Description
Claims (15)
- 成形材料を金型に注入して製品を射出成形する射出成形機(100);
前記製品の射出成形時に前記金型内部に注入されている前記成形材料の粘度プロファイルおよび射出圧力値のうち少なくとも一つを含む現在射出状態データを獲得する射出状態データ獲得部(710);
予め定められたターゲット射出状態データで学習された成形品質維持モデル(735)に前記現在射出状態データを入力して成形品質維持の有無を判断する判断部(720);および
前記判断部(720)によって成形品質が維持されないものと判断されると、前記現在射出状態データが前記ターゲット射出状態データを追従するように既設定された成形条件を変更させる成形条件設定部(730)を含むものであり、
前記射出状態データ獲得部(710)は、射出成形される前記製品の厚さおよび前記金型内部で時間の変化による圧力変化量を利用して前記粘度プロファイルを獲得することを特徴とする、人工知能基盤の射出成形システム。 - 前記成形条件設定部(730)は前記成形条件のうち、射出速度、バレル温度、および金型温度のうち少なくとも一つを変更させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人工知能基盤の射出成形システム。
- 前記ターゲット射出状態データは、良品の射出成形時に獲得されたターゲット粘度プロファイルおよび前記良品の射出成形時に測定されたターゲット射出圧力値のうち少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人工知能基盤の射出成形システム。
- 前記判断部(720)は、前記現在射出状態データが前記ターゲット射出状態データを基準として設定された臨界範囲を外れるものと判断されると成形品質が維持されないものと判断することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人工知能基盤の射出成形システム。
- 前記判断部(720)によって成形品質が維持されないものと判断されると、
前記成形条件設定部(730)は、前記現在射出状態データと前記ターゲット射出状態データ間の偏差分を算出し、前記現在射出状態データが前記ターゲット射出状態データを追従するように、予め定められた射出速度制限値内で射出速度を前記偏差分に比例する値だけ変更することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人工知能基盤の射出成形システム。 - 前記成形条件設定部(730)は、前記射出速度を前記偏差分に比例する値だけ変更すると前記射出速度が前記射出速度制限値を外れることになる場合、前記射出速度を前記射出速度制限値に変更し、予め定められたバレル温度制限値内でバレル温度を前記偏差分に比例する値だけ変更することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の人工知能基盤の射出成形システム。
- 前記成形条件設定部(730)は、前記バレル温度を前記偏差分に比例する値だけ変更すると前記バレル温度が前記バレル温度制限値を外れることになる場合、前記バレル温度を前記バレル温度制限値に変更し、予め定められた金型温度制限値内で金型温度を前記偏差分に比例する値だけ変更することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の人工知能基盤の射出成形システム。
- 前記成形条件設定部(730)は、前記金型温度を前記偏差分に比例する値だけ変更すると前記金型温度が前記金型温度制限値を外れることになる場合、前記金型温度を前記金型温度制限値に変更することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の人工知能基盤の射出成形システム。
- 良品の射出成形時に測定された複数個のターゲット粘度プロファイルおよび複数個のターゲット射出圧力値のうち少なくとも一つを含む前記ターゲット射出状態データでニューラルネットワークを学習させて前記成形品質維持モデル(735)を生成するモデル生成部(740)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人工知能基盤の射出成形システム。
- 成形材料を金型に注入して製品を射出成形する時、前記金型内部に注入されている前記成形材料の粘度プロファイルおよび射出圧力値のうち少なくとも一つを含む現在射出状態データを獲得するものであり、前記粘度プロファイルは、射出成形される前記製品の厚さおよび前記金型内部で時間の変化による圧力変化量を利用して獲得される、段階;
良品の射出成形時に測定されたターゲット粘度プロファイルおよびターゲット射出圧力値のうち少なくとも一つを含むターゲット射出状態データで学習された成形品質維持モデル(735)に前記現在射出状態データを入力して成形品質維持の有無を判断する段階;および
成形品質が維持されないものと判断されると、前記現在射出状態データが前記ターゲット射出状態データを追従するように既設定された成形条件を変更させる段階を含むことを特徴とする、人工知能基盤射出成形システムの成形条件生成方法。 - 前記成形条件を変更させる段階は、
前記成形条件のうち、射出速度、バレル温度、および金型温度のうち少なくとも一つを変更させることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の人工知能基盤射出成形システムの成形条件生成方法。 - 前記成形条件を変更させる段階は、
成形品質が維持されないものと判断されると、前記現在射出状態データと前記ターゲット射出状態データ間の偏差分を算出し、予め定められた射出速度制限値内で射出速度を前記偏差分に比例する値だけ変更する段階を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の人工知能基盤射出成形システムの成形条件生成方法。 - 前記成形条件を変更させる段階は、
前記射出速度を前記偏差分に比例する値だけ変更すると前記射出速度が前記射出速度制限値を外れることになる場合、前記射出速度を前記射出速度制限値に変更し、予め定められたバレル温度制限値内でバレル温度を前記偏差分に比例する値だけ変更する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の人工知能基盤射出成形システムの成形条件生成方法。 - 前記成形条件を変更させる段階は、
前記バレル温度を前記偏差分に比例する値だけ変更すると前記バレル温度が前記バレル温度制限値を外れることになる場合、前記バレル温度を前記バレル温度制限値に変更し、予め定められた金型温度制限値内で金型温度を前記偏差分に比例する値だけ変更する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の人工知能基盤射出成形システムの成形条件生成方法。 - 前記成形条件を変更させる段階は、
前記金型温度を前記偏差分に比例する値だけ変更すると前記金型温度が前記金型温度制限値を外れることになる場合、前記金型温度を前記金型温度制限値に変更する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の人工知能基盤射出成形システムの成形条件生成方法。
