Description
二次電池と、
前記二次電池に接続されたワイヤレス充電回路と、
汎用電池と同等の外形を有し、前記二次電池及び前記ワイヤレス充電回路を収容する収容体と、
前記二次電池に電気的に接続され、前記汎用電池の正極端子及び負極端子の対応位置にそれぞれ設けられた正極端子及び負極端子と、
を備え、
前記ワイヤレス充電回路は、外部からの送電による所定の大きさの電磁界または磁界を受ける受電コイルと、当該受電コイルによる受電電圧を整流する整流回路と、当該整流回路の出力電圧を電圧変換して充電電圧を生成する第1電圧変換回路と、当該第1電圧変換回路の出力電圧を入力して前記二次電池の充電制御を行う充電制御回路と、前記二次電池の電圧を前記汎用電池の出力電圧に変換する第2電圧変換回路と、前記受電電圧が所定の電圧範囲を超える場合に、前記第1電圧変換回路を保護する受電保護回路と、を有し、
前記汎用電池を使用する電子機器への装着が可能で、前記ワイヤレス充電回路により外部からの送電による電磁界によってワイヤレス充電を可能とする。
図1は第1の実施形態に係る汎用電池外形型ワイヤレス充電電池101Aの外観斜視図である。図2は汎用電池外形型ワイヤレス充電電池101Aの内部の構成を示す分解斜視図である。
第2の実施形態ではコイン型電池に適用した汎用電池外形型ワイヤレス充電電池の例を示す。
第3の実施形態では、整流素子の制御によって受電遮断を行う回路の例を示す。
第4の実施形態では、ブリッジ整流回路を備える場合の受電保護回路の構成例を示す。
図19において、FET Q51とダイオードD31との直列回路と、FET Q52とダイオードD32との直列回路とが並列に接続されて整流回路が構成されている。FET Q51,Q52は、受電電圧検出回路58D(図9)によりスイッチング制御される。
第5の実施形態では、図6に示した例とは回路構成の異なる汎用電池外形型ワイヤレス充電電池の回路構成について示す。
第6の実施形態では、送信回路を備える汎用電池外形型ワイヤレス充電電池の回路構成について示す。
第7の実施形態では、受信回路を備える汎用電池外形型ワイヤレス充電電池の回路構成について示す。
以上に示した各実施形態では二次電池1として、リチウムイオン電池を例示したが、二次電池1は電気二重層キャパシタであってもよい。また、二次電池1は全固体電池であってもよい。
例えば、ナシコン型構造を有するリチウム含有リン酸化合物、オリビン型構造を有するリチウム含有リン酸化合物、リチウム含有層状酸化物、及び、スピネル型構造を有するリチウム含有酸化物等から成る群から選択される少なくとも一種。
及び、例えば、Ti、Si、Sn、Cr、Fe、Nb及びMoから成る群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の元素を含む酸化物、黒鉛-リチウム化合物、リチウム合金、ナシコン型構造を有するリチウム含有リン酸化合物、オリビン型構造を有するリチウム含有リン酸化合物、ならびに、スピネル型構造を有するリチウム含有酸化物等から成る群から選択される少なくとも一種。
例えばナシコン構造を有するリチウム含有リン酸化合物、ペロブスカイト構造を有する酸化物、ガーネット型又はガーネット型類似構造を有する酸化物等が挙げられる。ナシコン構造を有するリチウム含有リン酸化合物としては、LixMy(PO4)3(1≦x≦2、1≦y≦2、Mは、Ti、Ge、Al、Ga及びZrから成る群より選ばれた少なくとも一種)が挙げられる。ナシコン構造を有するリチウム含有リン酸化合物の一例としては、例えば、Li1.2Al0.2Ti1.8(PO4)3等が挙げられる。ペロブスカイト構造を有する酸化物の一例としては、La0.55Li0.35TiO3等が挙げられる。ガーネット型又はガーネット型類似構造を有する酸化物の一例としては、Li7La3Zr2O12等が挙げられる。

Claims (12)
- 二次電池と、
前記二次電池に接続されたワイヤレス充電回路と、
汎用電池と同等の外形を有し、前記二次電池及び前記ワイヤレス充電回路を収容する収容体と、
前記二次電池に電気的に接続され、前記汎用電池の正極端子及び負極端子の対応位置にそれぞれ設けられた正極端子及び負極端子と、
を備え、
前記ワイヤレス充電回路は、外部からの送電による所定の大きさの電磁界または磁界を受ける受電コイルと、当該受電コイルによる受電電圧を整流する整流回路と、当該整流回路の出力電圧を電圧変換して充電電圧を生成する第1電圧変換回路と、当該第1電圧変換回路の出力電圧を入力して前記二次電池の充電制御を行う充電制御回路と、前記二次電池の電圧を前記汎用電池の出力電圧に変換する第2電圧変換回路と、前記受電電圧が所定の電圧範囲を超える場合に、前記整流回路への受電を遮断して、前記第1電圧変換回路を保護する受電保護回路と、を有し、
前記汎用電池を使用する電子機器への装着が可能で、前記ワイヤレス充電回路により、所定の外部電磁界又は外部磁界の大きさの範囲においては、二次電池の充電と電圧出力、または電圧出力のみ、または受電の遮断を実行して、外部からの送電による電磁界によってワイヤレス充電を可能とした、
汎用電池外形型ワイヤレス充電電池。 - 前記受電保護回路は、前記受電電圧が前記所定の電圧範囲を超える場合に、前記整流回路への受電を停止する遮断回路を備えた、
請求項1に記載の汎用電池外形型ワイヤレス充電電池。 - 前記受電コイルは前記二次電池より前記収容体の外表面寄りに位置し、
前記受電コイルと前記二次電池との間に磁性体層を備える、
請求項1又は2に記載の汎用電池外形型ワイヤレス充電電池。 - 前記二次電池の衝撃を緩和する緩衝層を備える、
請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の汎用電池外形型ワイヤレス充電電池。 - 前記二次電池は電気二重層キャパシタである、
請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の汎用電池外形型ワイヤレス充電電池。 - 前記二次電池は全固体電池である、
請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の汎用電池外形型ワイヤレス充電電池。 - 前記受電コイルに接続される回路の負荷の変化によって通信信号を送信する送信回路をさらに備える、
請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の汎用電池外形型ワイヤレス充電電池。 - 前記ワイヤレス充電回路は、前記二次電池の充放電時の過電流、過電圧、過熱の少なくともいずれかに対する保護を行う保護回路を備える、
請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の汎用電池外形型ワイヤレス充電電池。 - 前記ワイヤレス充電回路は、外部からの無線信号を受信する受信回路と、当該受信回路による受信信号に応じて、前記第2電圧変換回路を制御して前記出力電圧を定める出力電圧設定回路を備える、
請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の汎用電池外形型ワイヤレス充電電池。 - 前記ワイヤレス充電回路は、前記受電コイルに接続されて前記受電コイルと共に、前記電磁界又は磁界の周波数で共振する共振回路を構成する共振キャパシタを有する、
