物を押出、冷却、及び切断してペレットを製造するステップと、
前記ペレットを加熱及び射出成形して、暖房パネルを成形するステップと、からなることを特徴とする暖房パネルの製造方法。
