- 複数並列配置された帯状の導電性薄板と、前記導電性薄板を被覆する絶縁層と、前記絶縁層が被覆された前記導電性薄板を被覆するシース保護層と、を備え、
前記導電性薄板は、板厚が0.6mm以下、断面幅が4mm以上であり、
前記絶縁層の厚さが、0.25mm以上であり、
前記シース保護層の厚さが、0.25mm以上であり、
全厚が3mm以下、断面の全幅が20mm以上であることを特徴とするフラットケーブル。 - 前記絶縁層は、複数の前記導電性薄板を個別に被膜する第1絶縁層と、前記第1絶縁層が被覆された前記導電性薄板を被覆する第2絶縁層と、を有し、
前記第2絶縁層は、複数並列配置された状態の前記導電性薄板に対して押出成形により被覆されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフラットケーブル。 - 前記第1絶縁層は、膜厚0.1mm以下の樹脂被膜であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフラットケーブル。
- 前記導電性薄板は、無酸素銅から成ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のフラットケーブル。
- 前記シース保護層の外周を被覆するカーボン皮膜を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のフラットケーブル。
