Claims (15)
- 減衰システム(24)において使用するための単位セル(26)であって、
衝突構造(34)と、
前記衝突構造(34)が封入された空洞(32)であって、該空洞(32)が、第1の半球及び第2の半球(32A、32B)を備え、かつ基材(28)内に配置され、前記基材(28)が該空洞(32)の外側ケーシング(28)を形成している、空洞(32)と、
前記衝突構造(34)と前記外側ケーシング(28)との間の前記第1及び第2の半球(32A、32B)の各々に配置された少なくとも1つの流体(36)と、
前記衝突構造(34)の外面から前記外側ケーシング(28)まで延びており、かつ前記第1及び第2の半球(32A、32B)を流体に関して分離する少なくとも1つのダイアフラム(30)と
を備える単位セル(26)。 - 前記衝突構造(34)が実質的に球状である、請求項1に記載の単位セル(26)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの流体(36)が、液体ガリウム、液体ケイ素、水銀、空気、蒸気、及び空気-蒸気混合物のうちの少なくとも1つを少なくとも部分的に含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の単位セル(26)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのダイアフラム(30)が、少なくとも1つのニッケル系超合金を少なくとも部分的に含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の単位セル(26)。
- 前記衝突構造(34)内に配置された少なくとも1つの流体通路(38)をさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの流体通路(38)が前記第1及び第2の半球(32A、32B)を流体連通させ、前記少なくとも1つの流体通路(38)を通る前記少なくとも1つの流体(36)の移動が、前記基材(28)内の少なくとも1つの振動モードの粘性減衰を生じさせる、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の単位セル(26)。
- 前記外側ケーシング(28)に対する前記衝突構造(34)の衝突が、前記基材(28)内の少なくとも1つの振動モードの衝突減衰を生じさせる、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の単位セル(26)。
- 前記第1及び第2の半球(32A、32B)の少なくとも一方の内部に配置された少なくとも1つのストッパ(40、42)をさらに備え、
前記少なくとも1つのストッパ(40、42)が、前記外側ケーシング(28)に結合しており、
前記少なくとも1つのストッパ(40、42)が、前記空洞(32)内の前記衝突構造(34)の移動の範囲を制限する、請求項6に記載の単位セル(26)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの流体通路(38)が、複数の通路をさらに含み、前記複数の通路のうちの少なくとも1つの通路が、前記複数の通路のうちの少なくとも1つの他の通路と比べ、前記衝突構造(34)の中心軸線(44)から異なる距離に配置されている、請求項5に記載の単位セル(26)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの流体通路(38)が、複数の通路をさらに含み、前記複数の通路のうちの少なくとも1つの通路が、内部の流れの領域が、前記複数の通路のうちの少なくとも1つの他の通路とは異なる、請求項5に記載の単位セル(26)。
- 前記空洞(32)内の前記少なくとも1つの流体(36)の移動が、前記基材(28)内の少なくとも1つの振動モードの粘性減衰を生じさせる、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の単位セル(26)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのダイアフラム(30)が、インコネル625及びインコネル738の少なくとも一方を含む、請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の単位セル(26)。
- 請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の複数の単位セル(26)を備える振動減衰システム(24)。
- 当該振動減衰システム(24)が格子構造をさらに備え、前記格子構造が、少なくとも1つの構造部材を備え、前記少なくとも1つの構造部材が、第1の単位セル(26)の少なくとも1つのダイアフラム(30)を第2の単位セル(26)の少なくとも1つのダイアフラム(30)に結合させる、請求項12に記載の振動減衰システム(24)。
- 請求項12又は請求項13に記載の振動減衰システム(24)が内部に配置されたタービンブレード(10)。
- 前記振動減衰システム(24)が、
当該タービンブレード(10)の第1の領域(50)内に配置された第1の部分と、
当該タービンブレード(10)の第2の領域(52)内に配置された第2の部分と、
当該タービンブレード(10)の第3の領域(54)内に配置された第3の部分と
をさらに含み、
前記第1及び第2の部分が、当該タービンブレード(10)の異なる振動モードを減衰させ、
前記第1の部分が、当該タービンブレード(10)の先端部分(14)に隣接して配置され、
前記衝突構造(34)が、実質的に球状であり、
前記第1の部分が、先端振動モードを減衰させ、
前記第2の部分が、当該タービンブレード(10)のスパン途中領域に配置され、
前記第2の部分が、当該タービンブレード(10)の第2の振動モードを減衰させ、
前記第3の部分が、当該タービンブレード(10)の根元部分(12)に隣接して配置され、
前記第3の部分が、当該タービンブレード(10)の第3の振動モードを減衰させ、
前記第3の振動モードが、前記第2の振動モード及び前記先端振動モードの各々よりも高い周波数である、請求項14に記載のタービンブレード(10)。
