Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments described below do not limit the content of the present invention described in the claims. Moreover, not all the configurations described below are essential requirements of the present invention.

1 to 6 show Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and the wire fixing metal fitting indicated by reference numeral 1 in the drawings has a terminal portion 3 of a wire 2 that is folded back into a loop so that the terminal portion 3 and its midway portion are connected to each other. are bundled together to form an annular portion 4 at the end of the wire 2 .

As shown in FIG. 2, the wire fixture 1 is made of a metal material such as aluminum, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, brass, etc., in which two cylindrical tubular parts 5 and 6 are integrally formed in parallel. . The two cylindrical portions 5 and 6 have the same shape, and the openings 7 and 8 of the fixture 1 have a substantially figure 8 shape in cross section where the adjacent portions of the two cylindrical portions 5 and 6 communicate with each other. .

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the anti-slip member 9 is formed in the shape of a cap that can be fitted from one of the openings 7 and 8 of the wire fixture 1 . The non-slip member 9 is made of a flame-retardant elastic material such as silicon.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the main body portion 10 of the anti-slip member 9 is formed in a cylindrical shape with a substantially figure-of-eight cross section whose interior is formed to have the same or slightly smaller outer shape than the wire fixture 1 . The body portion 10 is formed to have a length approximately half the axial length of the wire fixture 1 . The body portion 10 is integrally provided with a closing portion 11 for closing one of the openings 7, and the closing portion 11 is provided with a plurality of through holes 12 and 13 through which the wires 2 can be inserted. The insertion holes 12 and 13 are formed with diameters equal to or smaller than the diameter of the wire 2 . Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the through holes 12 and 13 are formed so as to coincide with the axial directions X1 and X2 of the cylindrical portions 5 and 6, respectively.

A method of using the wire fixing fitting 1 and the non-slip member 9 configured as described above will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 1 , when the anti-slip member 9 is attached to the wire fixing member 1 , the wire fixing member 1 is held in a state in which the closing portion 11 of the non-slip member 9 closes one opening 7 of the wire fixing member 1 . The cylindrical portions 5 and 6 are fitted on the body portion 10 in such a state that they are partially covered from one opening portion 7 side.

A method for forming the annular portion 4 in the wire 2 shown in FIG. 1 will be described. With respect to the wire fixture 1 with the slip stopper 9 attached, the end portion 3 of the wire 2 is passed through the tubular portion 5 of the wire fixture 1 and one of the through holes 12 of the slip stopper 9 at the same time. By inserting the wire 2 through the through hole 12 of the non-slip member 9 made of an elastic material, the wire 2 is pushed and spread, so that the non-slip member 9 is caught on the wire 2, and the wire fixing member 1 is held against the wire 2. Unintentional movement is prevented.

Next, the end portion 3 of the wire 2 is folded back into a loop and inserted through the other through hole 13 of the non-slip member 9 into the tubular portion 6 of the wire fixture 1, and then the tubular portion is bent using a predetermined tool. The portions of the wires 5 and 6 exposed from the main body portion 10 are pressed from the outside and crimped to bind the terminal portion 3 and its intermediate portion to form the annular portion 4 on the wire 2 .

As described above, the non-slip member 9 of the present embodiment is a non-slip member 9 that is attached to the tubular wire fixing member 1 with both ends opened. A closing portion 11 for closing one opening of the wire fixing fitting 1 is provided, and penetrating portions 12 and 13 as insertion portions through which the wire 2 is inserted are formed in the closing portion 11 .

In this case, it is possible to provide the slip stopper 9 for preventing the wire fixture 1 from being displaced with respect to the wire 2 with a simple structure.

In addition, in the non-slip member 9 of the present embodiment, the insertion portion is composed of a plurality of through holes 12 and 13, and by inserting the wires 2 through the plurality of through holes 12 and 13 respectively, the wires 2 are connected to the cylindrical portion. They are guided so that they do not overlap within 5 and 6, and the torque after crimping becomes appropriate.

In addition, in the non-slip member 9 of the present embodiment, since the closing part 11 is made of an elastic member, the inserted part is elastically deformed according to the shape of the wire, so that the non-slip effect can be improved.

Further, in the non-slip member 9 of the present embodiment, the main body portion 10 and the closing portion 11 are integrally formed by the elastic member. can be improved.

In addition, the non-slip member 9 of the present embodiment is configured so that the body portion 10 can be fitted onto the wire fixing member 1 in such a manner that a portion of the surface of the wire fixing member 1 can be exposed. By securing a crimping margin for crimping, the overlapped portion of the wire 2 can be crimped with an appropriate torque.

FIG. 6 shows a method different from the above-described method of forming the annular portion 4 on the wire 2 with respect to the wire fixing member 1 and the non-slip member 9. Then, the terminal portion 3 of the wire 2 inserted through the tubular portion 5 is folded back into a loop, and is inserted from the tubular portion 6 of the wire fixing fitting 1 to the other through hole 13 of the non-slip member 9 in this order. A predetermined tool is used to caulk portions of the cylindrical portions 5 and 6 exposed from the main body portion 10 to bind the terminal portion 3 and its intermediate portion, thereby forming the annular portion 4 on the wire 2 .

In this method, in the wire 2 folded back when forming the annular portion 4 , the terminal portion 3 of the wire 2 exposed from the side of the anti-skid member 9 does not overlap with the intermediate portion thereof, so that the wires 2 are separated from each other by the cylindrical portion 5 . , 6 so as not to overlap, and the torque after crimping is appropriate.

Embodiment 2 of the present invention is shown in FIG. 7. The same reference numerals are given to the same parts as in the first embodiment, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. The wire fixing fitting 1 of this embodiment is a tubular fitting having a substantially elongated hole in cross section, in which the tubular portion 5 and the tubular portion 6 are communicated with each other.

Further, the body portion 10 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a substantially elongated hole-like cross section and having an inner shape that is the same as or slightly smaller than the outer shape of the wire fixing fitting 1 .

The wire fixing fitting 1 of the present embodiment has a tubular shape with a substantially elongated hole in cross section as compared with the wire fixing fitting 1 having a tubular shape with a substantially eight-shaped cross section in the first embodiment. Since the wires 2 inserted through the tubular portions 5 and 6 are easily overlapped in the tubular portions 5 and 6, the wires 2 are inserted through the through holes 12 and 13, respectively. By being inserted inside, the wires 2 are guided so as not to overlap each other in the cylindrical portions 5 and 6, and the torque after crimping becomes appropriate.

In addition, the wire fixing fitting 1 having a cylindrical shape with a substantially figure-8 cross-sectional view described in Example 1 is crimped using a special tool corresponding to the uneven outer shape of the fixing fitting 1. The wire fixture 1 of the embodiment has a simpler outer shape and can be crimped with a wide range of tools.

8 and 9 show a third embodiment of the present invention, the same parts as those of the above embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. In the non-slip member 9 of this embodiment, the insertion portion is the slit 14 . The slit 14 is formed so as to connect the axial direction X1 of the cylindrical portion 5 and the axial direction X2 of the cylindrical portion 6 in an orthogonal state.

In the present embodiment, the work of inserting the wire 2 is facilitated by using the slit 14 as the insertion portion.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the present invention. For example, the shape of the wire fixing bracket 1, the non-slip member 9, and the insertion portion can be changed as appropriate. Also, the number of wires 2 to be inserted through the wire fixing bracket 1 and the non-slip member 9 is not limited to two as in each of the above embodiments, and may be one or three or more. The number of through-holes and the size of slits in the through-holes shall be adjusted according to the number of . In addition, the shape of the through-hole, which is the insertion portion, is not circular, but polygonal such as triangles and squares, star-shaped polygons and ovals, a combination of these shapes and slits, and a plurality of intersecting slits. It shall be considered acceptable. Moreover, when there are a plurality of through-holes, they may have different shapes. In addition, the shape of the slit 14 may be a shape that is slightly spaced from the incised end toward the intermediate portion, other than the shape in which the slit 14 is cut linearly from the incised end to the incised end. The wire fixing fitting 1 of the present embodiment can also be used to bind and connect a plurality of wires by crimping the ends of a plurality of wires inserted thereinto. Alternatively, only the closing portion 10 may be made of an elastic material. In addition to the elastic material, the non-slip member 9 may be made of a hard synthetic resin material, aluminum, or the like, as long as it is configured such that the wire fitted on the wire fixing member 1 and passed through the insertion portion receives resistance. A metal material may also be used.
