Description
被検者に装着されるカフの内圧を変化させる圧力制御部と、
前記カフの内圧を検出する圧力検出部と、
プロセッサと、
を備えており、
前記プロセッサは、
前記圧力制御部に前記カフの内圧を変化させ、
前記圧力検出部により検出された前記カフに生じる圧振動に対応する複数回の圧力変化の振幅の分布に係る統計値を取得し、
前記カフの内圧の変化に伴う前記統計値の変化に基づいて、前記被検者の静脈圧の推定値を算出する。
被検者に装着されるカフの内圧を変化させる圧力制御部と、
前記カフの内圧を検出する圧力検出部と、
プロセッサと、
を備えており、
前記プロセッサは、
前記圧力制御部に前記カフの内圧を変化させ、
前記圧力検出部により検出された前記カフに生じる圧振動に対応する圧力変化の態様を示す指標値を取得し、
前記カフの内圧の変化に伴う前記指標値の変化に基づいて、前記被検者の静脈圧の推定値を算出する。
Claims (4)
- 被検者に装着されるカフの内圧を変化させる圧力制御部と、
前記カフの内圧を検出する圧力検出部と、
プロセッサと、
を備えており、
前記プロセッサは、
前記圧力制御部に前記カフの内圧を変化させ、
前記圧力検出部により検出された前記カフに生じる圧振動に対応する複数回の圧力変化の振幅の分布に係る統計値を取得し、
前記カフの内圧の変化に伴う前記統計値の変化に基づいて、前記被検者の静脈圧を推定し、
前記統計値の変化が変曲点を示す前後の前記統計値の変化の度合いに基づいて前記統計値の変化が一過性であるかを判断し、
前記統計値の変化が一過性でないと判断した場合に、前記静脈圧を推定する、
静脈圧測定装置。 - 被検者に装着されるカフの内圧を変化させる圧力制御部と、
前記カフの内圧を検出する圧力検出部と、
プロセッサと、
を備えており、
前記プロセッサは、
前記圧力制御部に前記カフの内圧を変化させ、
前記圧力検出部により検出された前記カフに生じる圧振動に対応する複数回の圧力変化の振幅の分布に係る統計値を取得し、
前記カフの内圧の変化に伴う前記統計値の変化に基づいて、前記被検者の静脈圧を推定し、
前記静脈圧は、前記統計値の変化が変曲点を示したときの前記カフの内圧よりも低い値として推定される、
静脈圧測定装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記圧力制御部に前記カフの内圧を複数の設定値の間で段階的に変化させ、
前記カフの内圧が前記複数の設定値の一つにされている間に前記統計値を取得する、請求項1または2に記載の静脈圧測定装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記圧力制御部に前記カフの内圧を低下させつつ、前記静脈圧を推定する、
請求項1または2に記載の静脈圧測定装置。
