Description
The present invention relates to cooling devices.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a cooling device having a cooling unit and an evaporating unit is known. The cooling unit is configured with an evaporator, a compressor, and a condenser. The evaporator evaporates the supplied refrigerant to cool the air passing around itself. The compressor sucks and compresses the refrigerant evaporated by the evaporator. The condenser condenses the refrigerant compressed by the compressor. An expansion mechanism is provided between the condenser and the evaporator. The expansion mechanism adiabatically expands the refrigerant condensed in the condenser and supplies it to the evaporator.
The evaporating unit comprises an evaporating dish and an evaporating sheet. The evaporating dish stores condensed water generated in the cooling unit. The evaporating sheet is set upright on the evaporating dish and sucks the condensed water by capillary action.
In such a cooling device, the condenser is installed in an upright position so that the refrigerant compressed by the compressor flows vertically while meandering in the horizontal direction, and the evaporating unit is positioned behind the condenser. is installed in By driving a blower fan installed at a predetermined location, the air that has passed through the condenser passes through an evaporation unit, thereby evaporating the condensed water (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In the cooling device proposed in the aforementioned Patent Document 1, the evaporation sheet has a flat plate shape and is installed upright on the evaporation dish, and the air that has passed through the condenser is sufficiently heated by the heat radiation of the refrigerant. The condensed water sucked into the evaporating sheet is evaporated by the air passing through the condenser before reaching the upper end portion of the evaporating sheet. In other words, the upper end of the evaporating sheet is always in a dry state, not only does it not contribute to the evaporation of the condensed water, but it also acts as resistance to the passing air, which causes pressure loss in the air passing through the condenser. .
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a cooling device capable of facilitating evaporation of condensed water while reducing the pressure loss of air passing through a condenser.
In order to achieve the above object, a cooling device according to the present invention constitutes a refrigeration circuit in which refrigerant is enclosed together with an evaporator, a compressor, and an expansion mechanism, and the refrigerant compressed by the compressor is circulated around itself. a condenser that radiates heat to passing air and condenses it; an evaporating dish that is installed on the rear side of the condenser and stores the condensed water generated in the evaporator; is sucked by capillary action, and includes a substantially rectangular parallelepiped evaporation suction body that evaporates the condensed water by passing the air radiated by the condenser through the surroundings, and the air cooled by the evaporator A cooling device for cooling a predetermined area by means of a heat sink, wherein the upper end portion of the evaporative suction body is formed so as to gradually extend upward from the front to the rear.
Further, according to the present invention, in the cooling device described above, the upper end portion of the evaporative suction body is formed so as to be inclined so as to gradually extend upward from the front toward the rear. .
Further, in the cooling device according to the present invention, the condenser is installed in a standing posture in which the length in the front-rear direction is shorter than in a sideways posture, and the wind tunnel provided on the rear side of the evaporation suction body is installed. It is provided horizontally in a manner to block the upper opening, and the air that has passed through the condenser passes through the evaporative suction body and then passes through the inside of the wind tunnel and is sent upward from the upper opening. It is characterized by comprising a blower fan for blowing the air.
Further, according to the present invention, in the cooling device described above, a plurality of the blower fans are arranged in a horizontal direction, and the wind tunnels are separated from each other in the leftward and rightward direction according to the blower fans. and a wall member.
According to the present invention, since the upper end portion of the evaporative suction body is formed in a manner that gradually extends upward from the front to the rear, the front portion, which is the portion close to the condenser, Even the upper end portion can be an effective area for evaporating dew condensation water, and the resistance portion of passing air can be reduced. As a result, it is possible to effectively evaporate the condensed water while reducing the pressure loss of the air passing through the condenser.
Preferred embodiments of a cooling device according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing

That is, the
The
As shown in FIG. 4, the

A plurality of evaporative suction bodies 37 (two in the illustrated example) are provided, each of which has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. These evaporating
Such an
A
A rectangular
A
In the showcase configured as described above, the air inside the
In the
By driving the
Further, by driving the
In the
By the way, the air heated by the
Therefore, in a state in which the air heated by the
As a result, if the vertical dimension of the front portion and the upper limit dimension of the rear portion of the evaporative suction body are set to be the same, the upper end portion of the front portion is always in a dry state, which is a useless area that does not contribute to the evaporation of condensed water. becomes.
In this regard, according to the
According to the
According to the
According to the
Although the preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to this, and various modifications can be made.
