Claims (8)
- 経鼻療法システムであって、当該経鼻療法システムは、
鼻インターフェイスと、
該鼻インターフェイスを介して患者に供給すべきガス流の流量を決定するように構成される少なくとも1つの流量センサと、
前記患者に供給すべき呼吸療法の規定の圧力を含む、前記ガス流の圧力量を決定するように構成される少なくとも1つの圧力センサと、
前記鼻インターフェイスと連通し、且つ該鼻インターフェイスに供給されている前記ガス流の量を制御するように動作可能なバルブと、
前記少なくとも1つの流量センサ、前記少なくとも1つの圧力センサ、及び前記バルブに動作可能に結合される制御装置と、を含み、
該制御装置は、
前記患者に供給すべき呼吸療法の規定の流量と前記流量との間の流量差を決定し、
前記鼻インターフェイスに供給されている前記ガス流の前記量が前記規定の流量及び前記規定の圧力に維持されるように、前記鼻インターフェイスに供給されている前記ガス流の前記量を制御するべく前記バルブの出力設定を調整し、
前記バルブを閉める及び/又は開けるために該バルブに供給される電流量を測定することにより前記流量の変化を決定し、及び
前記電流量及び前記流量の前記変化に基づいて、前記患者に関連する1つ又は複数の呼吸特性を決定するように構成され、
該出力設定は、前記流量差に基づいて決定される、 経鼻療法システム。 - 前記鼻インターフェイスは、少なくとも1つの鼻流出口、ガス流入口、及びガス流出口を含み、前記ガス流の少なくとも一部が、前記少なくとも1つの鼻流出口を介して前記患者の鼻気道に出力され、前記一部は、前記規定の流量、前記鼻インターフェイスに供給されている前記ガス流の前記量、及び前記鼻インターフェイスから漏れた前記ガス流の追加の量に関連している、請求項1に記載の経鼻療法システム。
- 前記制御装置と通信するガスモニタをさらに含み、該ガスモニタは、
前記患者の1つ又は複数の呼吸特性が警告条件を満たしているとの判定に応答して警告を生成し、
少なくとも1つの警告システムに前記警告を送信するように構成される、請求項1に記載の経鼻療法システム。 - 前記ガス流を生成するように構成されるポンプをさらに含み、前記制御装置は、
前記ガス流の前記圧力量と前記規定の圧力との間の差に基づいて、前記ポンプに、該ポンプを出る前記ガス流の出力圧力を増減させるような出力信号を生成するようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載の経鼻療法システム。 - 経鼻療法システムを作動させるプログラムであって、
当該プログラムが、前記経鼻療法システムのプロセッサによって実行されると、該プロセッサに、以下の作動方法を実行させ、該作動方法には、
鼻インターフェイスを介して患者に供給すべきガス流の流量を決定するステップと、
前記患者に供給すべき呼吸療法の規定の圧力を含む、前記ガス流の圧力量を決定するステップと、
前記鼻インターフェイスと連通しているバルブに動作可能に結合された制御装置が、前記患者に供給すべき呼吸療法の規定の流量と前記流量との間の流量差を決定するステップであって、前記バルブは、前記鼻インターフェイスに供給されている前記ガス流の量を制御するように動作可能である、決定するステップと、
前記鼻インターフェイスに供給される前記ガス流の前記量が前記規定の流量及び前記規定の圧力に維持されるように、前記鼻インターフェイスに供給されている前記ガス流の前記量を制御するべく前記バルブの出力設定を調整するステップであって、前記出力設定は、前記流量差に基づいて決定される、調整するステップと、
前記バルブを閉める及び/又は開けるために前記バルブに供給される電流量を測定することにより前記流量の変化を決定するステップと、
前記電流量及び前記流量の前記変化に基づいて、前記患者に関連する1つ又は複数の呼吸特性を決定するステップと、が含まれる、 プログラム。 - 前記作動方法には、
第1の電流量を前記バルブに供給して該バルブを閉める第1の時間を決定するステップと、
前記第1の電流量を前記バルブに供給して該バルブを再び閉める第2の時間を決定するステップであって、前記患者の呼吸数が、前記第1の時間と前記第2の時間との間の時間差に基づいて決定される、決定するステップと、がさらに含まれる、請求項5に記載のプログラム。 - 前記作動方法には、
前記患者の1つ又は複数の呼吸特性が警告条件を満たしているとの判定に応答して、前記制御装置と通信するガスモニタが、警告を生成するステップと、
少なくとも1つの警告システムに前記警告を送信するステップと、がさらに含まれる、請求項5に記載のプログラム。 - 前記作動方法には、
前記ガス流の前記圧力量と前記規定の圧力との間の差に基づいて、ポンプに、該ポンプを出る前記ガス流の出力圧力を増減させるような出力信号を生成するステップがさらに含まれる、請求項5に記載のプログラム。
