Claims (15)
- 重金属を含む液体から重金属を除去する方法であって、
塩酸を液体に添加し、固定床吸着器内で、硫黄を含浸させた30%vol.と60%vol.の間の活性炭触媒、鉄を含浸させた30%vol.と60%vol.の間の活性炭触媒、及び、5%vol.と40%vol.の間のプラスチック、アルミナ、又は、セラミック材料、又は、それらの混合物からなるフィラー材料を含む混合物に液体と塩酸を接触させ、液体を混合物に接触させた状態で、重金属の量が低下した液体を得るために重金属を混合物に吸着させ、重金属の量が低下した液体を混合物から排出する方法。 - 請求項1に記載された方法において、
塩酸が、溶液として添加される方法。 - 請求項2に記載された方法において、
溶液中の塩酸の濃度が、5%と38% w/wの間である方法。 - 請求項2に記載された方法において、
液体中の塩酸の濃度が、1と10% w/wの間である方法。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載された方法において、
液体が、リン酸を含む方法。 - 請求項5に記載された方法において、
液体中のリン酸の濃度が、20%と55% w/wの間である方法。 - 請求項5又は6に記載された方法において、
液体中の塩酸の濃度が、液体中のリン酸の1/40と1/20の間である方法。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載された方法において、
液体が、少なくとも40mg/lの重金属を含む方法。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載された方法において、
混合物が、硫黄を含浸させた40%vol.と50%vol.の間の活性炭触媒を含む
方法。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載された方法において、
硫黄を含浸させた活性炭触媒が、5%重量と20%重量の間の硫黄を含む方法。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか1つに記載された方法において、
混合物が、鉄を含浸させた40%vol.と50%vol.の間の活性炭触媒を含む方法。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか1つに記載された方法において、
鉄を含浸させた活性炭触媒が、10%重量と30%重量の間の鉄を含む方法。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか1つに記載された方法において、
フィラー材料が、50%vol.と97%vol.の空隙率を含む方法。 - 請求項1から13のいずれか1つに記載された方法において、
フィラー材料が、5から15%vol.までの量で存在する方法。 - 請求項1から14のいずれか1つに記載された方法において、
フィラー材料が、サドル形状、リング形状、球形状、円環形状、又は、プリズム形状の中から選択された形状である方法。
