Claims (17)
- ハイブリッド自動反復要求(HARQ)再送信を処理するための通信デバイスであって、
少なくとも1つの記憶デバイスと、
前記少なくとも1つの記憶デバイスに結合された少なくとも1つの処理回路と、を含み、前記少なくとも1つの記憶デバイスは命令を記憶し、前記少なくとも1つの処理回路は、
ネットワークから第1の物理下りリンク(DL)共有チャネル(PDSCH)を受信することであって、前記第1のPDSCHに対応する第1のHARQフィードバックは、第1の上りリンク(UL)チャネルに割り当てられており、前記第1のULチャネルは、第1の優先度インデックスに対応している、受信することと、
前記第1のULチャネルにおいて前記第1のHARQフィードバックを送信しないと決定することと、
前記第1のHARQフィードバックのための第2のULチャネルを決定することであって、前記第2のULチャネルは、第2の優先度インデックスに対応している、決定することと、
前記第2のULチャネルにおいて前記第1のHARQフィードバックを送信することと、を行う前記命令を実行するように構成されており、
前記第2のULチャネルは、第1のDL制御情報(DCI)によって示され、
前記第1のDCIの第1の制御リソースセット(CORESET)プールインデックスと、前記第1のPDSCHを示す第2のDCIの第2のCORESETプールインデックスとが同じである、通信デバイス。 - 前記第2のULチャネルにおける前記第1のHARQフィードバックの位置は、前記第1のDCIにしたがって決定される、請求項1に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記第1のHARQフィードバックを送信するために予約された第1のペイロードサイズは、前記第1のDCIにしたがって決定される、請求項1または2に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記第1のDCIが任意のPDSCHを示さないか、または前記第1のDCIが、前記第1の優先度インデックスに対応する第1のDL割り当てインデックス(DAI)と、前記第2の優先度インデックスに対応する第2のDAIとを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記第1のDCIが前記第1のULチャネルの後に受信されるか、または前記第1のDCIが、前記第1のULチャネルにおいて前記第1のHARQフィードバックを送信しないと決定した後に受信される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記第2のULチャネルは、物理UL共有チャネル(PUSCH)の第1の反復の後の前記PUSCHの第2の反復であり、前記第1のULチャネルは、前記PUSCHの前記第1の反復である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記通信デバイスは、前記第1のULチャネルにおいて前記第1のHARQフィードバックを送信しないと決定し、前記ネットワークによって送信された指示にしたがって、前記第2のULチャネルにおいて前記第1のHARQフィードバックを送信する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記第1の優先度インデックスと前記第2の優先度インデックスとが同じである、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記第2のULチャネルにおける前記第1のHARQフィードバックの第1の位置が、第2のHARQフィードバックの第2の位置の後にあり、前記第2のHARQフィードバックが、前記第2のULチャネルにおける初期送信であるか、または前記第2のULチャネルにおける前記第1のHARQフィードバックの第1の位置が、前記第1の優先度インデックスおよび前記第2の優先度インデックスにしたがって決定される、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記第1のHARQフィードバックを送信するために予約された第1のペイロードサイズが、固定値であるか、または前記ネットワークの設定にしたがって決定される、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記第1のULチャネルと前記第2のULチャネルとの間の時間距離は、閾値以下である、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記閾値は、前記ネットワークによって指示される、請求項11に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記第1のPDSCHが第2のDCIによってスケジューリングされるか、または前記第1のPDSCHが半永続的スケジューリング(SPS)によってスケジューリングされる、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記通信デバイスは、指示に従って前記第1のHARQフィードバックを送信しないと決定するか、または前記通信デバイスは、前記第1のULチャネルが第3のULチャネルと衝突し、前記第3のULチャネルが前記第1の優先度インデックスよりも高い第3の優先度インデックスに対応しているときに、前記第1のHARQフィードバックを送信しないと決定する、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記第2のULチャネルは、前記第1の優先度インデックスとは異なる第4の優先度インデックスに対応する第2のHARQフィードバックを含む、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記第2のULチャネルにおいて第2のHARQフィードバックを送信するために予約された第2のペイロードサイズは、前記第2のULチャネルを示す第3のDCIにしたがって決定される、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記第2のULチャネルの前記第2の優先度インデックスは、前記第2のULチャネルを示す第3のDCIにしたがって決定される、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載の通信デバイス。
