Description
Claims (10)
- 直列接続した複数のバッテリーセルを介して流れるセル電流を測定するように構成される電流測定部と、
各バッテリーセルのセル電圧を測定するように構成される電圧測定部と、
前記電流測定部及び前記電圧測定部に動作可能に結合した制御部と、を含み、
前記制御部は、
以前に推定された各バッテリーセルのSOCに基づいて前記複数のバッテリーセルを複数のグループに分類し、
第1カルマンフィルターを用いて、各グループの以前の平均SOC、第1セル電流及び第2セル電流に基づいて各グループの現在の平均分極電圧を推定し、前記第1セル電流は、以前に測定されたセル電流を示し、前記第2セル電流は、現在の測定されたセル電流を示し、
第2カルマンフィルターを用いて、前記第1セル電流、前記第2セル電流、各グループの現在の平均分極電圧、及び以前に推定された各バッテリーセルのSOCに基づいて、各バッテリーセルの現在のSOCを推定するように構成される、バッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
各グループの最大SOCと最小SOCとの差が臨界差値以下になるように、前記複数のバッテリーセルを複数のグループに分類するように構成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの平均最大容量に基づいて前記臨界差値を決定するように構成される、請求項2に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記平均最大容量が臨界容量以上である場合、第1設定値と同一に前記臨界差値を決定し、
前記平均最大容量が前記臨界容量未満である場合、前記第1設定値よりも小さい第2設定値と同一に前記臨界差値を決定するように構成される、請求項3に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
以前に推定された各バッテリーセルのSOCの大きさ順に臨界個数ずつ前記複数のバッテリーセルを複数のグループに分類するように構成される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの平均最大容量に基づいて前記臨界個数を決定するように構成される、請求項5に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記平均最大容量が臨界容量以上である場合、第3設定値と同一に前記臨界個数を決定し、
前記平均最大容量が前記臨界容量未満である場合、前記第3設定値より小さい第4設定値と同一に前記臨界個数を決定するように構成される、請求項6に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の前記バッテリー管理システムを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項8に記載の前記バッテリーパックを含む、電気車両。
- 直列接続した複数のバッテリーセルのためのバッテリー管理方法であって、
以前に推定された各バッテリーセルのSOCに基づいて前記複数のバッテリーセルを複数のグループに分類する段階と、
第1カルマンフィルターを用いて、各グループの以前の平均SOC、第1セル電流及び第2セル電流に基づいて各グループの現在の平均分極電圧を推定する段階と、
第2カルマンフィルターを用いて、前記第1セル電流、前記第2セル電流、各グループの現在の平均分極電圧、及び以前に推定された各バッテリーセルのSOCに基づいて各バッテリーセルの現在のSOCを推定する段階と、を含み、
前記第1セル電流は、以前に測定されたセル電流を示し、
前記第2セル電流は、現在の測定されたセル電流を示す、バッテリー管理方法。
