Description

Claims (24)
- 作動部およびポートを有する、試料源を受容するためのホルダと、

前記容器係合部は、前記収集容器が前記ポートから離れた第1の位置と、前記収集容器が前記ポートと流体連通状態にある第2の位置との間で、前記収集容器が回転することを可能にする、血液試料を獲得するためのデバイス。 - 前記作動部は指受容部を含み、前記ホルダが前記指受容部の開口部を第1の楕円状に画定する第1の位置と、前記ホルダが前記指受容部の開口部を第2の楕円状に画定する第2の位置との間で移動可能であり、前記第2の楕円は前記第1の楕円と異なる、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記作動部は接触部材を含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記作動部は、前記接触部材が係合解除位置にある第1の位置と、前記接触部材が係合位置にある第2の位置との間で移動可能である、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記接触部材が前記係合位置にある状態で、前記接触部材は前記試料源に圧力をかける、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記作動部は、前記試料源に圧力を印加するためのポンプ部材を含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ポンプ部材は一対の向かい合ったタブを備える、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記試料源は指である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記指が前記ホルダ内に受容された状態で、前記ポートは前記指の一部分と連通状態にある、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記容器係合部および前記ホルダは、ボールジョイント、ペグおよびホール式ピボットジョイント、ピンおよびCクリップ式ピボットジョイント、またはピンおよびポケット式ピボットジョイントのいずれかを介して接続される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ホルダは前記容器係合部に接続可能であるヒンジを備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ヒンジは、キー付きスナップ嵌め構成、フックおよびスナップ嵌め構成、Cクリップおよびスナップ嵌め構成、またはペグおよび側面係合のいずれかを介して、前記容器係合部に接続される、請求項11に記載のデバイス。
- 作動部およびポートを有する、試料源を受容するためのホルダと、
前記ホルダに接続され、収集容器を保持するように構成される容器係合部と

前記容器係合部は、前記収集容器が前記ポートから離れた第1の位置と、前記収集容器が前記ポートと流体連通状態にある第2の位置との間で、前記収集容器が回転することを可能にする、血液試料を獲得するためのデバイス。 - 前記作動部は指受容部を含み、前記ホルダが前記指受容部の開口部を第1の楕円状に画定する第1の位置と、前記ホルダが前記指受容部の開口部を第2の楕円状に画定する第2の位置との間で移動可能であり、前記第2の楕円は前記第1の楕円と異なる、請求項13に記載のデバイス。
- 前記作動部は接触部材を含む、請求項13に記載のデバイス。
- 前記作動部は、前記接触部材が係合解除位置にある第1の位置と、前記接触部材が係合位置にある第2の位置との間で移動可能である、請求項15に記載のデバイス。
