Claims (14)
- バッテリーを設定された目標電圧まで充電し、充電が完了した前記バッテリーを放電させるように構成された充放電部と、
前記バッテリーが充電または放電する過程で前記バッテリーの容量に対する前記バッテリーの電圧を示す電圧プロファイルを取得し、取得した前記電圧プロファイルから前記バッテリーの容量に対する前記バッテリーの電圧を前記バッテリーの容量で微分した微分電圧を示す微分プロファイルを取得するように構成されたプロファイル取得部と、
前記充放電部と電気的に接続され、予め設定された複数の電圧のうちいずれか一つを順次に選択して前記目標電圧として設定し、前記プロファイル取得部が前記複数の電圧に対応する複数の微分プロファイルをすべて取得した場合、前記複数の微分プロファイルのそれぞれからターゲットピークに対する特徴値を取得し、取得された複数の前記特徴値に基づいて前記バッテリーに対する充電深度を設定するように構成されたプロセッサと、を含む、充電深度設定装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記取得された複数の特徴値の大きさを比較し、比較結果に応じて、前記取得された複数の特徴値にそれぞれ対応する複数の目標電圧のうちいずれか一つを基準電圧として選択し、選択された基準電圧を前記充電深度として設定するように構成された、請求項1に記載の充電深度設定装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
対応する前記目標電圧が隣接した複数の前記特徴値同士の大きさの差を算出し、算出された大きさの差が最大である複数の基準特徴値を選択し、選択された前記複数の基準特徴値同士の大きさの差に応じて、前記複数の目標電圧のうちいずれか一つを前記基準電圧として選択するように構成された、請求項2に記載の充電深度設定装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記対応する目標電圧を基準にして前記隣接した二つの特徴値同士の大きさを比較して前記大きさの差を算出するように構成された、請求項3に記載の充電深度設定装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記選択された複数の基準特徴値に対応する複数の目標電圧のうち最も低電位側の目標電圧を前記基準電圧として選択するように構成された、請求項3または4に記載の充電深度設定装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記選択された複数の基準特徴値同士の大きさの差が所定の大きさ値以上である場合、前記低電位側の目標電圧を前記基準電圧として選択するように構成された、請求項5に記載の充電深度設定装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記選択された複数の基準特徴値同士の大きさの差が所定の大きさ値未満である場合、前記複数の目標電圧のうち最も高電位側の目標電圧を前記基準電圧として選択するように構成された、請求項3に記載の充電深度設定装置。 - 前記プロファイル取得部は、
前記バッテリーの容量に対する前記バッテリーの微分電圧を示す微分プロファイルを取得するように構成された、請求項1に記載の充電深度設定装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記複数の微分プロファイルのそれぞれから一つ以上のピーク対を決定し、決定されたピーク対のうち、含まれる複数のピークの微分電圧同士の差が最も大きいピーク対を選択し、選択されたピーク対に含まれた複数のピークのうち低容量側のピークを前記ターゲットピークとして選択するように構成された、請求項8に記載の充電深度設定装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記複数のピークのうち、前記バッテリーの容量が増加するほど前記微分電圧が増加する区間で上端及び下端に位置する二つのピークを一つのピーク対として決定するように構成された、請求項9に記載の充電深度設定装置。 - 前記ターゲットピークは、
負極活物質として黒鉛を含むバッテリーにおいて、充電深度に応じたLiC12の挙動に関連するピークである、請求項9に記載の充電深度設定装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記複数の微分プロファイルをそれぞれ正規化して複数の正規分布プロファイルを取得し、前記取得された複数の正規分布プロファイルのそれぞれから対応するターゲットピークに対する半値全幅を前記特徴値として取得するように構成された、請求項9に記載の充電深度設定装置。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の充電深度設定装置を含む、バッテリー製造装置。
- 予め設定された複数の電圧のうちいずれか一つを順次に選択して目標電圧として設定する目標電圧設定段階と、
バッテリーを前記目標電圧まで充電し、充電が完了したバッテリーを放電させる充放電段階と、
前記バッテリーが充電または放電する過程で前記バッテリーの容量に対する前記バッテリーの電圧を示す電圧プロファイルを取得する電圧プロファイル取得段階と、
取得した電圧プロファイルから前記バッテリーの容量に対する前記バッテリーの電圧を前記バッテリーの容量で微分した微分電圧を示す微分プロファイルを取得する微分プロファイル取得段階と、
前記複数の電圧に対応する複数の微分プロファイルをすべて取得する微分プロファイル反復取得段階と、
前記複数の微分プロファイルのそれぞれからターゲットピークに対する特徴値を取得する特徴値取得段階と、
取得された複数の前記特徴値に基づいて前記バッテリーに対する充電深度を設定する充電深度設定段階と、を含む、充電深度設定方法。
