Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the manufacturing efficiency of a building unit, and to facilitate even the mounting operation of a heat-insulating material on a field. SOLUTION: A section between the adjacent short side beams 21 of adjacent building units 11 and a section between columns 16 are filled with sheet-shaped heat-insulating materials 12 without voids folded multiple of such as double. The short side beams 21 constitute a floor frame and a ceiling frame. The heat-insulating material 12 consists of glass wool, and is molded in a sheet shape. The thickness of the heat-insulating material 12 is formed in thickness, in which the section between the adjacent short side beams 21 and the section between the colts 16 can be filled without voids when the heat-insulating material 12 is folded double.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, unit-type buildings have been constructed in which a living room or the like constituting a building in a factory is manufactured as a building unit, and these building units are transported to the site and constructed. The building unit is configured to include a floor panel, a ceiling panel, a pillar erected between the floor panel and the ceiling panel, a wall panel, and the like. The floor panel is configured such that a plurality of joists are laid at equal intervals on a floor frame in which long-side beams and short-side beams are assembled in a square shape, and a floor material is stretched on the upper surface. On the other hand, the ceiling panel is configured by a plurality of small beams straddling a ceiling frame in which long side beams and short side beams are assembled in a square shape, and a ceiling surface material is stretched on the lower surface.
