Description
Claims (12)
- 患者の体内の標的組織領域に導入するサイズのマーカであって、
プリント回路基板であって、
前記マーカに当たる光パルス、EMF、RFまたは振動エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換するエネルギー変換器と、
前記光パルス、EMF、RFまたは振動エネルギーによって開閉するように前記エネルギー変換器に結合されたスイッチと、
静電気放電事象に対する保護を提供するために前記スイッチに結合された静電気放電(ESD)保護デバイスと、
を備えるプリント回路基板と、
第1の端面と当該第1の端面の反対側の第2の端面とを有する筐体である電子機器パッケージであって、前記プリント回路基板が、前記第1の端面と第2の端面との間の電子機器パッケージの長さに沿って収容された又は組み込まれた電子機器パッケージと
アンテナを提供するために前記スイッチに結合された一対の細長いワイヤと、
を備え、
前記スイッチが、前記アンテナにより反射されて信号源へと戻る信号を変調するために、開閉するように構成され、
前記一対の細長いワイヤの第1のワイヤおよび第2のワイヤが、それぞれ、前記電子機器パッケージ内の前記プリント回路基板に結合された第1端部と、拡大または丸みを帯びた先端で終わる第2自由端部とを含み、
前記第1のワイヤが、前記電子機器パッケージの第1の端面から前記電子機器パッケージに挿入されて、前記電子機器パッケージの長さに沿って前記第2の端面まで延びて、前記第1のワイヤの第1端部が、前記第2の端面において、前記プリント回路基板との結合を容易にするように1またはそれ以上の屈曲部を含み、
前記第2のワイヤが前記電子機器パッケージの第2の端面から前記電子機器パッケージに挿入されて、前記電子機器パッケージの長さに沿って前記第1の端面まで延びて、前記第2のワイヤの第1端部が、前記第1の端面において、前記プリント回路基板との結合を容易にするように1またはそれ以上の屈曲部を含むことを特徴とするマーカ。 - 請求項1に記載のマーカにおいて、
前記ワイヤは、前記マーカの長手方向軸に対して実質的に平行に延びるように、実質的に直線的な形状をとるようにバイアスされ、前記ワイヤの一方は、送達装置内に前記マーカを装填するのを改善するために、実質的に直線的の形状で前記長手方向軸からオフセットされることを特徴とするマーカ。 - 請求項2に記載のマーカにおいて、
オフセットされた前記ワイヤが、前記オフセットされたワイヤの前記第2自由端部が前記送達装置の内面に摺動可能に係合するように、前記実質的に直線的な形状にあるときに、前記長手方向軸に対して鋭角を規定することを特徴とするマーカ。 - 請求項1に記載のマーカにおいて、
前記スイッチが、電界効果トランジスタ(FET)またはショットキーダイオードを含むことを特徴とするマーカ。 - 請求項4に記載のマーカにおいて、
前記細長いワイヤの第1端部が、前記FETまたは前記ショットキーダイオードの端子に結合されて前記アンテナを提供することを特徴とするマーカ。 - 請求項1に記載のマーカにおいて、
前記エネルギー変換器が、光源から受け取った光パルスを変換して前記スイッチを開閉するための電圧を生成するように構成された1またはそれ以上の感光性ダイオードを含むことを特徴とするマーカ。 - 請求項1に記載のマーカにおいて、
前記スイッチが、電界効果トランジスタ(FET)を含み、前記一対の細長いワイヤが、前記アンテナを提供するために、前記FETのドレインに接続された第1ワイヤと、前記FETのソースに接続された第2ワイヤとを含むことを特徴とするマーカ。 - 請求項7に記載のマーカにおいて、
前記ESD保護装置が、前記FETの前記ドレインと前記ソースとの間に接続されて、前記ドレインとソースとの間の最大電圧を設定することを特徴とするマーカ。 - 請求項7に記載のマーカにおいて、
前記エネルギー変換器が、前記FETのゲートと前記ソースとの間に接続された1またはそれ以上の感光性ダイオードを含み、光源から受け取った光パルスを変換して前記FETを開閉する電圧を発生させることを特徴とするマーカ。 - 体内のマーカの位置を特定するシステムであって、
請求項1-9の何れか一項に記載のマーカと、
前記マーカに向けて体内に送信信号を送信するように構成された送信アンテナと、前記マーカから反射される受信信号を受信するように構成された受信アンテナであって、プローブの先端に収容された受信アンテナと、前記スイッチが開閉して、前記マーカにより反射されて前記受信アンテナに戻る信号が変調されるように、体内にエネルギーパルスを供給するためのエネルギー源と、を備えるプローブと、
前記受信アンテナに接続されたプロセッサであって、前記マーカにより反射されて変調された信号に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、体内の前記マーカの位置を特定するプロセッサと、
前記プローブの先端部から前記マーカまでの距離を表す情報を提示するディスプレイとを備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項10に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記送信アンテナがボウタイアンテナ素子であり、前記受信アンテナがボウタイアンテナ素子であり、前記送信アンテナと前記受信アンテナがマルタクロスアンテナを一緒に形成することを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項10に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記エネルギー源が光源を含み、前記エネルギー変換器が、前記光源からの光を変換して前記スイッチを開閉するための電圧を生成するように構成された1またはそれ以上の感光性ダイオードを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
