As shown in FIG. 5 , below the third airtight member 60 is a fourth airtight member 60 that closes the gap between the first ceiling base material 54 of the first building unit 12 and the second ceiling base material 56 of the second building unit 14 . An airtight member 68 is provided.

The fourth airtight member 68 is formed in a flat plate shape with the vertical direction as the plate thickness direction, and the upper surface of the fourth airtight member 68 is in contact with the lower end surface of the third airtight member 60 . 4, the lower surface of the fourth airtight member 68 is in contact with the upper end surface of the sleeve wall 22. As shown in FIG. The fourth airtight member 68 extends in the X direction from the ceiling side of the indoor space S2 toward the semi-outdoor space S1. It is located on the side of the semi-outdoor space S1.

(Connecting member 70)
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a connecting member 70 is arranged above the third airtight member 60 . The connecting member 70 is formed of a sponge tape like the first airtight member 30 and the second airtight member 32, and is formed in a long shape with the Y direction as the longitudinal direction.

Here, one Y-direction end of the connecting member 70 is in close contact with the first airtight member 30 , and the other Y-direction end of the connecting member 70 is in close contact with the second airtight member 32 .

On the upper surfaces of the first roof frame 46 and the second roof frame 48, sheathing boards 72 of the flat roof 20 are arranged. When the sheathing board 72 is arranged, the first airtight member 30, the second airtight member 32, and the connecting member 70 are pressed to come into close contact with the first L-shaped bracket 38, the second L-shaped bracket 40, and the hooking portion 64. .

(Method of assembling the airtight member)
Next, a method for assembling the airtight member according to this embodiment will be described. Specifically, a procedure for assembling the first airtight member 30, the second airtight member 32, the third airtight member 60, the connecting member 70 and the fourth airtight member 68 will be described.

First, as shown in FIG. 2 , the first airtight member 30 is arranged above the first ceiling girders 34 so as to block the gap between the first ceiling girders 34 and the flat roof 20 . Similarly, the second airtight member 32 is arranged above the second ceiling girders 36 so as to close the gap between the second ceiling girders 36 and the flat roof 20 . At this time, since the sheathing board 72 (see FIG. 5) of the flat roof 20 is not attached, the first airtight member 30 is attached from above the first ceiling girders 34, and the second airtight member 32 is attached from above the second ceiling girders 36. can be attached from

Next, as shown in 3, a third airtight member 60 is arranged above the sleeve wall 22 so as to close the gap between the first ceiling girders 34 and the second ceiling girders 36 . Here, since the third airtight member 60 is formed with a hook portion 64, the third airtight member 60 can be attached so as to be inserted into the gap between the first ceiling girders 34 and the second ceiling girders 36 from above. .

After inserting the third airtight member 60, the frame-shaped member 62B is fixed to the first joist 50 and the frame-shaped member 62C is fixed to the second joist 52 from below on the semi-outdoor space S1 side. At this time, since the ceiling plate 69 constituting the ceiling on the semi-outdoor space S1 side is not attached, the work can be performed through the gap between the first ceiling base material 54 and the front wall 24 .

After disposing the third airtight member 60, the connecting member 70 is disposed above the third airtight member 60, as shown in FIG. Also, the connecting member 70 connects the first airtight member 30 and the second airtight member 32 .

Finally, a fourth airtight member 68 is arranged below the third airtight member 60 so as to close the gap between the first ceiling base material 54 and the second ceiling base material 56 . As shown in FIG. 4, the fourth airtight member 68 is attached so as to be inserted between the sleeve wall 22 and the third airtight member 60 from the indoor space S2 side of the first building unit 12 . As described above, the first airtight member 30, the second airtight member 32, the third airtight member 60, the connecting member 70 and the fourth airtight member 68 are assembled.

(Action and effect)
Next, the operation and effects of this embodiment will be described.

In the building 10 to which the airtight structure according to the present embodiment is applied, even if the outside air space S3 is formed between the first ceiling girders 34 and the second ceiling girders 36, the first airtight members 30 and The second airtight member 32 can prevent outside air from flowing into the flat roof 20 from the outside air space S3.

A third airtight member 60 is provided above the sleeve wall 22, and the third airtight member 60 closes the gap between the first ceiling girders 34 and the second ceiling girders 36. Further, a fourth airtight member 68 is arranged below the third airtight member 60, and the fourth airtight member 68 closes the gap between the first ceiling base material 54 and the second ceiling base material 56. ing. Thereby, it is possible to suppress the outside air from flowing into the indoor space S2 from the semi-outdoor space S1. Thus, even in the building 10 having the semi-outdoor space S1, the inflow of outside air into the flat roof 20 is suppressed, and the heat insulation performance of the flat roof 20 can be ensured. As a result, the heat insulation performance of the entire building can be improved.

The above effect will be described with reference to a comparative example shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. FIG. In addition, in the following description, the same reference numerals are given to the same configurations as in the embodiment, and the description thereof will be omitted as appropriate.

As shown in FIG. 6, the building 100 of the comparative example is provided with an air blocking member 102 instead of the air blocking member 28 of the embodiment. The ventilation blocking member 102 is arranged along the outer peripheral edge of the ceiling of the first building unit 12 and the second building unit 14 over one round. In addition, the first airtight member 30 and the second airtight member 32 are not installed in the building 100 .

As indicated by the arrow W in FIG. 7, in the building 100 of the comparative example, outside air enters between the front wall 24 and the wall surface 58 of the living room from the semi-outdoor space S1 side. It enters between the ceiling girders 36 . Since the outside air is ventilated to the inner space of the flat roof 20 above the first ceiling girders 34 and the second ceiling girders 36, the heat insulating effect of the ceiling section in the second building unit 14 in particular cannot be obtained.

As described above, in the building 100 having the semi-outdoor space S1, it is insufficient to prevent outside air from flowing in from the outer periphery of the ceiling.

On the other hand, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 20 are closed without gaps. As a result, the inflow of outside air into the flat roof 20 can be more reliably suppressed.

Further, by providing a hook portion 64 on the upper end portion of the body portion 62 of the third airtight member 60, the third airtight member 60 can be attached so as to be inserted from above the first ceiling girders 34 and the second ceiling girders 36. . As a result, the third airtight member 60 can be fixed in a hooked state, so that work efficiency when assembling the third airtight member 60 can be improved.

Furthermore, since the main body portion 62 of the third airtight member 60 includes the board member 62A and the frame members 62B, 62C, and 62D, the board member 62A allows outside air to pass from the semi-outdoor space S1 to the indoor space S2. inflow is suppressed. Further, the board member 62A is reinforced by the frame-shaped members 62B, 62C, and 62D, and the lower ends of the frame-shaped members 62B and 62C are fixed to the first joist 50 and the second joist 52, respectively. The arrangement state of the third airtight member 60 can be favorably maintained over a period of time.

Furthermore, by assembling the first airtight member 30, the second airtight member 32, the third airtight member 60, the connecting member 70, and the fourth airtight member 68 by the assembly method described above, a building is formed from a plurality of building units. Even in such a case, the work procedure does not become complicated. That is, there is no need to dismantle the building unit on site to assemble the sealing member.

For example, the fourth sealing member 68 can be installed without having to remove the front wall 24 . In general, the ceiling joint material is assembled by, for example, driving a screw into each of the first ceiling base material 54 and the second ceiling base material 56 from below. However, in the building 10 having the semi-outdoor space S1, the ceiling joint material cannot be fixed to the second ceiling base material 56 because the front wall 24 becomes an obstacle. On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the third airtight member 60 is provided in advance, and the fourth airtight member 68 is inserted from the indoor space S2 side into the semi-outdoor space S1 side. The fourth airtight member 68 can be arranged without the wall 24 becoming an obstacle.

Although the airtight structure of the building 10 according to the embodiment has been described above, it is needless to say that it can be implemented in various forms without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, in the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the lower end of the third airtight member 60 is fixed to the first joist 50 and the second joist 52, but the present invention is not limited to this. That is, if the gap between the first ceiling girders 34 and the second ceiling girders 36 can be closed, it is not necessary to fix to the first joists 50 and the second joists 52 .
