Claims (7)
- 稼働中の機械の故障診断装置であって,
前記機械の入出力データと閾値の比較から前記機械を構成している各部品の異常度を算出する異常度分析部と,前記各部品について、部品の故障と部品内のセンサデータの異常を関連付けた部品の故障ツリーを保有し、前記各部品の入出力データ間の相関関係から,前記部品の故障ツリーを連結して,機械全体の故障ツリーを生成する故障ツリー自動生成部と,前記異常度と前記機械全体の故障ツリーの情報から,前記機械の故障を分析する故障分析部と,該故障分析部で分析した情報を表示,警報する表示部を備えていることを特徴とする故障診断装置。 - 請求項1に記載の故障診断装置であって、
前記部品の故障ツリーについて、前記センサデータの異常は、当該異常により引き起こされる事象により表記されており、前記異常度分析部で分析した異常度が高い故障モードに関して,前記故障分析部は,前記機械全体の故障ツリー内で,同一の表記の事象数を計数し,その数に基づいて故障度を算出することを特徴とする故障診断装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の故障診断装置であって、
前記故障分析部で分析した情報を前記機械に入力して,前記機械の運転を制御することを特徴とする故障診断装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の故障診断装置であって、
前記異常度分析部で分析した異常度が高い故障モードに関して,前記故障分析部は,前記機械全体の故障ツリー内で,前記故障モードが記述されている階層位置を算出し,その位置に基づいて故障度を算出することを特徴とする故障診断装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の故障診断装置であって、
前記故障分析部において分析される機械の故障とは、故障部位,故障モード,故障度のいずれかを含むことを特徴とする故障診断装置。 - 稼働中の機械の故障診断方法であって,
前記機械の入出力データと閾値の比較から前記機械を構成している各部品の異常度を算出し,前記各部品について、部品の故障と部品内のセンサデータの異常を関連付けた部品の故障ツリーを保有し、前記各部品の入出力データ間の相関関係から,前記部品の故障ツリーを連結して,機械全体の故障ツリーを生成し,前記異常度と前記機械全体の故障ツリーの情報から,前記機械の故障を分析し,分析した情報を表示,警報することを特徴とする故障診断方法。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の故障診断装置が適用された機械。
